【新唐人2013年07月23日訊】江澤民暗中扶植的中共接班人薄熙來為樹立政績及積攢實力，與前重慶公安局長王立軍在重慶開展“唱紅打黑”，製造許多黑獄冤案。為重慶“打黑”期間被誣告人士辯護而反被羅織罪名成為階下囚的北京律師李莊，日前出席香港書展活動，他大爆薄熙來與王立軍“打黑”內幕，吸引數百人到場，當中不少是大陸旅客。
重慶打黑案中震驚中外的所謂“辯護律師偽造證據、妨害作證”的李莊案，被稱為薄案的風向標，李莊也被外界稱為薄熙來的“剋星”。
作為今次香港書展的唯一神秘人物，大批市民擠爆北京律師李莊在7月19日的座談會，他透露即將出版一本30萬字的自傳，大爆薄熙來與王立軍“打黑”內幕。李莊認為，他的案件雖然是個偶然事件，但也有必然的原因。
北京律師李莊：“李莊案到底怎麼一回事？就是在他們正在製造政績，想讓全世界關注，給他們鼓掌叫好的時候，我走進了他們的局。當然這個局不是為我而設。他們這個局是打出聲威，打出關注度，打出政績，這是政治上的目的。經濟上的目的還有。”
他又說，薄熙來和王立軍當年抓了很多民營企業家，將巨額財富沒收之後，為其政治服務，再用剩下的金錢來籠絡人心，例如在公安局建造豪華的員工餐廳，向公安們發放西服等。
北京律師李莊：“重慶財政局私下的一個官員向我透露，我們就收到了9.3個億，所以這個黑社會老大，三百個億沒收啦！那個黑社會老大9百個億，沒收啦！錢去哪兒啦？財政局才收到了9個多億。10個億都不到。”
李莊並反駁中共喉舌鳳凰臺報導，指其沒有被刑供，認罪是形勢所迫。他解釋，當局確實沒有刑供，但是認罪是他想快點出去。
北京律師李莊：“快點出去找到龔剛模老婆衛生間水盆下面藏著可以證明警察在現場的照片。”
他說，原本王薄答應他一審認罪就釋放他讓他回家過年，結果在二審時給揭發悔罪書是藏頭詩後，就將刑期改為1年6個月。結果他在庭上揭薄熙來父親的老底。
北京律師李莊：“1936年的北京草糧的監獄國民黨的監獄裏面你們去看看，61個共產黨員都寫過悔罪書宣佈脫離共產黨，第一個就是薄一波，你們去看看，法警就拽著我走，法警啊說到這兒就把我從上面拖出去了！我說你們好好看看36年61個叛徒，第一個就是薄一波，那不是悔罪，那是鬥爭策略，就把我蹬出去了。”
李莊在總結時表示，指“唱紅”是遮羞布和擋箭牌，擋著對薄熙來的質疑，如果薄熙來成功當政的話，後果將很可怕。
北京律師李莊：“在座的可能三分之一的人人頭落地了，所以誰有錢誰危險。”
有傳媒報導，備受關注的薄熙來案或將於8、9月開審，李莊認為要看屆時公布的證據，現在談還為時過早。他在接受香港傳媒採訪時曾表示，薄熙來的罪行比前鐵道部長劉志軍更大，因為薄不僅僅是貪污，更是在重慶實施了多年法西斯暴政。
李莊又表示，中共十八大之後，中央政法委書記未入常委，政法委的權力正在削弱。
北京律師李莊：“我接觸過很多省市的政法委書記，曾經他們可以一個人代表公檢法都說了算，現在你再找他，他給你說抱歉，李莊老師，我現在不能管理指揮了，只負責協調。”
重慶“打黑”至今仍有不少未平反的冤案，演講結束後，李莊即被一群來自大陸的訪民包圍，希望得到李莊的幫助。
去年王立軍闖入美國駐成都總領館之後，美國媒體曝出王立軍告訴美國官員，薄熙來和周永康意圖聯手政變拿下習近平。又傳出他將有關中共鎮壓法輪功的資料，包括活摘法輪功學員器官內幕的秘密資料交給美國政府。

Li Zhuang Shows Up In Hong Kong
Bo Xilai, secretly nurtured by Jiang as a successor,
launched red song campaigns and attacked triads,
together with former Chongqing police chief Wang Lijun,
in order to establish a achievements and to accumulate
power, making many unjust prosecutions.
