【新唐人2012年2月15日訊】重慶副市長王立軍出逃美領館，中共權鬥黑幕一時成為國際焦點。最近有消息指出，薄熙來主政重慶4年多，竭力打壓前朝人馬，對團派、國務院總理溫家寶、中紀委書記賀國強的舊部也多有壓制，犯下官場大忌。而對於如何處置薄熙來，中共下一代接班人習近平也是左右為難。下面請看本臺記者的報導。
重慶市委書記薄熙來自從2007年被發配到重慶後，就開始大搞「唱紅打黑」，瘋狂打壓前朝舊部，清除異己，因此被外界譏諷為「黑打」。
大陸知情人士周先生曾經被關進重慶「九龍監獄」，當時那裏關押著重慶司法局長文強等幾十名官員。在交談中，周先生獲知，這些官員被抓後首先被關押到重慶鐵山坪，提審時有一種用木條子特製的老虎凳，木條的棱子被立起來變成了三角形。
周先生：「屁股坐到那個凳子上邊的話，骨頭就受不了。基本上那些人送到監獄裡來之後，那些公安局的、刑警大隊長等很多人，他們好幾個月、半年多走路都不能走。」
周先生介紹，這些人一被審訊就是12天或者18天，坐在老虎凳上屁股都爛了、血肉模糊，而且還不讓睡覺，人最後承受不住，就像瘋了一樣。
香港《明報》報導，有些官員雖然沒有被「黑打」，但因為不是薄熙來的嫡係也受到壓制。溫家寶的舊部、原北部新區黨工委書記陳乃文，賀國強的秘書、重慶副市長凌月明，「團派」官員、原南岸區委書記張季，都受到薄熙來的一再打壓。
但薄熙來大肆造勢的「唱紅打黑」並沒有得到胡錦濤、溫家寶的肯定。倒是中共下一屆接班人、與薄熙來同屬太子黨的習近平，2010年12月到重慶視察，對薄熙來的「唱紅打黑」進行了肯定。
香港《蘋果日報》分析指出，原重慶公安局長王立軍進入美領館避難，曾經的「打黑英雄」成了叛逃高官。更麻煩的是，王立軍決意要揭發薄熙來，這使習近平左右為難。「保薄」，胡溫不認可，也有損自己形象﹔不「保薄」，有損太子黨利益，也有傷自己肯定「唱紅打黑」的臉面。
報導認為，也許，讓薄熙來體面的下臺，不必像陳良宇那樣判重刑，是習近平的首選。
政治經濟評論家草庵居士對《新唐人》表示，有消息說，習近平和薄熙來曾經有一個約定，習近平支持薄熙來進入常委，但薄熙來要遵從習近平。另外，在太子黨和團派之間，習近平並不願意看到團派拿到更多的常委位置。
草庵居士：「所以在這種情況下，相對而言，我更傾向於習近平會採取兩頭騎牆派，儘可能的把事情平息下去。」
香港《開放》雜誌總編輯金鐘則認為，對薄熙來的處理並不是習近平能決定的，但太子黨和中共基於自身利益和政權穩定，很可能會對薄熙來的處理留有餘地。
金鐘：「不讓他進政治局常委，這個目標是會達到的。（但）不會把他置於死地。但是決定薄熙來的命運，還是胡錦濤和江澤民。」
另據報導，美國眾議院外交事務小組委員會主席羅拉巴克爾最近表示，將對美國奧巴馬政府處理王立軍美領館避難案進行調查。已經登上國際舞臺的王立軍案，對於一貫奉行「家醜不外揚」的中共來說，如何收場確實成了個大難題。

Bo Xilai Under Pressure, What Will Xi Jinping Do?
The incident involving Wang Lijun, Chongqing vice-mayor,
fleeing to the US Consulate, and the Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP) infighting is attracting world attention.
Latest news reports show that Bo Xilai has ruled Chongqing
for 4 years, and tried to clear former officials in Chongqing.
