砂糖 1大匙tbsp sugar
米酒 1大匙tbsp cooking rice wine
冷水 2大匙tbsp tap water
胡椒粉 适量right amount pepper
B.包子皮 buns skin
中粉 3杯(480g) all purpose flour
糖 2大匙(30g) sugar
速酵 1小匙(4g) instant yeast
沙拉油 1大匙(15g) vegetable oil
水 1杯(250g) tap water *留一点慢慢加 keep water a little and add slowly, prevent dough too wet and sticky
