【新唐人2013年08月01日訊】法廣：薄瓜瓜名字從哥大網頁消失
中共前重慶市委書記薄熙來案開審前夕，薄的兒子薄瓜瓜去向引起輿論關注，在媒體廣泛報導薄瓜瓜將入學美國「哥倫比亞大學」深造，引起大陸網路熱烈議論之後，7月30號，哥倫比亞大學在網上的學生名冊中，刪除了薄瓜瓜的名字。
據《法國國際廣播電臺》報導，「哥大」校方對有關學生申請入學的問題拒絕評論，也拒絕解釋為何刪除名冊中的學生。
報導說，薄瓜瓜如果被錄取入讀這所學院，代表他至少在未來3年，可在國外逗留。
大陸網友對薄瓜瓜入學「哥大」一事，作出種種猜測，還有些挖苦和諷刺，「湖南大學」某法律學者說：「或者他可以幫他父母辦理保外就醫。」
也有很多人對薄家到底擁有多少家產很感興趣，因為薄瓜瓜到名校讀書的學費，不是一般人可以負擔得起的。
網上討論薄瓜瓜最新動向的微博及帖文，也一度遭到刪除。
前中共政治局委員兼前重慶市委書記薄熙來，下個月可能在濟南接受審訊，他日前已就受賄和濫權罪名被提公訴。如果罪名成立，薄熙來將面對終身監禁甚至死刑。薄妻谷開來因為謀殺英國商人海伍德罪名成立，去年被判死緩。
歌手吳虹飛將於8月2號獲釋
因在微博上發表「想炸建委」言論，而被拘押的大陸女歌手吳虹飛，目前已由「刑事拘留」改為「行政拘留」，將於8月2號獲釋。
據《法新社》報導，吳虹飛的代理律師陳建剛，星期三在朝陽區拘留所會見了吳虹飛。
陳建剛表示，朝陽區公安分局已變更了對吳虹飛的強制措施，將她改為行政拘留10天的治安處罰，並處罰款500元。
有評論認為，吳虹飛案件獲得改變，是輿論強大壓力的結果。
大陸律師袁裕來也在微博發文說，吳虹飛從「刑事拘留」改為「行政拘留」，說明網友們永遠不要放棄圍觀、努力、呼籲。
大批訪民聚集中南海
中、美人權對話期間，大批訪民在北京中南海周邊聚集，希望表達自己的訴求。
據北京訪民陳大山向大陸《民生觀察工作室》介紹，7月30號，在中南海周邊聚集的訪民高達萬人。
不過，除部分訪民被各省市駐京辦「接」走外，其餘訪民全被送到「馬家樓」黑監獄關押，其中包括80多歲的老人和帶著不滿週歲孩子的婦女。
訪民反映，由於人數太多，馬家樓黑監獄的登記大廳和院內到處都擠滿了人，安檢、登記部門完全癱瘓，而且當局一直不給被關押者提供食物和飲水。

Bo Guagua Disappears From Columbia University Website
Where is Bo Guagua, son of Bo Xilai, former Communist
Party Secretary of Chongqing?

Once the media reported Bo Guagua’s enrollment in Columbia
University, New York there was heated debate online in China.
On July 30, Columbia University deleted Bo Guagua’s name
from its website.
According to Radio France Internationale, Columbia University
refused to comment not only about student admission but also
why Bo Guagua’s name was removed.
Reports said that Bo Guagua being admitted by the University,
means he would stay abroad for at least the next three years.
Netizens from Mainland China are speculating regarding
Bo’s studying at Columbia University.
Sarcastic remarks included: “Maybe he can help
his parents apply for medical parole."
Others are interested in Bo’s family assets since ordinary
people cannot afford admission to prestigious schools.
All messages online related to Bo Guagua have been deleted.
Bo Xilai, former Politburo member and Chongqing Party
Secretary may be tried in Jinan next month.
He is charged with bribery and abuse of power. If convicted,
Bo Xilai will face life imprisonment or the death sentence.
Bo』s wife, Gu Kailai, was convictedof murdering British
businessman, Neil Heywood.
She was sentenced to death with two years suspension.
Singer Wu Hongfei Will Be Released On August 2
Female singer Wu Hongfei was detained for posting on her
blog, regarding blowing up the Construction Committee.
Currently, her criminal detention charge has been changed to
administrative detention. She will be released on August 2.
According to Agence France-Presse, Chen Jiangang, Wu
Hongfei’s attorney, met her on Wednesday at Chaoyang
District Detention Center.
Chen Jiangang said Chaoyang District Public Security Bureau
has changed its coercive measures against her;
She will be detained for 10 days and pay a fine of 500 yuan.
Some commentators believe that the changes in Wu’s cases
come from strong pressure of public opinion.
Lawyer Yuan Yulai said on his blog: “Wu Hongfei’s
criminal detention turns into administrative detention.
This means netizens should never give up their efforts
and appeals."
Petitioners Gather Around Zhongnanhai
During the American human rights dialogue, a large number
of petitioners gathered around Zhongnanhai in Beijing, hoping to express their appeals.
According to Beijing petitioner Chen Dashan, on July 30, there
were more than ten thousand people around Zhongnanhai.
However, some petitioners were taken away by
local offices stationed in Beijing.
The majority of them were detained in a black prison, namely
Majialou, including 80-year-old elderly people and babies.
Petitioners reflect that Majialou registration hall and courtyard
were crowded with people everywhere.
Security and registration department were completely paralyzed,
but authorities refused to provide detainees with food and water.
