【新唐人2014年04月22日訊】大陸擁有近50萬員工、超萬億資產的央企——華潤集團，董事長宋林，自4月17號被中紀委調查的消息曝光後，僅僅過了兩天，官媒再次發聲，證實宋林已經被免去職務。知情人士透露，當局動作如此迅速，不但昭示了必將拿下宋林的決心，更深的用意在於宋林背後的「大老虎」。
據中共媒體《新華社》4月19號引用中共組織部官員的消息證實，「華潤集團」董事長、黨委書記宋林，因涉嫌嚴重違紀違法，中央已經決定免去他的領導職務，現在正按照程序辦理。而17號，宋林剛剛被中紀委宣佈「正在接受組織調查」。
從被調查到免職，期間只相隔兩天。宋林被「拿下」速度之快，與前中共政法委書記周永康的親信——前國務院國資委主任蔣潔敏何其相似。
據香港媒體引述多個熟知這一事件的消息來源指出，宋林被查是中共總書記習近平作出的相關指示。對此，時政評論人士認為，這是以習、李為首的中共高層，繼清理周永康的「石油幫」後，又一次將矛頭對準了既得利益集團。
據前《山西晚報》記者李建軍透露，中紀委已經將宋林案，列為繼周永康案件之後的「第三號大案」。而且宋林案背後涉及更大的「老虎」某中共退休政治局常委。 這次宋林被拿下，預示著中紀委下一步的動作，就是要揪出宋林背後的「保護傘」。
北京時政觀察人士：「我想這次，習呢，要救黨，就得反腐，就得向既得利益集團開刀，所以就不得不觸碰那些常委級家族的那些老老虎、特大老虎。所以，現在看來，打超級大老虎，不僅僅是一個周永康的問題了，可能還要繼續深入。我想習近平也是迫不得已，因為習知道，如果要是再這麼讓這些超級大老虎家族一分，共產黨的天下就得被它們敗光了。」
宋林在被查之前，曾被多人舉報，其中包括《經濟參考報》首席記者王文志，去年及最近，王文志兩度在微博實名公開舉報宋林等「華潤」高管瀆職、貪污。
而在此之前，李建軍從2010年就已經將宋林舉報到中共最高層。去年，李建軍還前往香港舉報宋林涉貪。但這些有證有據的舉報，全部石沉大海。甚至李建軍和他的家人多次受到死亡威脅，還有來自山西當地官員的「軟威脅」。
而王文志的舉報，去年就獲得中共高層領導的批示，要加以嚴查，卻又傳出因為遇到阻力，被「頂」了一年。
前《山西晚報》記者李建軍：「隱隱約約能感覺到，類似於背後好幾股力量在掰手腕一樣，肯定有人保他，肯定是個相當級別的人。」
宋林背後的靠山究竟是誰，目前為止輿論眾說紛紜，各執一詞。但對於中共高層一直有人包庇宋林，甚至令中紀委都一度束手無策，這一點，就連中共官媒也不敢否認。
中共喉舌《光明網》在宋林被查後，火力十足的質問：誰頂了高層領導的批示近一年？ 誰是嚴查宋林的阻力？這個或這些不辨是非、無視法紀、明裡暗裡和高層領導掰腕子的傢伙究竟是誰？他或他們哪來那麼大膽子，哪來那麼大底氣和力氣？
文章還進一步指出：明拖暗頂的人卻絕非僅上述一例，也反映出「反腐敗所面臨的嚴峻局面」。
其它大陸媒體也紛紛跟風，將宋林的落馬，歸功於中共當局對「反腐」的堅持，或是舉報的功勞。
但民間輿論提出更多的質問，批評當局如果存心反腐，又怎麼在證據確鑿的情況下，對各方多年來的舉報置若罔聞？怎麼會連原國務院總理溫家寶的「嚴查」批示都被壓下？宋林又怎麼敢在舉報面前一次次的高調「闢謠」？
分析人士指出，宋林的被「拿下」名為「反腐」，實則是中共權鬥的必然結果。而各種舉報信息，也只有在權鬥失敗的一方、和被拋棄的「炮灰」身上，才會起到應有的作用。

