【新唐人2012年3月22日訊】重慶市委書記薄熙來突遭免職的消息成了席捲全球的新聞衝擊波，中共高層將如何處置薄，引發外界諸多揣測。北京消息人士說，當局調查發現，薄熙來僱用一批寫手製造輿論，為他個人十八大進入政治局常委造勢；另外，薄熙來還向重慶兵工廠購買步槍、子彈，建立私人武裝。
20號《明鏡》新聞網報導說，北京消息人士透露，中共當局近期對薄熙來問題調查時發現，薄熙來透過多種方式，影響或控制了一些海內外媒體和寫手，為他十八大進入政治局常委造勢，並用新聞分析、評論等形式混淆視聽，或攻擊獨立媒體。
報導還說，薄熙來準備在新年後發起「攻勢」，內外呼應，全面攻擊中共國家主席胡錦濤和總理溫家寶，以及副主席習近平，為他「入常」製造輿論。
《希望之聲電臺》評論員蘭述：「薄熙來只不過把舊的一套搬出來，他和中共高層的其他的這些黨魁沒甚麼區別，他用的是老一套，就是謊言說一萬遍就變成真理，用的就是這個東西，然後，他就是利用中國國內的部分左派的勢力，再通過媒體的運作，把這個東西炒大，形成在國內，把它造成一個亮點，然後引起不但是中國社會也是國際社會的注意，從而為他自己有可能進入十八大創造資本。」
據了解，薄熙來近年來跋扈的作風不但得罪了團派，黨內其他派系對他也起了戒心。薄熙來主政重慶4年中，大肆「唱紅打黑」，風頭蓋過了許多老資格的「太子黨」；同時，薄熙來還竭力打壓前朝人馬，對溫家寶、中紀委書記賀國強的舊部屬也多有壓制，犯下了官場大忌。
而胡錦濤近兩年內3次視察廣東，力挺汪洋，對薄熙來，胡溫一直沒有表態。兩會期間，薄在重慶團記者會上宣稱胡「會去重慶，會喜歡重慶」，被外界解讀為「逼宮」。
北京消息人士還向《明鏡》透露，去年，薄熙來通過王立軍以重慶市公安局的名義，向重慶兵工廠買了5000支步槍和50萬發子彈，建立私人武裝。目前，這些武器全部下落不明，武警機動師已經進駐重慶進行追查。
蘭述：「 薄熙來自己私下購買軍火，毫無疑問，就是他去擴充他的個人的重慶武裝，這種可能性是存在的，因為中共傳統上抓住兩『桿子』，『筆桿子』，『槍桿子』，那麼包括下一步江胡鬥的趨勢，最後誰勝呢？可能都是誰能抓住軍隊。」
大陸時政評論員唐風認為，這些軍火遠遠滿足不了薄熙來的野心和胃口。
唐風：「現在中國大陸，搞的很混亂，各部門的保安啊，武警啊，這樣就給薄熙來搞私人武裝提供了條件，他可以調動武裝。那麼從薄熙來這個野心，胃口看，他遠不滿足這點武裝的。從以前曝光出去的消息看，他還在參加一些軍事演習，直接插手軍隊。」
2月6號王立軍逃亡美領館尋求庇護；10號《重慶衛視》新聞聯播報導薄熙來在軍方將領簇擁下，參觀了駐雲南第14集團軍。這個集團軍前身是薄一波創建的「山西新軍」。
去年11月，薄熙來出席成都軍區在重慶舉行的軍事演習。在此之前，胡錦濤發現，原成都軍區政委張海洋被薄熙來收買，張海洋是軍頭張震的兒子，因此，胡錦濤馬上把張海洋調到二炮去。日前有消息傳出，張海洋已被扣。
唐風指出，種種跡象把薄熙來的野心表露無遺，也是胡溫一直想除掉他的原因，王立軍事件正好給了胡溫這樣一個機會。
唐風：「胡溫從王立軍事件作為突破口，它這個就像骨諾米牌的效應似的，王立軍是第一張牌，薄熙來是第二張牌，那麼隨著王立軍、薄熙來的倒下，第三張牌展現在人們面前，下一張就是周永康了，如果胡溫這個時候就此罷手呢，可能倒下的第三張牌就是胡溫了。」
唐風指出，隨著薄熙來被免職，十八大前的權鬥浮現臺面，薄熙來導演的這齣政治驚悚劇暫時落幕，但王薄引發的骨諾米牌效應遠沒結束。

Bo Xilai Build up His Own Arm Force
The unexpected dismissal of Bo Xilai became
headline news.
