【新唐人2012年3月26日訊】中共召開「兩會」之後，薄熙來被迅速免去重慶市委書記職務，中共當局沒有給出明確的理由，外界眾說紛紜。《亞洲週刊》給出的一個說法是，薄熙來下臺，背後涉及王立軍監聽中央領導人的行蹤和談話，令中央震怒。
據《亞洲週刊》透露，王立軍是監聽狂，在遼寧任職時就喜歡上監聽，熱衷監聽自己感興趣的話題。中央領導人習近平、賀國強、李源潮、吳邦國等在重慶考察或調研期間，王立軍都部署了監聽。他多次將竊聽獲得的重要內容，向薄熙來講述。但最令人震驚的是，這位聞名全國的「打黑英雄」，還與中央警衛局攀上關係，私底下獲知中央主要領導人的行蹤和私密。據重慶公安局一位官員透露，王立軍安排一個處長級公安幹部，專職負責監聽、竊聽工作。
《亞洲週刊》指出，令中南海高層最為震怒而對「重慶事件」採取行動的，是重慶當局監聽、竊聽中央領導人的行蹤和私下談話。
原上海國企保衛科長幸堯斌表示，「監聽」在中國非常普遍，但都要得到上級認可才行。
原上海國企保衛科長幸堯斌：「他肯定是有後臺，這個很明顯的，很明顯是有後臺在暗示他。一般情況我們都不敢，以前我做過保衛科長的，我們都知道的，以前與公安局經常打交道。」
《血紀》作者孔令平：「那個時候是秉承周永康的意見，他把凡是進入重慶地區的中央特派的那些人員，全部都進行了錄音。薄熙來是野心很大的，他有所謂的小毛澤東之稱。」
《血紀》作者孔令平認為，薄熙來重新執行毛澤東的政策，走一條讓老百姓繼續受苦、受害的路，所以「重慶模式」必須否定。
而且，幸堯斌表示，重慶「唱紅打黑」是行政命令，如果不去唱就扣工資、獎金，導致很多單位虧錢，有的單位欠了3個多億，老百姓怨聲載道，但都被掩蓋著。
《新華社》記者周方撰文指出，薄熙來主政下的「重慶模式」，遠看是個燈籠，近看卻是個大窟窿。目前，重慶市政府總債務已高達5000億元人民幣，相當於2011年全國發債的一半，重慶市政府實際上已經破產。
獨立評論人士郭慶海認為，重慶的「唱紅打黑」一開始就帶有政治目地，而且在「唱紅打黑」過程中也做了很多「惡」。但他不認為薄熙來是因為「竊聽」才被整肅的。
郭慶海指出，中共實行的是「特務政治」，「竊聽」是非常普遍的現象，很多高官都被竊聽，這是公開的秘密了。他認為，薄熙來在中共官員中是個異類，他敢於公開與中共高層矛盾、與中共路線矛盾，所以胡溫早就想弄掉他。
郭慶海：「目前釋放出來的甚麼竊聽之類的，這只是一個煙幕，這是中共高層歷來一直所做的。其實不可能是王立軍、薄熙來事件的根本。薄熙來到了重慶以後這幾年，一直公開的在和中央唱反調，一直公開的在和胡錦濤唱一個不同方面，唱紅打黑嘛。他的所有的一切都和中共中央其實有非常大的差別。」
但香港《明報》表示，導致薄熙來下臺的原因，是王立軍走進了美國駐成都總領事館，洩漏了大量的國家機密。「裡通外國」，在中共眼裡是最大的罪名。
「英國廣播公司BBC」認為，中共官場，尤其是中共的公安系統日益腐敗，官匪一家、警匪一家已是普遍現象，薄熙來落馬可算是「黑吃灰」的典型。BBC評論薄熙來下臺的文章，用「黑」來形容腐敗和有黑社會關係的官員，而用「灰」來形容中國的私人企業家。文章表示，有一天中國的「灰色富有群體」會意識到，只有民主和法治才能保護他們的產權，和給他們想要的政治地位和個人尊嚴。

Bo Xilai’s Phone Tapping of High-Ranking Officials Made Beijing Furious
Since the Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP) two sessions closed, Bo Xilai was demoted from Chongqing party chief. The CCP regime hasn’t given any xplanation, causing outsiders’ debates.
