【新唐人2012年4月4日讯】中共政治局常委、政法委书记周永康，在全国政法委书记首期培训班开班式上，对各地政法委书记说，“党委政法委书记‘姓党’，‘讲政治’始终是第一位的要求。”他并强调，“党中央”是公安司法武警系统的领导。外界分析周永康这番话暗藏玄机，到底这里所指的“党中央”是由周永康领导的“中央政法委”呢，还是“胡锦涛领导的党中央”？
中共党报《人民日报》4月2号刊发政法委书记首期培训班“侧记”，其中，政法委书记周永康说，随着各级政法领导岗位人员变化，……从中央到各省区市党委都要从思想上、组织上加强对政法工作的领导。他说，“党委政法委书记姓党，讲政治始终是第一位的要求。在任何时候、任何情况下都要与党中央保持高度一致…。”
不过， 3月31号，中央政法委副书记王乐泉向外界讲话时强调：“在大是大非问题上，同‘以胡锦涛为总书记的党中央’，保持高度一致。”
中国海外网络作家夏小强：“在政法委内部已经出现了分裂，王乐泉已经公开的和周永康做了切割，这种迹象表明周永康越来越是众叛亲离，(周永康）是不会束手待毙的，因为他和薄熙来已经无法切割，所以他是做出放手一搏的姿态”
纽约“民主大学”教务主任郭民表示，现在的中国共产党员，包括中共的高级领导人，已经不清楚共产党追求的是什么，从历史和现实的角度来看，他们完全是“结党营私”。
纽约“民主大学”教务主任郭民：“但实际上我们看，一路走来，由于共产党像黑帮一样的运作方式，他们越走与他们最初倡导的理念是越来越远，那么到了后期，他（中共）现在也不管白猫、黑猫，无所谓了，就是说，只要是坚持党的领导，坚持这条路，坚持我集团的利益，能多捞钱就是他们的宗旨。”
夏小强还表示，江泽民集团对法轮功十几年的镇压，彻底破坏了中国的法律制度，而政法委每年超过军费的“维稳费”拖垮了中国的经济，同时也加速了整体社会道德的下滑崩溃，这一切都断绝了中共改良的一切希望。
夏小强：“我觉得政法委把中共的邪恶展现的淋沥尽致，罗干、周永康这些江泽民提拔起来的人，这些年在把持着政法委，延续江泽民时代对法轮功的残酷迫害的政策，带来的结果就是对中国法治彻底的破坏，和中国整个社会道德的彻底沦丧。”
也有分析认为，周永康的高压“维稳”才是社会动乱的根源。在这种镇压开路的思维下，造成了大陆民怨沸腾。
郭民：“如果没有公平公正的社会，那我们现在来看就是现在这种社会，那就叫做黑社会，所以说他如果是考虑有利于国家、有利于百姓来看，首先要从政法委自身取消政法委，让司法独立。”
郭民认为，法律之前人人应该平等，但是政法委破坏了这个法制，政法委的存在只是为了服务共产党，服务某个利益集团。他说，只有取消政法委，让司法独立，才能真正的维护社会稳定，而这也是人民的最基本保障。

Will people believe in a Party Led By the Politics and Law Committee?
Zhou Yongkang, CCP Politburo Standing Committee member
and head of Political-Law Committee said
during the first training class for all local Political-Law
Committee secretaries, “The last name of the Political-Law Committee Secretary
is ‘Party’”, and “Being involved in politics is always the
number one requirement.”
He also stressed that “Party Central” leads the police
and judicial systems.
External analysts believe that Zhou Yongkang is hinting that
the “Real Party Central” is the Political-Law Committee under him.
On April 2, CCP newspaper People’s Daily, reported
on the first training class for all local Political-Law Committee secretaries.
Zhou Yongkang said during the meeting, “The last name
of Political-Law Committee secretary is ‘party’, and involvement in politics is the first requirement.
Under all circumstances, (they) must stay consistent
with party central…”
However, Political-Law Committee deputy secretary
Wang Lequan said publicly on March 31, “For major incidents,
must stay consistent with the party central under the
leadership of General Secretary Hu Jintao.”
Overseas Chinese internet author Xia Xiaoqiang,
“There are splits within the Political-Law Committee.
Wang Lequan has openly split with Zhou Yongkang.
This shows that Zhou has been deserted by his allies
due to his close connection with Bo Xilai.
Zhou Yongkang is going all out in his struggle to survive.”

Academy, Guo Min, expressed that current CCP members,
including high level CCP leadership, no longer know the
ideals of Communism.
From a historical perspective, they are completely
ganging up for personal interest.
Guo Min, “We see in reality, the CCP gang is getting further
and further away from the ideals they promote.
In the later period, they no longer care about good or evil,
simply holding on to leadership by the CCP, holding onto group interest so they can gain more money via corruption.”
Xia Xiaoqiang expressed that the Jiang faction’s 10+ year
persecution of Falun Gong completely destroyed the legal system in China.
The Political-Law Committee’s “stability maintenance" budget
is more than that of the military, dragging down the Chinese economy and accelerating moral degradation.
All this is destroying hope for reform of the CCP.
Xia Xiaoqiang, “I think the Political-Law Committee shows
very clearly the evil nature of the CCP.
By maintaining the persecution of Falun Gong, men like
Luo Gan and Zhou Yongkang, who were promoted by Jiang Zemin,
completely destroyed the rule of law in China,
causing complete collapse of morals in Chinese society.”
Some analyzed, Zhou Yongkang’s “stability maintenance”
is the root of civil unrest.
This mentality of repression has infuriated the
general public in China.
Guo Min, “Without a fair and just society, then this
is the society we see today, a dark society.
If they want to benefit the country and the people, then they
must first remove the Political-Law Committee and create an independent legal system.”
Guo Min believes everyone is equal before the law,
but the Political-Law Committee destroyed this rule of law.
Its sole existence is to serve the CCP,
serve this gang bounded by personal interest.
He said only by removing the Political-Law Committee
and replacing it with an independent legal system,
can society be stable and people’s basic rights
be protected.
