【新唐人2013年10月26日訊】25號上午10點，山東省高級人民法院，對重慶前市委書記薄熙來「受賄、貪污、濫用職權案」二審公開宣判，裁定駁回上訴，維持一審無期徒刑判決。二審也是終審的判決結果。中共《央視》播出的畫面中，薄熙來戴著手銬、憔悴的臉上強顏微笑聆聽宣判結果。至此，備受各界關注的這場中共政治大戲告一段落。請看報導。
10月25號，薄熙來案二審宣判，結果是「駁回上訴，維持一審判決」。中共喉舌《央視》播出的畫面中，薄熙來戴著手銬、憔悴的臉上帶著「微笑」聆聽宣判結果，最後薄熙來被法警押解帶出法庭。
今天參與旁聽宣判的有﹕薄熙來家族的薄熙永、薄熙成、李望知等4名親屬，及媒體記者、社會各界人士100多人。
薄熙來二審宣判，等於是對薄案做出終審判決，也代表著64歲的薄熙來，政治生涯已告結束，這或許是薄熙來的最後一次公開露面。
對比9月22號的宣判現場，薄熙來曾流露出不屑與桀驁態度，法官宣判後，薄熙來甚至咆哮公堂，後被強行帶走。與這次截然不同。
中國維權律師王成：「他自認為他比習更有能力，他更應該處更高的位置。包括現在的外界評價會接著說，即使沒有薄熙來，現在中國高層他現在推行的跟薄熙來也差不多少的路線，薄可能會覺得他更加是正確的。他可能會有一種不服的感覺，大概是。」
大陸維權律師王成認為，這種政治性很強的案子，除非政治環境發生翻天覆地的變化，否則薄熙來的申訴沒有任何意義。
紐約民主大學校長唐柏橋：「薄熙來這種大案的話，中共最高領導人決定的，不是法院決定的，也不是法官決定的。那麼二審的話，最高統治當局、最高的那些常委，自己會推翻自己原來的決定嗎？不可能的事情。」
唐柏橋指出，中共在重大案件上，從來沒有推翻過二審，在這之前已經做好內部交易。所謂的審判，就是表演給外界看的一場預謀好的戲。
但美國中文媒體《大紀元》新聞網指出，薄熙來案中一直被中共當局掩蓋的最大核心罪行，是「政變」和「活摘人體器官」。
中國海外追查迫害法輪功國際組織（追查國際），在今年9月21號和24號，發表了《追查國際就薄熙來案審判給中國國家主席習近平的公開信》。信中指出﹕薄熙來、周永康等人是中共活摘器官的元兇。「追查國際」提供了江澤民、周永康、薄熙來等，迫害法輪功犯下的群體滅絕罪、反人類罪和酷刑罪等八個方面的部分罪證。
「追查國際」的信最後表示，徹底清算中共迫害法輪功的罪惡，是一場史無前例的人類道德良知的保衛戰！迫害法輪功的罪惡起源於江澤民，一直持續到現在，無論誰當政，都有責任清除罪惡，懲辦罪犯！否則，將淪為同謀罪犯。
旅美中國問題獨立評論員李善鑒：「對習近平這個集團來講，因為歷史給他們留的時間、留的機會不多了。還是用這種派系鬥爭的方式、用整人的方式，用甚麼貪腐、濫權，這種安到中共哪個官員身上都合適的方式，來去做這個事情，實際上是耽誤自己所剩不多的機會。」
國際媒體報導，與薄熙來的政治盟友周永康有關係的中石油高層，目前至少已有8名落馬，像國資委主任蔣潔敏。而周永康心腹秘書郭永祥也被調查。
香港《南華早報》還引述消息來源說，習近平繞過中共內部紀律機制，成立了調查組，負責調查有關周永康的「醜聞」。調查組組長則由新近升任北京市公安部副部長的傅政華擔任。
旅美中國問題獨立評論員李善鑒指出，當前任何人為了保中共政權，而繼續掩蓋薄熙來、周永康等人的真正滔天罪行，都將受到歷史的清算。

Bo Xilai ends the big Case of the Century with a “Smile”
At 10am on 25th October, Shangdong Higher People’s Court
opened with the verdict on the appeal’s trial of Bo Xilai,
former Chongqing party secretary, for “bribery, corruption,
and abuse of power”.