Investigating Song Lin ‘s case implies trouble for his backstage supporters
The state-owned enterprise (SOE) China Resources Group
has an employee population of half a million
and more than 1000 billion RMB of assets.
However, since it was reported that the board chairman
of the SOE Song Lin was investigated on April 17
by the Commission for Discipline Inspection (CDI) of the
Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP),
only two days later,
the official media confirmed that Song Lin had been
dismissed from his position.
The insider revealed that the Authority takes action
so rapidly that the resolution to punish Song Lin
and furthermore the deep implication of threatening
the backstage “major tiger"
who supports Song Lin is clearly demonstrated.
According to the news of Organization Department
of the CCP Central Committee cited by CCP ‘s
Xinhua News Agency on April 19,
Board Chairman and the CCP Head of
“China Resources Group" Song Lin has been dismissed
from his leadership position by the CCP
and this is being processed according to normal procedure,
due to his being suspected of serious breaches of discipline
and the laws. On April 17, Song Lin was just declared
by the CDI of the CCP Central Committee as
“being receiving the investigation of the CCP organization."
From the investigation to dismissal,
there was only two days ‘ interval.
Such a quick processing step of dismissing Song Lin
is very similar to the case of Jiang Jiemin,
the former State-Owned Assets Supervision
and Administration Commission (SASAC )
and a henchman of the former Head of Politics
and Law Committee of the CCP Central Committee
Zhou Yongkang.
According to Hong Kong media news cited
from multiple information sources familiar with the case,
to investigate Song Lin is due to relevant instructions
from the CCP Head Xi Jinping.
In view of this, political commentators think,
this is the CCP high level led by Xi Jinping and Li Keqiang
aimed at the interest group again
after cleaning Zhou Yongkang ‘s “Oil Gang".
The former Shanxi Evening News journalist Mr Li Jianjun
disclosed, the CDI of the CCP Central Committee
has listed Song Lin ‘s case as “No. 3 Major Case"
following Zhou Yongkang ‘s case.
Furthermore, Song Lin ‘s case involves a bigger “Tiger"-
a certain retired Standing Member of the Politburo.
This time Song Lin ‘s dismissal signals the next step
of the CDI is to ferret out the
“Protection Umbrella” backing Song Lin.
Beijing political observer: “I think this time,
Xi Jinping wants to save the CCP,
and then he has to focus on anti-corruption
and axe the interest group.
So he has to touch those senior Tigers or super large tigers
who are from families with the experience
of Standing Members of the Politburo.
So, from now to see, to attack a super major tiger
is not only a matter of Zhou Yongkang himself,
it might need to go further.
I think Xi Jinping is forced to do so.
Because he knows, if these super large tiger
families are allowed to split the social welfare,
then CCP power will all be weakened by them. “
Before Song Lin was investigated, several persons once
whistleblew his case and this cover the Chief Journalist
of Economic Reference Daily Wang Wenzhi.
Last year and recently this year,
Wang Wenzhi twice publicly blew the whistle
on Song Lin ‘s misconduct and
corruption on his Weibo using his real name.
Before this, Li Jianjun blew the whistle on Song Lin
to the CCP Highest Level in 2010. Last year,
Li Jianjun visited Hong Kong to blow the whistle on Song Lin ‘s
suspicion of corruption.
But all submitted evidence is lacking
further information without any replies.
Even when Wang Jianjun and his family members
are threatened many times with death.
There are also “Soft Threats” from Shanxi local officials.
The whistleblowing of Mr Wang Zhiwen
has been commented on by high level leaders,
required to strictly investigate it,
but it is reported to be blocked and deferred for one year.
Mr Li Jianjun: “The process of the CCP handling
Song Lin ‘s case seems to dimly let me feel that,
it looks like a couple of forces doing hand wrestling.
There must be someone to protect him
and the protector must be an official
with a considerably high rank."
Who is actually the baskstage supporter of Song Lin?
At present there are many views but no agreement.
But the point that some high level officials always shield
Song Lin, which makes the CDI of CCP
Central Committee stuck there,
is also not denied by the CCP ‘s official media.
After Song Lin was investigated,
the CCP ‘s mouthpiece Guangming Website fiercely questioned:
who defers the comments of high level officials for one year?
Who is the blockage to strictly investigate Song Lin?
Who is/are this or these guys
who don ‘t tell right from wrong,
has no respect for the law, seemingly or essentially executed
hand wrestling with high level officials?
How can he or they have so much nerve,
so much strength?
The article further points out: open delay
and undermining blockage will be not only
affect the above one case, but also reflects
on the “the serious situation of the anti-corruption movement."
Other Mainland media also followed the news,
and attribute the dismissal of Song Lin to the CCP ‘s
persistence in “anti-corruption", or the merits of whistleblowing.
But civil public opinion raised more questions,
and asks if the Authority intends to act against corruption,
so how can you totally ignore the unleashed whistleblowing?
How can you cover the “strict investigation"
given by the former State Council ‘s Premier Wen Jiabao.
How dare Song Lin keep a high-profile to refute rumours.
Analyst says, Song Lin ‘s dismissal is named as anti-corruption.
But essentially, this is the inevitable result
of the CCP ‘s infighting.

only when we become a losing party ,

can this then play its deserved role.
