【新唐人2012年6月6日訊】正當6.4二十三週年忌日，全世界以各種方式向6.4受難者默哀的同時，《解放軍報》在頭版發表文章—-《高舉旗幟聽黨指揮》，並高調批駁「軍隊非黨化、非政治化、國家化」，甚至給「軍隊國家化」扣上了「敵對勢力」和「妄圖離間黨和軍隊的關係」等帽子，而前一天四總部獎勵了472名聽話軍官，外界認為共產黨對軍隊採取一拉一打的做法，說明軍隊在中共解體時，不願再給獨裁揹黑鍋。
6月4號，《解放軍報》聲稱，堅持用黨中央、胡主席的決策指示統一思想，堅決抵制「軍隊國家化」等觀念。
《中國事務》雜誌主編伍凡認為，6.4讓軍人背了黑鍋，這些年來，軍隊裡從上到下很多軍官不願意再做「黨衛軍」，他們想成為一個真正保衛老百姓的職業軍人，但是「軍隊國家化」的思潮一直壓不下去。
《中國事務》主編伍凡：「現在這個力量一直壓不下去，現在它就拿6.4這個事件發表這個文章，打擊這些『非政治化、非黨化、軍隊國家化』的人。說明共產黨現在管理軍隊、統治軍隊非常艱難。」
《解放軍報》的報導說，隨著十八大臨近，國內外敵對勢力蠢蠢慾動乘機進行破壞和搗亂，「加緊對我實施西化、分化戰略，並把我軍作為重點目標，妄圖離間黨和軍隊的關係。」
中國問題研究人士張健認為，正當大批中共體制內人士希望通過體制改革，減少動盪，使中國和平過渡到民主社會的關鍵時刻，《解放軍報》在這個敏感的日子裡，發表這種言論，是少數「強硬派」在博弈中的暫時表現。
中國問題研究人士張健：「這樣一個政權在自己屠殺自己人民，一個紀念的日子，卻用這樣的文章，去彰顯自己如此的流氓、向全中國人民在歷史的傷口上去，撒下這把鹽，我們就應該積極的行動起來，對這個政權做一點一個老百姓應該做的事情，起碼抵制它、起碼鄙視它、去蔑視他，去對它的政權、對它所有的新聞媒體進行有力的回擊，在網絡上、在任何你能做到的地方就發揮你自己的力量。」
6月3號，四總部發出通報，表彰獎勵2011年度全軍優秀指揮軍官和優秀參謀人才。並頒發證章、證書，每人獎勵2萬元人民幣。
伍凡：「軍隊用物質手段來收買，不是用愛國的理念，保護國家，愛老百姓這種理念來管理軍隊，用錢來收買，一個是罵你外國人的走狗間諜，一個就給你小房子，就用這個辦法來管理，軍隊有戰鬥力嗎，能聽你的嗎，我不相信，到關鍵的時候他可以怠工啊。」
「6.4民主女神像」的創作者陳維明說，23年前，人們對共產黨還抱有幻想，不過坦克和機槍熄滅了人們的夢想，隨後的20多年，中共又破壞了全部的精神資源和道德底線，今天的貪官們，為了保護自己的既得利益，不會輕易放棄手中的權力。
雕塑家陳維明：「他們唯一的防線就是通過武力，中共締造的所謂鋼鐵長城，他們當然軍隊不會讓它國家化，國家是誰國家的，它不是以鎮壓人民為它的責任，而是抵禦海外侵略的，所以說他們不會放棄這個權力，唯一只能通過黨內有良心的人士，和海外的民主人士把共產黨一黨專制來進行推翻。」
旅居美國的新西蘭籍雕塑家陳維明，23年前來到北京，創作自由女神像。屹立在天安門廣場的「自由女神」，遭到中共坦克碾碎；2010他再一次創作「民主女神」塑像和「天安門大屠殺」浮雕，並應邀參加「香港中文大學六四紀念活動」展出，可是香港機場卻以檢查毒品為由將作品扣押；今年6月3號，他又塑造了一個一比一比例的坦克作品，模擬當年6.4現場，在紐約曼哈頓「時代廣場」，成功的重現了當年中共用坦克碾壓學生的場景。

June 4th Incident: “Party commands the gun”— army is not the scapegoat? 主播：
This year, on the 23rd anniversary of the June 4 incident,
various vigils all around the world shared silence for the victims.