Many speculate on how the CCP will deal with him.
Sources from Beijing revealed that Bo was found
hiring reporters to create media propaganda
for his promotion and purchased guns to establish
his private army.
Mingjingnews.com reported on the 20th that sources
from Beijing said, in a recent investigation, that
Bo was found manipulating many media and
reporters inside and outside China, using news analysis,
commentaries, etc. to confuse the public,
paving the way for his promotion.
The reports also said that Bo planned to launch
a propaganda campaign after the Chinese new year,
attacking Chinese President Hu Jintao, P M Wen Jiaobo,
and the vice-president Xi Jinping.
Commentator from Sound of Hope Lan Shu: “Bo is just
using an old trick, nothing different from other top CCP leaders.
The trick is repeating a lie for a thousand times to turn
it into a so-called truth.
He is using leftists inside China, exploiting the media,
and making a campaign while attracting the attention
of both Chinese and international media, to earn credit
for joining CCP’s Politburo Standing Committee.
Bo’s domineering style offended not only the Communist
Youth League faction, but other factions inside the Party.
In his 4 years as Mayor of Chongqing, his “Singing Red,
Striking Black"campaign outshined many veteran “Princelings."
Bo also suppressed Wen Jibao and He Guoqiang’s
former subordinates in Chongqing, against the unspoken rule of officialdom.
In the past 2 years, Hu Jintao visited Guangdong twice,
to support Wang Yang, while keeping silent on Bo Xilai.
Bo said in a recent reception that Hu would visit Chongqing,
which was understood by the media as pushing the central government.
Sources from Beijing told mingjingnews.com that
last year Bo directed Wang Lijun to buy 5,000 guns and 500,000 bullets to organize his private army.
Now, police are investigating the whereabouts
of the arms.
Lan Shu: “Bo Xilai bought arms privately, no doubt, for
his personal purpose, because CCP traditionally relies on two major tools, guns and pens.
During future infighting, whoever controls the army
will win.
Commentator Tang Feng said these arms may not
satisfy Bo’s greed.
Tang Feng: “Mainland China is in chaos now,
which provides opportunity for Bo’s private army.
But he is too greedy to be satisfied by that.
From previous media reports, we can say he participated
in some military exercises and tried to control the army.
On Feb. 6th, Wang Lijun fled to the US consulate for asylum.
On the 10th, the news on Chongqing TV showed Bo visited
The 14th Army stationed in Yunnan, surrounded by military officials.
This Army was said to have been founded by Bo’s father.
In November, Bo attended military exercises
in Chongqing.
Before that, Hu Jintao found Zhang Haiyang, the former
Political commissar of Chengdu military region, had been bribed by Bo.
So Hu transferred Zhang to Second Artillery Corps.
He is now said to have been arrested.
Tang Feng said that Bo’s greed was so obvious,
which made Hu and Wen decide to remove him.
Wang Lijun’s scandal provided them with
such an opportunity.
Tang Feng: “Hu and Wen used Wang Lijun accident as
an excuse, which resulted in the domino effect.
Wang was the first to fall, Bo the second, now the third
will be in front of us, and Zhong Yongkang will be the next.
But if Hu and Wen stop now, the third will be
Hu and Wen.
Tang Feng also said that after Bo’s dismissal, the insight
before18th CCP congress emerged.
The domino effect triggered By Wang and Bo still has
a long way to go before they all fall.
