【新唐人2014年04月08日訊】在中國人權律師和公民前仆後繼的抗爭下，被黑龍江建三江地區非法拘留的三位律師6號獲釋。他們在被關押期間遭到酷刑迫害，以及活摘器官的威脅。7號，法輪功人權律師團發聲明，對他們表示問候，並譴責中共活摘的罪惡，同時發聲明說，對於這次建三江事件施暴的責任人，必須追究責任。
代理建三江法輪功案件的江天勇、唐吉田、王成、張俊傑4位律師，日前，因要求會見被非法拘押的當事人，遭到黑龍江建三江當地的公安暴力毆打，還被構陷罪名拘留。張俊傑被拘留5天後釋放，檢查出被打斷三根肋骨。
4月6號，其他三位律師獲釋當天，建三江出動上百警力，在幾公里外設卡組成人牆封路，10多輛警車守候路邊。一批律師和公民前往迎接三位律師，被抓捕扣留5個小時。
隨後，三律師被警方押送機場離開。當天，唐吉田律師對《新唐人》表示：他們三人在關押期間都受到酷刑折磨。
他說，警方把他的雙手用手銬反銬到背後，再把他用繩子吊起，雙腳離地，用拳頭毆打他的胸部，搧他耳光，還威脅活埋他，要對他「活體取腎」。
王成律師和江天勇律師也都受到同樣的酷刑和死亡威脅。廣東律師龐昆說，江天勇被毆打的更厲害。《新唐人》多次致電江天勇，但電話一直關機。
7號到醫院檢查傷勢的王成說，他們3月21號被抓當天，就被建三江警方套上黑頭套吊起來毒打。
大陸維權律師王成：「主要打的是左側腦部、肋骨還有背部，已經過去十幾天，已經恢復了一部分，檢查的結果，(醫生)他是說骨折沒有，但是有挫傷，另外可能有骨裂的情況，醫生是說，有可能完全徹底康復，還要兩個月到三個月的樣子。」
王成說，警方毆打他的同時，還威脅他要把他活埋、槍斃、活摘他的器官，還要把他送到所謂的「法制基地」學習，並說，如果不是勞教廢除了，會直接把他送去勞教。
目前，參與營救他們的「失蹤公民營救團」的15位公民仍被關押。唐吉田和王成律師表示：絕不會忘記各地公民們對他們作出的犧牲，一定盡一切可能為他們提供法律幫助。
7號一直關注聲援「建三江事件」的法輪功人權律師團發聲明，誠摯問候三位律師的平安歸來，希望他們的傷勢儘快恢復。
律師團還呼籲中國律師，及所有的公民能夠繼續聲援「失蹤公民營救團」，讓他們發揮更大作用，援救更多被中共迫害的大陸民眾，同時通報給國際律師組織和人權組織。
法輪功人權律師團發言人朱婉琪表示，從4位律師所遭受的酷刑，以及公安威脅要活摘器官活埋他們，可以看出，中共活摘法輪功學員器官絕不是空穴來風。
法輪功人權律師團發言人朱婉琪：「中共活摘法輪功學員器官的事實，是整個國家機器從中央到地方一條龍的進行這種滅絕性的迫害，因此我們再次懇請聯合國，以及已經通過決議的歐洲議會，立刻組織一個客觀公正透明公開的調查團，進入到中國大陸，來調查中共活摘器官。」
1999年7月中共開始鎮壓法輪功，2006年3月「活摘」黑幕被揭露。前美國智庫研究員伊森•葛特曼的獨立調查結論是，到2008年，最少有6萬5,000名法輪功學員因被摘取器官致死。
朱婉琪：「我們知道，不僅在中國各地有這個迫害人民、超出法制範圍的黑監獄，同時在中國的各個城市裡面，都有大量關押法輪功學員的集中營，而那個地方恰是中共最隱晦、最神秘的對法輪功學員進行活摘器官的地方。」
律師團譴責中共「610辦公室」，和政法委、公安警察、以及國保等還在為所慾為迫害法輪功學員的同時，也表示，建三江事件中，非法抓捕法輪功學員和人權律師的暴行，必須追究責任。

Calls to Bring Jiansanjiang Officials to Justice Over Torture of Lawyers
With persistent protests of Chinese human rights lawyers and citizens, the remaining three illegally detained lawyers in Jiansanjiang of Heilongjiang
Province were finally released on April 6. While in detention, the lawyers were subjected to torture and threats of their organs being harvested.The Falun Gong Human Rights Lawyers Working Group (FalunHR) issued a statement on April 7.