Yazhou Zhoukan magazine revealed that Wang Lijun is keen on hacking telephone conversations. Since he worked in Liaoning, he tapped people’s conversation
on topics he particularly interested in. High-level leaders e.g. Xi Jinping, He Guoqiang, Li Yuanchao and Wu Bangguo were tapped by Wang Lijun when visiting Chongqing. Wang also reported back to Bo any important Information he obtained from the hacking. The most surprising aspect is that Wang had a close relationship with Central Guard Bureau; he can find out CCP top leaders’ schedule and invade their privacy. One Chongqing police official revealed that Wang arranged a province-level policeman specifically working on tapping.
Yazhou Zhoukan reported that Zhongnanhai leaders were furious with Chongqing authority monitoring their privacy. This pushed them to made the decision to take action on the “Chongqing incident”.
Former head of security department, Xing Yaobin said that phone tapping is a common place happened in China. However, it must have higher level leaders’ approval.
Xing Yaobin: “Wang obviously has supporters behind, to give him the hint to do so, generally, nobody dares to do this. I worked as a head of security; we all know the rules, as we often deal with the police.”
Writer Kong Lingping, “At that time, he was following Zhou Yongkang’s opinions to tap all leaders who visited Chongqing from the central regime. Bo is an ambitious man, he has the nick name little “Mao Zedong”.
Kong Lingping, author of book Bloody Record, said that Bo promoted Mao Zedong’s policy. He wants to lead way of miserable life and persecute its own citizens, so “Chongqing Model” must be rejected.
Xing Yaobin said that Chongqing’s “Singing Red Songs Anti-corruption” campaign is an executive order, anyone against it will get reduced wages, and bonuses.
Some work units lost money and owed more than 300 million yuan. People were complaining, but these were covered up.
Xinhua News Agency reporter, Zhou Fang reported that Bo’s “Chongqing Model” is lantern-like at a distance, but a big hole when you look closely. Now Chongqing government’s bankrupted debt has reached 500 billion yuan, equivalent to 50% of the national debt in 2011.
Independent commentator, Guo Qinghai believes that the “Chongqing Model” has a political agenda from the start. In addition, during the process, many crimes were committed. However, Guo Qinghai didn’t agree that Bo was dismissed
due to the hacking affair.
Gu pointed out that the CCP carries a “spy policy”; tapping is common place.
Many high-level officials had been tapped, which is an open secret. Guo said that Bo is a rarity within the CCP; he dares to challenge high-level officials against the CCP’s rule. Hu Jintao and Wen Jiabao would plan to get rid of him.
Guo Qinghai, “The new released issue about tapping affair is the prologue, a method always been used by the CCP. The tapping issue is not Wang and Bo’s fundamental problem. Since Bo went to Chongqing, he has been openly against Beijing and Hu Jintao. Everything Bo has done, actually has a big difference with the central regime.”
Hong Kong’s Ming Pao reported that the leading cause of Bo’s removal, is Wang Lijun entering the U.S. Consulate. He leaked state secrets, being a “traitor” is considered the most severe crime by the CCP
The BBC published an article, saying that CCP’s corruption worsened daily, especially in the police system. Official and gangs are one big family, this is a common story. Bo’s downfall is a typical “Black takes grey” The article commented on Bo, saying “Black” indicates corrupt officials who have relationships with the mafia; “grey” means private entrepreneurs.
The article analyses that one day, “grey” groups will realise
that only the democracy and rule of law can protect their property.
It will also give them political status and dignity
if they want.
