【新唐人2012年12月11日訊】前中共元老彭真的兒子傅洋，是「中華全國律師協會」的副主任。12月7號，他在北京一個律師論壇上透露，北京律師李莊被重慶前市委書記薄熙來抓捕之後的第二個月，習近平曾到北京一家律師事務所調研。傅洋表示，這是史無前例的事情。而評論家分析，薄熙來奪權，和中央打擊薄熙來的鬥爭，早已有端倪。薄熙來抓捕李莊是在向中央挑戰，而習近平視察律師事務所，是回擊的一個表現。
據《財經網》報導，具有太子黨背景的北京「康達律師事務所」負責人傅洋，7號在「中國律師百年回顧與展望」的論壇上發言。他說，律師事業特別是刑事辯護面臨重大機遇，也面臨重大風險和挑戰。他列舉多件印象最深刻的事情，最後一件是震驚全國的「李莊案」。他說：「兩年多前，重慶那一邊抓了律師，習近平第一次到北京的律師事務所進行調研，黨和國家最高領導人視察律師事務所，在新中國律師史上是沒有前例的事情。」
李莊是「康達律師事務所」的合夥人之一。
2009年12月，李莊為重慶「黑幫頭目」龔剛模辯護，被重慶當局以「偽造證據罪」判監一年半，案件一度引起內地律師界的震撼。2010年1月，習近平到北京「德恆律師事務所」調研，他說，律師為促進社會公平正義、促進社會和諧穩定，發揮了重要作用。
而李莊日前向《新唐人》表示，自己當時在監獄裡看不到外界的報導，不了解情況，不敢說自己被抓和習近平視察律師所有何聯繫。但是他說，從哲學角度來看，世界上萬事都有聯繫和因果。
北京律師李莊：「蝴蝶煽動翅膀和印度洋海嘯，這之間有著千絲萬縷的聯繫，可能我們破譯不了他的密碼所在。但是他的聯繫是絕對的。現代宇宙觀同時強調的是，任何一個現象，任何一個物質，都是多因一果的一個結果和體現。」
中國藝術研究院文史學者張耀傑分析說，薄熙來和中央的較量其實由來已久，中央打擊薄熙來也是早有策劃。
中國藝術研究院學者張耀傑：「實際上打薄熙來不是一下子王立軍出來才打。實際上人家準備了好幾年。甚至在李莊之前就開始準備要打薄熙來了。實際上人家策劃很久了。如果是抓李莊以後，習到律師事務所去考察一下，從側面支持一下律師，應該是確實是有這個意圖的。」
張耀傑分析說，實際上薄熙來甚麼都不幹，他就是個傻子，他都可以進常委。但是他不想當傻子，他也不想當常委。他想當更高的。他要奪取的是最高權力。而中央對薄的企圖也是心知肚明。
張耀傑：「薄熙來一直是看不上現在主子的。胡還是習，他都看不上。他覺得他更有本事。他想佔這個位置。薄熙來一直不隱瞞這個企圖的。而且抓李莊之後，我就聽律師界朋友說過，傅洋放話了：這個帳要慢慢算。傅洋也是知道這個事情的，他也是要算賬的。傅洋也不甘心薄熙來抓他的人啊。」
張耀傑還說，李莊案成了雙方較量的一場戰役。李莊被抓當然是偶然事件，但是對薄熙來來說，他就是通過抓李莊向這邊的人示威。
張耀傑：「示威的對像也包括傅洋，傅洋一般人誰敢惹，薄熙來就敢。但是他那邊一抓，就像下圍棋一樣，這邊吃了一個子，這邊當然也會加緊他們的行動。習近平就去考察律師事務所了。有來有往嘛。」
傅洋，是中華全國律師協會副主任，也是原全國人大委員長彭真的二兒子。「康達」的副主任鄭小虎，是最高法院第六任院長鄭天翔之子，「康達」另一位副主任林星玉，是原全國人大副委員長林楓之女。

Xi Jinping‘s Fight Back Behind Lawyer Li Zhuang’s Arrest
On Nov. 7, Fu Yang, son of Peng Zhen, veteran leader of
the Chinese Communist Party (CCP),
disclosed news behind lawyer Li Zhuang’s arrest.
