【新唐人2014年03月25日訊】週一，從中國各地陸續趕往黑龍江省佳木斯市建三江的中國各地律師和公民，在建三江七星拘留所，要求會見被當地拘留和扣押的四名人權律師。但直到本臺記者截稿時，仍毫無回應。目前各地律師和公民仍在陸續前往建三江參與聲援和營救。為營救4名律師，網路上也發起聯署聲明和快閃行動。
3月24號，蔣援民、張科科、胡貴雲和蔡瑛等律師代表，和已趕赴當地營救的公民，在建三江七星拘留所，準備會見被非法行政拘留的律師唐吉田、江天勇，和被非法拘禁的王成、張俊傑律師。
當天中午12點多，《新唐人》致電蔣援民律師。
中國維權律師蔣援民：「現在我們還有進行中，還是沒有甚麼情況，等具體情況你給後方聯繫吧。」
記者再致電後方的營救團成員——湖南公民周周，他說一大早，已到建三江的律師和各地公民，去了當地公安局門口舉牌要求放人，還到拘留所要求見人，但都沒有人理會。
湖南公民周周：「今天（24號）晚上還有律師到，明天人會更多，但是我們目前整個營救團控制人員，讓去的人不要這麼多，因為這個事情可能會有點時間長，我們控制人群，節約資金，減少大家的風險，一窩蜂去全部被困的話，那就後斷無人了。」
3月20號，唐吉田、江天勇、王成、張俊傑四位律師和9位被非法關押的公民親屬，第3次前往黑龍江建三江農墾總局青龍山農場「法制教育基地」，要求釋放被他們非法拘押的9人，律師們還到當地檢察機關控告「法制教育基地」非法抓人。
律師等人21號上午卻被地方當局非法拘押。當天下午，中國人權律師團數百人聯署發聲明，強烈抗議和嚴正譴責關押人權律師。另有律師和公民陸續從各地趕到建三江圍觀和聲援。
22號，北京律師滕彪和維權人士倡議網路「快閃行動」，請網友在網絡各個角落，發佈有關建三江「黑監獄」和人權律師被非法關押的信息，包括文字、呼籲書、照片、評論等。但是4名律師的相關信息在微博上被封鎖。
23號，當地維權人士證實﹕江天勇、唐吉田律師已被建三江農墾公安局，以所謂的「利用邪教活動危害社會」的罪名行政拘留15天，正關押在建三江七星拘留所。王成和張俊傑律師和其他公民則被關押在看守所。
當晚，有近百名各地公民和律師動身、或計劃前往黑龍江，參與營救行動。
曾撰文《法輪功冤案不平國難不已》的北京律師謝燕益表示，建三江公安拘留律師是公然濫用職權的犯罪行為。
北京凱泰律師事務所律師謝燕益：「這次唐律、江律面臨的形勢也是很嚴峻的，所以我們大家多關注、多聲援他們，或者能到現場的，大家都去現場，還要群策群力。現在法制死亡的邊緣、在現在社會最危險的時刻，每一個人，我們盡一份力。」
23號，北京律師李方平向黑龍江農墾總局就「法制教育基地」的設置，申請政府信息公開。
法輪功發言人張而平指出，中共當局廢除了勞教制度後，繼續利用遍及中國各地的所謂的「法制教育基地」、「訓誡所」和「黑監獄」等關押法輪功學員。
法輪功發言人張而平：「中共對法輪功的繼續迫害政策，它是私下進行，它不敢對法輪功進行公開迫害，因為在國際社會上，在中國國內社會情況下，它任何對法輪功以及支持法輪功的這些人的迫害，都會引起強烈的社會反彈。」
據了解，中共製定的《刑法》裡有一款罪名：「利用邪教組織破壞法律實施罪」。這些年來，中共當局經常盜用這項條款，迫害信仰「真、善、忍」的法輪功學員。

All Out Efforts Needed To Rescue Detained Human Rights Lawyers
On this Monday, many lawyers and citizens across the Mainland are arriving at Jiansanjiang of Jiamusi City in Heilongjiang Province.They and calling for the right to interview four human rights lawyers who are being detained in Jiansanjiang Detention Centre.However, as of now there is no response from the Centre.
Currently there are more lawyers and citizens on their way to the Centre to join in the efforts of the rescue campaign.In addition, a signature drive and flashmobs on the Internet are also being undertaken in the rescue efforts.