The court dismissed the appeal, and upheld the life sentence,
which is also the final verdict in this case.
The party mouthpiece, CCTV shows Bo Xilai wearing
handcuffs and his gaunt face forcing a smile
while listening to the sentencing result.
The political drama of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP)
has finally come to an end under widespread concern.
On 25th October, Bo Xilai’s second trial saw his appeal being
dismissed and and the verdict being upheld.
The party mouthpiece CCTV shows Bo Xilai wearing handcuffs,
and his tired face forced a smile while listening to the result.
Bo Xilai was taken out of the courtroom,
by bailiffs at the end.
People who observed the hearing included Bo’s family
Bo Xiyong, Bo Xicheng, Li Wangzhi, etc. and more than
100 reporters and people from different social communities.
The second instance verdict is the final judgement on Bo,
which means that Bo Xilai’s 64 year old
political life has ended.
It may be Bo’s last public appearance.
Compared to the 1st trial on Sept. 22,
Bo’s attitude has changed.
On Sept. 22, Bo was arrogant, and even roared in the courtroom
after the judgment, and was forcibly taken away.
Wang Cheng, a Chinese rights lawyer:
He thought he was more capable than Xi Jinping
and should be in a higher position than Xi.
External commentary says what China’s high level is
promoting now is similar to Bo Xilai’s method.
Thus, Bo may think he was right.
He may feel wronged.
That’s probably the case.
Lawyer Wang Cheng believes that for such a political case,
Bo Xilai’s appeal is meaningless
unless the political environment undergoes an enormous change.
The principal, Tang Baiqiao, of the Democracy Academy of China
in New York: Big cases like Bo Xilai’s case are decided by the
CCP’s highest leaders and not by the court nor the judge.
How can the highest authority and leaders
subvert their own decision?
That’s impossible.
Tang Baiqiao indicates that the CCP has never subverted
the verdict in an appeal’s trial on major cases.
Insider arrangements were already made.
The so-called sentencing was just a drama
played to the outside world.
The Chinese language media Epoch Times in the US
pointed out that the core crime hidden by the CCP
is a “coup” and links directly to “live organ harvesting.”
World Organization To Investigate The Persecution of Falun
Gong (WOIPFG) published an open letter to party leader,
Xi Jinping about Bo Xilai’s case on Sept. 21 and 24.
The letter indicates that Bo Xilai and Zhou Yongkang are
the prime culprits of live organ harvesting.
WOIPFG provided evidence of 8 crimes committed by
Jiang Zemin, Zhou Yongkang, Bo Xilai, etc,
including genocide, crimes against humanity
and crimes of torture to Falun Gong.
The letter says liquidation of the persecution of Falun Gong
is a battle of protecting human morality!
The persecution of Falun Gong was started by Jiang Zemin,
and has lasted to today.
Whoever is in power, it’s their responsibility to eliminate
the crime and punish the criminals.
Otherwise, they become the accomplice.
Li Shanjian, an independent commentator of China issues:
To Xi Jinping’s group, he won’t have much time and chances.
He is wasting his chance by using faction struggle and
punishing officials with crimes of corruption and
power of abuse, which every CCP official has.
International media report that at least 8 high level officials
in China’s oil system related to Zhou Yongkang
have been sacked, such as Jiang Jiemin, director of SASAC.
Zhou Yongkang’s secretary, Guo Yongxiang,
is also under investigation.
Hong Kong media Southern China Morning Post quotes
Xi Jinping set up an investigation group to look into
Zhou Yongkang’s scandals.
The team leader is Fu Zhenghua, who was recently promoted
to be deputy minister of the Beijing Public Security Bureau.
Li Shanjian says whoever continues to hide crimes of Bo Xilai
and Zhou Yongkang etc, in order to protect the CCP
will be judged by history.