Two months after Bo Xilai imprisoned Beijing-based lawyer
Li Zhuang, Xi Jinping went to inspect a law firm in Beijing.
Fu Yang said that this was an “unprecedented” action
for CCP leaders in history.
Commentators say that CCP central authorities have long
known of Bo Xilai’s attempt to take over the top power.
The battle between central and Bo Xilai has long existed.
Whilst Bo Xilai used Li Zhuang’s arrest to challenge the
central, Xi Jinping fought back by inspecting a law firm.
Caijing.com.cn reported that Fu Yang gave a speech
at a Chinese lawyers’ circle forum on Nov. 7.
Fu Yang is head of Beijing Kangda Law Firm.
He said that in China, lawyers, especially criminal defense
lawyers, are facing major opportunities and significant risks.
Fu Yang cited several cases, one of them was
the sensational case of lawyer Li Zhuang.
Fu Yang said, “Over two years ago, while Chongqing
authorities arrested the lawyer (Li Zhuang), Xi Jinping went inspecting a law firm in Beijing.
This was the first time since 1949 that the supreme leader of
the Party and state has visited a law firm.”
Li Zhuang is one of the partners of the Kangda Law Firm.
In Dec. 2009, Chongqing authorities sentenced Li Zhuang
to 1.5 years in jail for his defense of Gong Gangmo,
the alleged “head of the local mafia”. Li Zhuang was
charged for the crime of “forging evidence”.
The case quickly and greatly shocked China’s lawyer circle.
In January 2010, Xi Jinping went inspecting Beijing-based
Deheng Law Firm.
At the time, Xi said that lawyers have played an important
role in promoting social equity, justice, and stability.
Li Zhuang says that he was then imprisoned and cut off
from the outside world. He dares not link his capture to Xi Jinping’s inspection of a law firm.
Yet he believes that philosophically speaking, the world
exists full of causal links.
Li Zhuang(Lawyer, Beijing): “A butterfly shaking its wings is
inextricably linked to an Indian Ocean tsunami.
We might never decipher the link,
but it definitely exists.
In terms of modern cosmology, any phenomenon or
substance is a display of ‘multiple causes to one effect’."
Zhang Yaojie, scholar at Chinese Academy of Arts, says
that battle between Bo Xilai and the CCP central authorities
has long existed, the latter has long planned on combating Bo.
Zhang Yaojie (Scholar, Chinese Academy of Arts): “In fact,
striking out against Bo Xilai didn’t begin with the Wang Lijun incident.
The central authorities have prepared for years.
They had been ready to embark on the blow before
Li Zhuang was arrested in Chongqing.
As for Xi’s law firm inspection, he supposedly had
the intention of indirectly support ing lawyers.”
Zhang Yaojie remarks that Bo Xilai would certainly enter
the CCP』s 7-member Politburo even he did nothing and was a fool.
Yet, Bo wanted more; he eyed the top power, and his
attempt was also well discerned by CCP central leadership.
Zhang Yaojie: “Bo Xilai had long disliked the incumbent
top leaders, either Hu Jintao or Xi Jinping.
He thought himself more competent and eyed that seat,
and he never concealed that attempt.
After Li Zhuang was arrested, a lawyer friend told me that
Fu Yang said one day he would settle this score with Bo.
Fu Yang couldn』t willingly submit to
Bo’s capture of his man."
Zhang Yaojie reveals that the case of Li Zhuang became
a battle between Bo Xilai and CCP central authorities.
By accidentally arresting Li Zhuang, Bo aimed to demonstrate
his strength towards the CCP central, he says.
Zhang Yaojie: “The object of his demonstration also included
Fu Yang. This was because normally, no one dares to make trouble with Fu Yang, but Bo Xilai dared.
So it’s like playing a Go game, when Bo captured a stone,
this side of course reacted accordingly.
That’s why Xi Jinping inspected a law firm."
Fu Yang, the deputy director of the All China
Lawyers Association, is the second son of Peng Zhen,
ex-chairman of the Standing Committee of the CCP
National People’s Congress (NPC).
Zheng Xiaohu, deputy chief of the Kangda Law Firm,
is the son of Zheng Tianxiang, ex-president of the
CCP Supreme Court.
Kangda’s other deputy chief, Lin Xingyu, is the daughter of
Lin Feng, ex-vice chairman of the NPC Standing Committee.