On March 24, four lawyers, Jiang Yuanmin, Zhang Keke, Hu Guiyun and Cai Ying
and some citizens for the rescue campaign prepare to interview the illegally detained laywers Tang Jitianand Jiang Tianyong,and the unlawfully confined laywers Wang Cheng and Zhang Junjie at Qixing Detention Centre of Jiangsanjiang.
Just after 12pm of March 24, NTD rang lawyer Jiang Yuanmin.
Jiang Yuanmin: “We are taking actions now and there is no new progress. If there are any new developments, please contact the suppor team."
Later the correspondent rang the rescue team member Zhou Zhou,a citizen from Hunan Province.He says, in the early morning, lawyers and citizens from all across the country are holding placards at the gate of the local Public Security Bureau calling for their release.
They also require an interview them, but no response.
Zhou Zhou: “Tonight (March 24) more lawyers will arrive,and more people will join the rescue efforts tomorrow,But currently our rescue team are in control of the numbers of people in the action plan.We try to keep control of the number of people on the front line, at any given time because this action might last for a long time.So we need to manage the campaign, save the funds and lower the risk for all of us.If we all act together and all of us are caught,then there is no one to take further actions."
On March 20, four human rights lawyers Tang Jitian,Jiang Tianyong, Wang Cheng and Zhang Junjie,and the family members of 9 illegally detained citizens,
made their third visit to the so-called “Legal Education Base"at Qinglongshan Farmland of the General Bureau of Jiangsanjiang Agricultural Reclamation of Heilongjiang Province,and called for the release of the 9 illegally detained citizens.
The lawyers also visited the local procuratorate department to prosecute the “Legal Education Base" for illicitly abducting citizens.
However, in the morning of March 21, the four lawyers were unlawfully confined by local authorities.In the afternoon of same day, several hundred lawyers
from China’s Human Rights Lawyer Group issued a common announcement;
strongly protesting and seriously denouncing the detention of the human rights lawyers.In addition, some lawyers and citizens from various places arrive in Jiansanjiang for joining the rescue action.
On March 22, Beijing lawyer Teng Biao and human rights activists advocated Internet “Flashmobs",ask netizens to distribute to all the corners of the Internet with the relevant information on the Jiansanjiang “Black Prison"
and the Illicit detention of human rights lawyers including text, appeal letters, photos, comments etc.But relevant information about the four confined lawyers have been blocked on Weibo.
On March 23, local human rights activists confirm:
lawyers Jiang Tianyong and Tang Jitian have been punished with 15 days administrative detention in Qixing Detention Centre of Jiangsanjiang on the so called crime of:"Using cult activities endangering the society".Lawyers Wang Cheng and Zhang Junjie and other citizens are all confined in the local Custody Center.
Tonight, around one hundred citizens and lawyers from many places set out or plan to visit Heilongjiang to join in the rescue efforts.
Beijing lawyer Xie Yanyi, who wrote the article:"No Rehabilitating The False Case Against Falun Gong’s. This, Leads To Continuous Disasters For The Country",
says that the local police in Jiansanjiang arresting and confining lawyers
is an audacious crime of undisguised abuse of official power.
Beijing Kaitai Law Firm’s lawyer Xie Yanyi:"the situation lawyers Mr Tang and Mr Jiang are facingis very tough.So we need to have more concern and more determined rescue efforts. Or we should visit there if possible.We all need to go there. We also need to use collective efforts and wisdom.At this critical time when the legal system is dying and the society is at its most perilous state, every one of us should make our efforts."
On March 23, Beijing lawyer Li Fangping appealed a government information publicity for setting up “Legal Education Base" from the General Bureau of Heilongjiang Agricultural Reclamation.
Falun Gong spokesman Mr Zhang Erping says that,since the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) Authorities abolished the Labour Camp System,
the CCP regime still confine Falun Gong practitioners in so-called “Legal Education Base’, “Admonishment Institute"and “Black Jails".
Zhang Erping: “The ongoing persecution policies of the CCP on Falun Gong is secretly carried out now rather than openly executed.Because in the international society and under such a domestic situation, any persecution actions and supporting of the persecution will spark a strong protest from the society."
It is understood that the Criminal Law produced by the CCP references the crime of “Using cult organization to undermine law implementation."
For so many years, the CCP Authorities often fraudently use such an article to brutally persecute Falun Gong practitioners who follow “Truthfulness, Compassion and Forbearance."