At the same time, “Liberation Army Daily” published a front
page article, “Holding the banner and following the CCP’s order” on June 4, 2012.
The article refuted “army nationalization with non-party
and non-political” intensely, and thinks “national army”
is just a slogan from “hostile forces” to drive a wedge
between CCP and the army.
On June 3, the four general headquarters rewarded 472
obedient officers.
Overseas media thinks this dangling a carrot from a stick
method shows that the army does not want to be the scapegoat when the CCP disintegrates.
On June 4, “Liberation Army Daily” said the army insists on
achieving unity in thinking from CCP central committee and President Hu.
It also refuted some concepts including “army
nationalization.”
Wu Fan, editor-in-chief of “China Affairs” said, the army
became the scapegoat for June 4 incident.
Over the years, many officers from top to bottom
want to become professional soldiers to defend people, instead of the CCP Schutzstaffel.
Therefore, CCP can not press down the “army nationalization”
thinking.
Wu Fan: “CCP can not clamp the thinking, so an article was
published to knock the “army nationalization" supporters.
It is difficult for CCP to run the army.”
“Liberation Army Daily” reported, with the 18th CCP national
congress approaching, hostile forces both domestic
and abroad are trying to take the opportunity to carry out
sabotage and create disturbances.
It said “hostile forces choose the army as a key target
to implement the westernization and differentiation strategy,
and they want to drive a wedge between CCP and the army.”
Zhang Jian, a researcher on Chinese issues thinks nowadays,
many CCP officials are trying to change China into a democratic society with institutional reform peaceful transition.
However, “Liberation Army Daily” published such
an article on such a sensitive day.
It must be the action of a small number of CCP hardliners.
Zhang Jian: “CCP published such an article in the June 4
incident anniversary.
It means that CCP is nothing except a rogue regime.
CCP rubbed salt into the historical wound of the Chinese.
We should take some positive actions to the regime,
we should go to despise and resist the regime.
Besides, we should go against all the CCP medias,
through Internet or any other ways.”
On June 3, the four general headquarters reported that they
recognized the award of outstanding commanding officers
and the excellent staff personnel of the entire army in year
2011, by issuing a badge, certificate, and 20,000 RMB.
Wu Fan: “The army is buying off the soldiers, instead
of educating them by using the concept of protecting the country and people.
On one hand, the army takes you as a running dog or spy,
on the other hand, the army provides you with a villa.
Could the soldiers combat effectiveness?
Could they really listen to the army?
I can not believe that.
The soldiers could refuse to combat at a critical moment.”
Chen Weiming, the creator of “6.4 Goddess of Democracy”
said that people had illusions about the CCP 23 years ago, however, tanks and guns destroyed the illusions.
With the following 23 years, CCP destroyed the entire
spiritual resources and the moral bottom line.
The corrupt officials nowadays will not easily give up their
power, and they just want to protect their vested interests.
Sculptor Chen Weiming: “The only defense line of CCP
is the army force, the so-called great wall of steel.
CCP would not accept army nationalization.
In fact, the army should belong to the whole country,
and the army’s job should be combating against aggression, instead of suppressing people.
However, CCP will not give up the power.
Therefore, the only way left for CCP members with conscience
and overseas democracy activists is to overturn the one-party authoritarian rule.”
Sculptor Chen Weiming is a New Zealander living
in the United States.
He went to Beijing 23 years ago and created
the Goddess of Democracy statue.
However, the Goddess of Democracy standing in Tiananmen
Square was crushed by CCP tanks.
In 2010, he created the statue of the “Goddess of Democracy”
again with a “Tiananmen Massacre” relief.
He was invited to show his works at “June 4 commemorative
exhibition of Chinese University of Hong Kong.”
However, the Hong Kong airport seized his works using
“checking for drugs” as an excuse.
On June 3 this year, he shaped a 1:1 tank model in Times
Square in Manhattan, New York to simulate the site of the June 4 incident.
This work successfully reproduced the scene of CCP
tanks crushing students.
