重慶淫官雷政富色情視頻事件，持續升級，爆料人朱瑞峰，在曝光了他受到雷政富在北京的大後臺壓力甚至死亡威脅後，北京警方已經向他表示，會保護他的人身安全。並透露，批示來自中共現任政治局常委。
據《大紀元》新聞網引述朱瑞峰的話說，北京警方告訴他，他的事情，已經引起北京市委常委、北京市公安局領導的高度重視。原由派出所負責的案件，升級到北京市公安局西城分局刑偵支隊負責。
報導說，朱瑞峰透露，他在中南海的朋友暗示他，雷政富事件經全球的媒體報導後，引起了中南海的高度重視，一位現任政治局常委已經批示，要保護他。
中共高層高調看望艾滋患者
「世界艾滋病日」前夕，中共最高層人物習近平、李克強、溫家寶，分別高調接見愛滋病團體，中共衛生部也發表愛滋病報告。有媒體認為，這是中共企圖改變負面形象而打出的溫情牌。
而在最高領導層做出高姿態舉動的同時，河南近百名艾滋病患者和感染者在民政部的上訪，卻沒有官員接待，而且大部分人還被強行遣送回原地。
五年內中國將失去「世界工廠」地位
11月28號，日本「大和資本」發佈的一份報告說，東南亞國家正在超越中國，成為低成本製造業的主要產地，而中國則將在未來五至十年內，失去「世界工廠」的地位。
報告說，近些年，中國大陸工資水平迅速上漲，相比之下，東盟國家的勞動力成本如今比中國低得多。因此，製造業正在從中國轉移到經濟學家所說的「東盟七國」手裡。這七個國家分別是﹕泰國、菲律賓、越南、印度尼西亞、老撾、柬埔寨和緬甸。
藏族學生再示威 遭鎮壓
青海繼海南州「衛校」千名學生示威遊行遭鎮壓後，11月28號，再次發生藏族學生抗議示威事件。
據《自由亞洲電臺》報導，青海海南州共和縣恰卜恰鎮「海南州民族職業技術學校」的學生，28號走上街頭抗議示威，他們在縣政府中心前，高喊「藏族語言權利」及「自由」等口號，中共當局派出大批警察，施放催淚彈，並毆打示威學生，很多學生受傷，五人被拘留。
報導說，當地民眾說，目前事件已平息，但管制較嚴，藏族學校被武警封鎖，外人不能進入。

The Epoch Times cited Zhu Ruifeng who stated that
the Beijing police said his event has caused Beijing Municipal Committee and leadership of police bureau’s highly attention.
The criminal Investigation Team of the Beijing Police Bureau
is in charge of the case.
The report said that according to Zhu, one of his friends,
who works in Zhongnanhai, implied that
after international media reported over Lei’s scandal,
it began drawing high attention from Zhongnanhai.
One Standing Committee member has approved an order
to protect him.
Top Chinese Communist Leaders Made High-Profile Visits to Aids Group
World Aids Day is approaching, and Chinese Communist
Party (CCP) top leaders Xi Jinping, Li Keqiang and Wen Jiabao made high-profile visits to Aids groups.
The Ministry of Health issued a report on Aids.
Some media believe that this move is only
CCP’s soft attempt to reverse its negative image.
Meanwhile, in a real life, over a hundreds of Henan Aids
patients appealed to the Ministry of Civil Affairs, but they haven’t met with any officials yet.
Moreover, most of Aids patients were forcibly sent home!
China Seen Losing World Factory Within Five Years
On Nov. 28, Daiwa Capital Markets in Japan reported that
Southeast Asian nations will move past China to become the leader’s of low-cost manufacturing.
It is likely that China will lose “world factory” status
within the next five to ten years.
The report said that after a rapid increase in Chinese wages,
labor costs are now much lower in the Association of South East Asian (Asean).
Thus, the baton is now passing from China to Asean 7:
Thailand, Philippines, Vietman, Indonesia, Laos, Cambodia and Myanmar.
Tibetan Students Held Protest Again
Following the crackdown of thousands of medical school
students’ protests in Qinghai province, students in Tibetan ethnic areas held protest again on Nov. 28.
Radio Free Asia reported that students from Hannanzhou
Technical School in Gonghe County held protest on Nov. 28.
In front of county council, they shouted for
“Tibetan language rights” and “freedom.”
Many police were sent to the site and tear gas was used.
Students were beaten up, many were injured,
and five were detained.
The report cited local residents that authorities
cracked down on the protest, and restricted control.
Tibetan schools were blocked by armed police and no one
was allowed to enter or exit.
