【新唐人2012年5月26日訊】有消息指出，薄熙來、王立軍的案件，已經交由中共中央的一個「四人小組」進行調查，並爭取在8月前完成及公布。分析指出，目前對「薄王案」處理的主導權已經完全掌握在胡溫手中。而近期一系列消息的傳出和軍中異動，顯示胡錦濤拿下周永康的決心。
《博訊網》24號報導，據接近中共中紀委的消息人士透露，「薄王案」的調查分兩個階段進行，第一個階段由中央政治局常委兼中紀委書記賀國強、中紀委副書記兼國家監察部長馬馼、中央組織部部長李源潮及公安部部長孟建柱的「四人小組」領導處理，賀國強擔任小組組長。
消息說，第一階段是要調查薄熙來、王立軍本身的問題，8月前一定要完成，爭取在6、7月出調查結果。
時事評論員夏小強指出，「四人小組」幾乎全是支持胡錦濤的人馬。
夏小強：「孟建柱和賀國強現在也基本站在胡溫一方，從這一點來看，胡溫一方已經完全掌握了主導權。這個消息和前幾天傳出的王立軍將被判刑消息一樣，都傳遞出了一個同樣的信息：胡錦濤想在18大前完成對薄熙來案的處理和定調，現在在加速行動。」
香港《南華早報》21號報導說，中共方面會在6月以「叛國罪」起訴王立軍，並且可能判處王立軍死刑。
22號《世界新聞網》報導，中共領導層決意在中共十八大前，加緊處理王立軍、谷開來、薄熙來三起案件，目前進展順利。
史達：「看來胡溫要在18大前解決薄熙來和王立軍這一案，他有一定的用意，他一定要在這以前定下罪行，落下實實在在的罪，這是第一步。第二步，他還要把周永康和血債派同黨的罪行記錄下來。這樣一來他可以拿這些證據跟罪行遏制對手，這些可以公開、也可以不公開，還有王立軍這樣一個特別『合作』的這樣一個活口。」
不過，《世界新聞網》的報導說，薄熙來案由馬馼主持，與賀國強是組長的消息有出入。但似乎不管是誰主導，「薄、王」的下場都不會好到哪裏。
馬馼被視為是前政治局常委李瑞環親信，李瑞環則與江系大佬江澤民長期不合。而史達認為，如果真是賀國強領軍，那肯定會報一箭之仇，回敬王立軍、薄熙來在重慶對賀國強部下的「死打」，包括槍斃文強等。
獨立評論員洪劍：「政治內鬥都是你死我活的，用賀國強任調查小組組長來審薄熙來，兩人是死對頭，一物降一物，最終甚麼都招了，薄熙來肯定死咬周永康，周永康將死無葬身之地，這也說明胡溫拿下血債派的決心。」
23號，解放軍上將郭伯雄取消訪日，並陪同胡錦濤召見和警告北京軍頭，再次強調堅決聽從胡錦濤指揮。22號，《解放軍報》發表文章，再次警告中共軍隊中親周薄的國防部長梁光烈及軍中殘餘，不要製造事端「添亂」。
夏小強認為，這些跡象表明，如果僅僅是處理問題到薄熙來，胡錦濤沒有必要幾個月來一直讓軍隊高調發聲，很有可能是為公開處理周永康及他的勢力做準備。
此外，消息說，「四人小組」第二個階段是要調查薄熙來案牽涉的其他相關人員，例如原大連市委書記，現遼寧省委副書記夏德仁，以及原大連副市長，現任丹東市委書記戴玉林，和大連另外兩名前副市長等。另外大連「萬達集團」創始人王健林，也在第二期的調查之列。

Bo-Wang Case: The four-member investigation concludes
the case before August
According to sources, Bo Xilai and Wang Lijun’s
cases have been handed over to a four-member team
belonging to the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) Central
Committee which aims to conclude and announce the case.
Analysis show that currently the power to process the
proceedings entirely lies within Hu and Wen’s hands.