Bo had also broken the rules of the CCP, suppressing
Hu Jintao’s Youth League faction,
as well as old officials of Premier Wen Jiabao and He Guoqian,
Secretary of Central Commission for Discipline Inspection
How to deal with Bo Xilai? It is hard for Xi Jinping,
who is said to be the next successor of the CCP.
Since 2007, Bo Xilai, the party secretary of Chongqing,
had been demoted to Chongqing from Beijing.
He started the campaign “Red-song singing and
crackdown mafia”.
By using this chance, he ferociously suppressed former CCP
officials. The public called this “mafia struggling with mafia”.
Mainlander Mr. Zhou has been jailed in Jiulong prison
in Chongqing.
He said, at that time, over a dozen Chongqing officials were
jailed, including Chongqing Judicial Secretary Wen Qiang.
In the conversation, Zhou was told that police were using
a specially designed ‘Tiger bench’.
The wooden edge is erected as triangle for people to sit on.
Zhou: “Anyone who sits on the bench;
their bones cannot stand it.
After those people left the jail, most of them could not walk
for at least a few months or half a year.
Zhou said those people were often subjecting for 12 or 18
days, they were sat on bench, their bottom was rotten.
They were not allowed to sleep; they could not stand it,
this made them suffer.
Hong Kong Ming Pao reports that those officials haven’t been
cracked down, but they are not directly close to Bo. They have also been suppressed.
Chen Naiwen used to work for Wen Jiabao, and was former
Secretary of North New Zone Party Worker Committee.
The Secretary of He Guoqiang, the Vice-mayor of Chongqing,
Ling Yueming, Youth League faction officials
and former South Bank Zone Secretary, Zhang Ji,
have all been repeatedly suppressed by Bo Xilai.
However, Bo’s Red song and anti-mafia campaign haven’t
been praised by Hu Jintao and Wen Jiabao.
Princeling Xi Jinping, CCP’s next successor, praised
Bo』s campaign when he visited Chongqing in Dec. 2010.
Hong Kong Apple Daily analyses that Wang Lijun went to
the US Consulate for asylum.
Yesterday’s hero of anti-mafia became today’s defection.
The greater problem is Wang is determined to expose
Bo Xilai, which left Xi Jinping in an awkward predicament:
If he is to protect Bo, Hu and Wen won’t accept it,
as it is bad for their image;
If he doesn’t protect Bo, princelings will lose interest and also
lose face for praising “Red-song singing and anti-mafia”.
Reports say, perhaps they will let Bo Xilai to step down in
a decent way.
It could be Xi Jinping’s first choice not to give him a heavy
punishment as Chen Yuliang had.
Political and economist commentator Cao’an Jushi told NTD
that another source said, Xi and Bo had an agreement.
Xi helps Bo to enter Standing Committee, however Bo needs
to obey Xi.
Between Princelings and youth leagues faction, Xi doesn’t want
youth league faction to get more seats in Standing Committee.
Cao’an Jushi: “Under such circumstances, relatively,
I prefer the scenario that Xi will stand in the middle.
Trying his best to calm down the situation.”
Jin Zhong, Chief Editor of Hong Kong Open magazine said,
Xi Jinping cannot handle dealing with Bo Xilai issue.
However, princelings and the CCP consider their own
interests and stable of political power.
They might possibly give more chances to Bo.
Jin Zhong: “The goal of stopping Bo entering the Politburo
Standing Committee can be achieved.
However, they won’t let him die.
Hu Jintao and Jiang Zemin will decide the fate of Bo Xilai.”
Other reports said U.S. Congressman Dana Rohrbacher,
chairman of the House Foreign Affairs subcommittee
has promised he would investigate the handling of Wang’s
case, which has attracted world attention.
The CCP has always pursued “wash dirty linen at home”.
However it is very difficult to achieve this time.