During this period, a Beijing lawyer Li Zhuang defended in
the court but was falsely accused and became a prisoner.
Mr. Li Zhuang recently attended
Book Fair activities in Hong Kong,
He exposed the inside stories of
Bo Xilai and Wang Lijun comprehensively,
This attracted hundreds of people to the scene,
many of whom were tourists from mainland China.
Li Zhuang was charged with falsifying evidence and
obstructing testimony in Chongqing.
His case became an indicator of Bo’s case.
Li Zhuang has been called Bo’s nemesis.
Li Zhuang became a mysterious figure at the
Hong Kong Book Fair,
a large number of people thronged the symposium
of Beijing lawyer Li Zhuang on July 19.
Mr Li revealed his upcoming 300,000- word autobiography,
on the inside stories of Bo Xilai and Wang Lijun.
Li Zhuang believes that his case was a fortuitous event,
but there were also other reasons.
Li Zhuang:
“What is Li Zhuang’s case? It is, when they were making
achievements to attract the world’s attention and applause,
Li Zhuang entered into their plot. Li said, Of course,
this plot was not set up for me to expose.
Their aim was prestige, attention, performance,
which are political purposes, economic purposes.”
Li said, Bo Xilai and Wang Lijun arrested a lot of private
entrepreneurs, whose huge wealth was confiscated,
This was to serve Bo’s political purposes;
The rest of the money was used to win people over
such as the constructors of a luxury restaurant,
offering suits to policemen and so on.
Li Zhuang: “Like Chen Mingliang, Li Qiang, Peng Zhimin,
Guan Chuan, Li Jun, each have tens of millions of yuan.
One had auctioned a piece of land
at 100 billion yuan.
A Chongqing Finance Bureau official revealed to me
privately that he had received 930 million yuan.
So they had confiscated 30 billion from this triad leader,
90 billion from that leader.
Where did the money go? The Finance Bureau only
received 930 million yuan, less than 1 billion.”
Li Zhuang refuted reports of the Chinese Communist
Party mouthpiece Phoenix television that
he was not interrogated by torture,
but had confessed in the circumstances.
He explained that authorities really did not torture him,
but that he wanted to be released soon by pleading guilty.
Li Zhuang: “Go to find the wife of Gong Gangmo,
there were photos hidden below a bathroom basin,
which can prove that the police were at the scene.”
He said that Wang and Bo had agreed to release him before
the Chinese New Year if he admitted guilt in the first trial.
But in the second trial, he was told that his statement
was false, then the sentence was changed to 1.5 years.
So in court, he had exposed
the unknown truth of Bo Xilai’s father.
Li Zhuang: “In 1936, 61 CCP members all had written
statements to renounce the CCP in Kuomintang prison in Caoliang, Beijing.
And the first one was Bo Yibo. You can go and see.
The bailiff then pulled me out, not letting me say it!”
In summing up, Li Zhuang said, singing red songs is only
a fig leaf or a shield, blocking doubts towards Bo Xilai.
If Bo had been successful and had gotten to reign,
the consequences would have been terrible.
Li Zhuang: “One third of you here may be beheaded,
anyone with money is in danger.”
Media reports said that Bo Xilai’s case in focus
will be on trial in August or September.
Li Zhuang said he had to look at the published
evidence then, it being too early to talk now.
In an interview with Hong Kong media, he once said,
Bo’s crime is even bigger than that of former
Minister of Railways director Liu Zhijun,
because Bo was not only corrupt,
he had also implemented fascist tyranny in Chongqing for many years.
Li Zhuang also said that after 18th NPC, the secretary of
Central Political and Law Committee did not enter the
Standing Committee, and his powers were weakened.
Li Zhuang: “I have met secretaries of Politics and Law
Committee in many provinces.
They can for once have the final say on behalf of the
police department, Procuratorate, and court.
Now if you go to them, they will say sorry, Mr. Li, we could
not send orders, but only are in charge of coordination.”
There are still a lot of injustice cases that have still
not been vindicated in Chongqing.
After the speech, Li Zhuang met a group of petitioners
from the mainland, hoping to get his help.
After Wang Lijun broke into the U.S. consulate in Chengdu
in 2012, the U.S. media exposed the fact that
Wang Lijun had told U.S. officials about Bo Xilai and
Zhou Yongkang’s coup plot to topple Xi Jinping.
It was also said Wang handed in material documentation
on the persecution of Falun Gong by the CCP,
including the organ harvesting from living Falun Gong
practitioners, to the U.S. government.
