【新唐人2012年3月30日訊】失蹤近兩年的大陸維權律師高智晟，日前在新疆沙雅監獄與家人相見，消息傳出後很多人為此鬆了一口氣。
高智晟的妻子耿和認為，高智晟露面與中國目前的局勢有關，她會繼續呼籲，直到高智晟獲得自由。
輿論認為，獲准探視高智晟和薄熙來免職是在同一天，說明掌管政法系統的周永康處境維艱，江系已經不妙﹔有關人士希望中國的警察認清形勢，善待高智晟，善待法輪功學員，善待良心犯，給自己準備後路，避免將來替中共揹黑鍋。
3月15號，高智晟的大哥接到公安局獲准探視高智晟的電話。24號，高智晟的岳父和哥哥高智義在新疆偏遠的沙雅監獄，終於見到了高智晟，這是將近兩年多以來，家人第一次確信高智晟還活著。
高智晟的妻子耿和表示，得知高智晟還活著，總算鬆了一口氣，很香的睡了一覺。但是一覺醒來感覺肩上的擔子還是很重，因為高智晟的困難還沒有結束，還要為高智晟繼續呼籲，直到高智晟獲得自由，全家人團聚。
時事評論員蘭述：「因為過去一年，據我所知，高智晟的家人和國際社會的許許多多人權組織，都在通過各種努力去尋找高智晟。因為中共官方一直說高智晟失蹤了，從來也不給國際社會一個交代，這一次終於讓高智晟本人見到了他的家屬。」
高智晟因為堅持為法輪功維權，被中共當局殘酷迫害。2009年高智晟再次被當局扣押，期間一度露面，接下來長達20多個月下落不明。去年12月，當局又以多次違反緩刑條件，繼續收監高智晟，家人多次希望見到高智晟，都遭到當局阻擾。
蘭述認為，中共能夠讓高智晟與他的家人見面，跟王立軍事件有關。因為現在各方面都在猜測，胡溫處理王立軍、薄熙來，下一步很可能就是對江氏和周永康。
蘭述：「在這個節骨眼上高智晟他能夠見到家人，應該說整個政法系，以周永康為首的政法系，目前是處在一個非常不妙的境地，整個政法系他們過去鎮壓（法輪功）這個事情，現在在胡溫的處理之中有了一定的轉機，應該說是有這麼一個信號。」
蘭述表示，鎮壓六四和鎮壓法輪功是胡溫從上臺第一天起，他們繼承的兩大政治危機和社會危機。胡溫遲早必須去面對這兩大政治危機。這兩大危機通過王立軍事件做了一次總爆發。這兩大危機是胡溫不得不面對，沒有辦法逃避的。
中國問題專家章天亮分析，高智晟的大哥接獲探視通知的時間點，與薄熙來倒臺同一天，這裡面透露了玄機。
章天亮：「從這個時間點來看，這個王立軍的失勢，它就牽扯到了薄熙來，薄熙來的話牽扯到的是周永康，所以不光是我們知道，中共內部人的話他們可能也都知道。這就是這件事情發生轉機，我覺得很重要的原因。」
因此，章天亮表示，跟隨周永康鎮壓法輪功很賣力的警察，需要給自己留條後路。善待法輪功學員，善待高律師，善待良心犯，就是中共警察自我保護的最好方法。要等到中共把他們當替罪羊拋出來，或者中共垮臺後被清算的時候再後悔，那就太晚了。

Mystery: Bo Xilai Removed on Same Day
Gao Zhisheng Visit Allowed
Human rights lawyer Gao Zhisheng has been missing
for nearly two years.
However, he recently met with family in Shaya prison,
Xinjiang. Many people are relieved to learn he is alive.
Gao’s wife, Geng He thinks that Gao Zhisheng’ appearance
relates to the current situation in China.
She will continue to appeal until Gao gets freedom.
Public opinion holds that Gao was allowed to be visited
on the same day as Bo Xilai was dismissed.
It shows that Zhou Yongkang, head of political and legal
System and part of Jiang’s faction, is in a difficult situation.
People hope that police can recognize the situation,
and be kind to Gao Zhisheng, as well as Falun Gong practitioners and prisoners of conscience.
They should consider their future, to avoid one day
having to carry the sins of the Chinese Communist Party.
Gao Zhisheng’s brother received a phone call, saying that
police will allow them to visit Gao on March 15.
Gao’s father-in-law and brother, Gao Zhi-yi finally saw
Gao Zhisheng at Shaya prison in Xinjiang on March 24.
The family have proof that Gao Zhisheng is still alive
for the first time in nearly two years.
Gao’s wife, Geng He expressed her relief and had a ‘sweet
sleep’ when she learned that Gao Zhisheng is still alive.
However, she still felt the heavy burden when she woke up.
Gao’s suffering is not over yet, Geng He will continue to
appeal for Gao until he is freed and reunited with family.
Commentator Lansu: “In the past year, as far as I know,
Gao’s family and many human rights organizations in the world have tried many efforts to find Gao Zhisheng.
This is because CCP officials have been saying that Gao
disappeared, and they never gave a public explanation.
However, Gao finally saw his family this time.”
Gao was brutally persecuted by the CCP because
he protected the legal rights of Falun Gong.
Gao was detained once again in 2009.
During this time, he appeared once, and subsequently
has never been found for more than 20 months.
Last December, authorities continued to imprison Gao,
using the excuse of 『violation of probation conditions』.
His family requested many times to see Gao,
but were rejected by the authorities.
Lan Shu thinks that the CCP allowing Gao to meet
with his family is related to the Wang Lijun event.
All are questioning after Hu and Wen dealt with Wang and Bo.
Jiang and Zhou Yongkang are likely to be the next targets.
Lan Shu: “Gao was able to see the family at this point.
It should be said that the whole department
of politics now is in a very bad situation.
The department of politics repressed (Falun Gong)
in the past.
Now there is a certain turning point in the Hu-Wen process,
so it should be said that there is such a signal.”
Lan Shu said that Hu Jintao and Wen Jiabao inherited crisis
on their first day of ruling China.
Of cracking down the Tiananmen Square movement,
and the persecution of Falun Gong.
Sooner or later they have to confront the two crises, which
has broken out completely through the Wang Lijun event.
There is no way to escape from the two crises.
China expert, Zhang Tianliang analyses Gao Zhisheng’s
brother was told to visit Gao on the day of Bo’s removal.
Zhang Tianliang: “According to the time point, it is clear
that the Wang Lijun case involved Bo Xilai. Bo, in turn, involved Zhou Yongkang.
Thus, not only do we know this fact,
but the CCP internally may also know it.
In my opinion, it is an important reason that made
Gao’s situation turns better.”
Zhang Tianliang expressed that police who follow Zhou
Yongkang to repress and persecute Falun Gong ruthlessly,
need to leave themselves an open way for the future.
The best way for the CCP police to protect themselves,
is to treat Falun Gong practitioners, lawyer Gao and dissident prisoners with kindness.
It will be too late for regret when they are dished out as CCP
scapegoats, or facing retribution after the CCP falls.