It paid respect to the lawyers and condemned the evil crimes of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). The statement also vows to bring the criminals involved in the Jiansanjiang incident to justice.
The four lawyers, Jiang Tianyong, Tang Jitian, Wang Cheng, and Zhang Junjie, were formerly commissioned by Falun Gong practitioners who were illegally detained in Jiansanjiang black jail. They were framed with false charges and illegally detained. During the detention, local police violently beat the lawyers. Lawyer Zhang Junjie was released after five days of detention, and diagnosed with three broken ribs.
On April 6, when the remaining three other lawyers were released, hundreds of police were dispatched. Road blocks were set up several kilometers away from the
black jail, with more than 10 police cars along the roadside. A group of lawyers and citizens who went to meet the three lawyers were arrested and detained for five hours.
Subsequently, the three lawyers were escorted to the airport by the police.
Lawyer Tang Jitian spoke to NTD about his experiences.
He said that the police handcuffed his hands behind his back, tied a rope to them, and lifted him off the ground.They beat his chest, slapped his face, threatened to harvest his kidneys while alive, and threatened to bury him alive.
Lawyers Wang Cheng and Jiang Tianyong were subjected to the same torture and death threats. Guangdong lawyer Pang Kun said Jiang Tianyong was beaten more severely. Our NTD reporter has tried to phone Jiang Tianyong several times, but the phone has been turned off.
Lawyer Wang Cheng went to the hospital for injury on April 7. He said that when they were arrested on March 21, they were hung up and beaten with black hoods on their heads.
Wang Cheng, lawyer: “The mainly hit the left side of my head, my ribs and my back. It was over 10 days ago, but I have had a little recovery. The doctor said there’s no broken bones, but some contusion and fractures. There is a chance for full and complete recovery, but will take two to three months."
Wang Cheng said that the police also threatened to bury him alive. Threats also included that they would shoot him, remove his organs while still alive, and send him to a so-called legal base. They also told him if it weren’t for the labor camps being abolished, he would have been sent directly to a labor camp.
Currently, 15 citizens involved in the rescue team for the four illegally detained lawyers remain jailed. Lawyers Tang Jitian and Wang Cheng indicated that they will never forget the sacrifices made by citizens throughout China.
They will do all they can to provide legal help for them.
FalunHR issued a statement on April 7, paying respect to the lawyers who were
released, wishing them a speedy recovery.
FalunHR also called on all Chinese lawyers and citizens to support the rescue team. This would allow the team to play a greater role in saving vast numbers of persecuted Chinese people.It will also provide information to international
lawyers associations and human rights organizations.
FalunHR spokesperson Theresa Zhu commented.
The torture and threats of live organ harvesting directed towards the lawyers by the police is indicative of the CCP conducting live organ harvesting from Chinese Falun Gong practitioners.
Theresa Zhu: “The CCP is conducting live organ harvesting of Falun Gong practitioners. This form of persecution to wipe out Falun Gong exists across the entire state, from central to local authorities. We once again urge the United Nations and European Parliament to immediately organize a team to conduct an investigation in China about the crimes of live organ harvesting"
Evidence of live organ harvesting in the persecution of Falun Gong was revealed in March 2006. Independent research by former U.S. think tank researcher
Ethan Gutmann suggests around 65,000 Chinese Falun Gong practitioners were killed for organ harvesting by 2008.
Theresa Zhu: “We know in China that there are extra-legal black jails in every corner of the country. They conduct the persecution of Chinese people, and
we also know in every city there are concentration camps withholding large numbers of Falun Gong practitioners. Those camps are the unknown and mysterious
places conducting live organ harvesting."
FalunHR condemn the 610 Office, the Central Politics and Law Commission, the Public Security and the State Security for continuing the persecution of Falun Gong.
It also stresses that those who conducted the illegal arrests and violent beatings in Jiansanjiang against the human rights lawyers and detained Falun Gong practitioners must be held accountable.
