X社交平台上流出多个监控视频显示，周六下午2点多，美国缅因州、佛蒙特州、新罕布夏州、马萨诸塞州、罗德岛州和康乃狄克州等6个州，均传出两次巨响，其中马萨诸塞州和罗德岛的建筑物都被震动。

X平台上的几段影片记录下了类似两声短促巨响的声音，但没有出现火灾、烟雾或其他可见的震动迹象。
美国国家海洋暨大气总署的一颗气象卫星，捕捉到马萨诸塞州波士顿地区上空出现闪光。卫星数据显示，这颗流星从波士顿附近南岸地区上空进入大气层。目前尚无流星落地点报告。