The recent military unrest also shows Hu’s determination to
take down Zhou Yongkang.
Boxun reported on the 24th that he received information
divulged by people with ties to the Central Commission for
Discipline Inspection of the Communist Party of China.
The information said that the investigation of the Bo-Wang
case is divided into two phases.
The first phase is led by He Guoqiang, the secretary of
Politburo Standing Committee and secretary of
Central Commission for Discipline Inspection.
The other three members include Chang Mawen, deputy
secretary of Central Commission for Discipline Inspection;
Li Yuanchao, head of Central Organization Department
and Meng Jianzhu, minister of Public Security.
Sources said the first phase is to investigate problems
which lie within Bo and Wang Lijun themselves, which must be finished before August.
It aims to reach a conclusion in June or July.
Current Affairs commentator Xia Xiaoqiang points out that
all four members are Hu Jintao’s people.
Xia Xiaoqiang: “Men Jianzhu and He Guoqiang are
basically standing on Hu and Wen’s side now.
From this point, we can see Hu and Wen have already
completely gained the power to process the proceeding.
This information, similar to information released a few days
ago about how Wang Lijun will be sentenced, is sending out the same message:
Hu Jintao wants to be done with the Bo Xilai affairs before
the 18th annual people’s congress, and he is speeding up the process now.
South China Morning Post reported on the 21st that the
Communist Party will bring a law suit against Wang Lijun.
It will be for crimes of treason in June, and he also may
be sentenced to death.
On the 22nd, worldjournal.com reports CCP officials are
determined to speed up the process in terms of
handling Wang Lijun, Gu Kailai and Bo affairs,
and that it is currently going smoothly.
Shi Da: “It looks like Hu and Wen want to finish off the
Bo-Wang case before the 18th annual congress;
They have a reason to do it. They have to determine a solid
sentence for him, this is the 1st step.
The 2nd step is they will record the crimes committed
by Zhou Yongkang and the blood debt factions.
This way they can use the evidence to keep
their enemies in check.
This can be either publicized or not.
They also have a “special” cooperation with Wang Lijun.
However, worldjournal.com reports that Bo Xilai’s case is
presided over by Ma Wen.
This conflicts with information that He Guoqiang
is the head of the team.
But it seems that no matter who is takes charge of this case,
Bo and Wang are both faced with a doomed future.
Ma Wen is perceived as Li Ruihuan – former Politburo
Standing Committee member’s crony.
Li Ruihuan have long been at odds with Jiang Zemin.
Shi Da believes if He Guoqiang is indeed the team leader,
He will take vengeance and retaliate against how Wang
and Bo’s treated He Guoqiang’s allies, including beating Wen Qiang to death.
Independent commentator Hong Jian: “Internal political
struggle is a game of life or death.
Using He Guoqiang as the team leader, who is Bo Xilai’s
nemesis, it is inevitable that one person conquers another.
Finally,Bo will confess everything.
Bo Xilai definitely will send Zhou Yongkang to death,
Zhou Yongkang will die a tragic death.

to take down the blood debt faction.
On the 23rd, major general of the People’s Liberation Army
Guo Boxiong cancelled his visit to Japan.
Instead he gathered together and warned Beijing’s
military head along with Hu Jintao.
They re-emphasized the need to listen to
Hu Jintao’s commands.
On the 22nd, an article published by PLA Daily warned
those who close to Liang Guanglie not to make trouble.
Xia Xiaoqiang believes these signs show if the problem only
relates to Bo, it’s unnecessary for Hu to influence military speaking out.
It is very possible he is preparing for handling
the Zhou Yongkang matter.
Besides, information reveals the second phase will
investigate those involved with Bo Xilai;
Such as former Dalian party secretary, the current
Liaoning deputy secretary Xia Deren.
As well as former Dalian vice mayor, current
Dan Dong City secretary Dai Yulin,.
Two other former Dalian vice mayors and
founder of Wanda Group.
Wang Jianlin will be investigated
in the second phase.
