A.肉燥內餡 stuffing
絞肉 12兩(400g) minced pork
油蔥 4大匙tbsp crisp red onions
醬油 3大匙tbsp soy sauce
砂糖 1大匙tbsp sugar
米酒 1大匙tbsp cooking rice wine
冷水 2大匙tbsp tap water
胡椒粉 適量right amount pepper
B.包子皮 buns skin
中粉 3杯(480g) all purpose flour
糖 2大匙(30g) sugar
速酵 1小匙(4g) instant yeast
沙拉油 1大匙(15g) vegetable oil
水 1杯(250g) tap water *留一點慢慢加 keep water a little and add slowly, prevent dough too wet and sticky
