Rumour: Wen Jiabao Attempt to Lift Ban on Exiled Students

It has been revealed by Boxun website that Wen Jiabao
recently mentioned a group of exile students.
They have been living overseas for over 20 years
after June 4th.
The CCP did not let them back even
when their parents lay dying.
It is very inhuman to prohibit them from returning home,
when their parents pass away. The CCP should allow them to return.
The article is signed by ‘Woodman’,
so it cannot be verified as truth.
However, some exiled students pointed out that China
is their country, and the CCP just occupies it.
If Wen is on the good side, he should exit the CCP.
Woodman’s article is based on first-person tone.

In the article, Wen said most of the exiled students love
China, and some have no relationship with June 4th.
They just criticized some of the errors in the CCP.

They have been living overseas for over 20 years, and
there is no great problem in letting them return.

Tang Baiqiao, a June 4th survivor and pro-democracy
leader commented: “The problem is not about allowing us return or not.
In fact, the CCP should be abandoned. This is our country
and the CCP just occupied it with criminal actions.
Of course, the CCP will be subject to liquidation
sooner or later.
This regime continues to persecute people, Falun Gong,
Tibetans, and “June 4th” students. ” Tang Baiqiao said once this evil system is over,
all problems will be resolved naturally.
He said, if Wen is on the good side, he should exit the CCP.
In the article, Wen criticized some overseas embassies
and consulates.
They put the name of people who criticized
Chinese government in a special document.
They dealt with these people by canceling their passports,
rejecting passport extensions, or rejecting issuing visas.
All these methods are a kind of leftism. Wen said, they
should not describe critics as hostile forces overseas.
Wang Tiancheng, a Chinese constitutional scholar
commented: “Whether Wen is acting is not important.
If Wen has these ideas and gets other leaders’agreement,
it will be great. In fact, reform development is not due to his idea only.
The most important issue is balancing power within the CCP.
Who has the advantage, hard-liners or reformists?”

Wang Tiancheng said this article maybe a kind of confusion
information from CCP. It may mess things up intentionally.

‘Woodman’ also revealed that Zhou Yongkang
opposed Wen’s instructions.
Zhou made up a blacklist of hundreds of people and
refused them entry to China.
This was done using the excuse of stability maintenance.

New York Times disclosed on March 30, when discussing
Bo Xilai, that Zhou opposed the desicion of replacing Bo’s duties.
Upper levels of the CCP admitted that infighting made
the CCP regime quite fragile.
Tang Baiqiao thought, the CCP infighting is totally
a battle of power and the CCP cannot avoid it.
The CCP infighting also makes Chinese people
abandon the CCP.

Tang Baiqiao: “For thousands of years, palace infighting
has existed in both ancient and modern tyrannies.
Infighting made the regime weaken, until one day,
the regime fell apart and was replaced by a new regime.
This is a law of history and no one can stop it.”

However, according to the The Epoch Times, Qiao Shi,
who controlled the political and legal system of the CCP
more than 10 years ago, criticized Zhou Yongkang and
the Politics and Law Committee in the early part of this year.
Qiao Shi thought Zhou made the legal system
take a step backwards.

The Epoch Times highlights the CCP Politics and Law
Committeeexpanded with the persecution of Falun Gong.
It’s stability maintenance budgets are more than
the military spending.
The number of its armed police also match with the army.

The CCP Politics and Law Committee controls many
systems on its own, including judicial system,
public security, procuratorial system, national security,
and the intelligence system.
Its unlimited power overides other CCP committees,
just like the Nazi Gestapo.
The CCP Politics and Law Committee is a tool
for persecuting Falun Gong and other people
It can stand against Hu-Wen based on its independent
armed forces.
