【禁聞】國際聚焦建三江 律師團聲明追責

【新唐人2014年04月03日訊】黑龍江佳木斯市建三江農墾管理局公安局拘留4名人權律師事件,引發中國民間的接力聲援,也引起了國際媒體和人權組織的強烈關注。「國際特赦」組織強烈譴責中共公安毆打和拘留維權律師。法輪功律師團要求中共總書記習近平,對實施迫害的相關責任人進行查辦。

4月2號,法輪功發言人張而平對《新唐人》表示,建三江公安局拘留、毆打4名為法輪功學員辯護的律師,以及酷刑和非法逮捕法輪功學員,在國際上引起了強烈反響。

法輪功發言人張而平:「很多律師團還有民間活動人士、教授專家,還有國際各界人權組織,都對此非常關注,來自中國大陸的各行各業人士都很勇敢的站起來,為法輪功人權進行援助和支持。」

3月21號,黑龍江佳木斯市建三江農墾管理局公安局,非法刑拘7位法輪功學員和4名代理律師後,對他們進行了野蠻毆打,至少3人被迫害致生命垂危送醫搶救。

近10天來,一批批律師和各地公民自發組建「失蹤公民營救團」,前往建三江要求放人。在遭到當局大肆抓捕、暴毆及遣返的情況下,各地律師和公民仍前仆後繼的接力聲援。

法輪功人權律師團4月1號發表公告,要求中共領導人習近平對實施迫害的相關責任人進行撤辦。律師團還對中國國內各界組成的「失蹤公民營救團」的正義行動表示聲援。

3月31號,北京律師陳建剛在網路中呼籲更多律師加入聲援行列,他表示,鑒於建三江警察就是黑社會,一同前往聲援的條件是「不怕死」﹔而廣東律師葛永喜則回應,雖然怕死,但仍然前往。

數十位律師和學者也致信公安部,要求立即制止建三江警方的非法行徑,保障律師的會見權利,並立即派員徹查建三江黑監獄內幕等。

而「國際特赦」組織也發表聲明譴責建三江事件,並特別關注張俊傑律師被毆打,以及3位仍被拘留律師的安全。

4月1號,當局首次發通告回應建三江事件,通告中污衊4名律師煽動38名法輪功學員及家屬「聚眾滋事」。卻引發民間更大憤慨,「建三江」一夕竄紅,4月2號早上成為微博熱搜排名第二。

法輪功人權律師團發言人朱婉琪指出,目前歐盟、歐洲議會、美國國務院,以及台灣、香港、日本等律師組織,都已經得知建三江當地違反人權的暴行。

法輪功人權律師團發言人朱婉琪:「這次的律師團,以及台灣的醫師組織前往歐洲,向歐盟以及歐洲議會,講清活摘真相的同時,也告訴了歐洲議會以及歐盟當局,今天在中國迫害法輪功學員跟律師的暴行,並沒有停止。」

美國國務院也已接獲「法輪大法訊息中心」通報,關於建三江農墾區公安局違反國際人權公約的暴行。

朱婉琪:「希望這些歐美的議會也好、國會也好、國務院也好,在接獲我們要求聲援的同時,能夠繼續譴責中共當局,繼續利用政法委體系,繼續違法亂紀,繼續剝奪法輪功學員律師權利的部分,要求中共給予解釋。」

朱婉琪說,若迫害不停止,律師團將在國際發動更大的聲援行動。

朱婉琪:「我們也希望,國內所有聲援法輪功律師的團體以及個人,能夠與我們海外的這些律師組織通報,把你們最新在各地有法輪功律師受到侵害,以及法輪功學員受到非法關押的情況告訴我們,我們將持續的在國際上發聲,直到這場迫害停止。」

截至目前,法輪功人權律師團已在30個國家,對50名中共官員進行近60項的人權訴訟。其中包括江澤民、羅幹、李嵐清、薄熙來、周永康等人。

3月30號,總部設在美國紐約的「追查迫害法輪功國際組織」,針對建三江案件,發佈追查通告,通告警告所有參與建三江事件的主兇、和幫兇,如不罷手,必將成為將來大審判中的被告。

International Attention on Jiansanjiang, Lawyers Want Investigation

Public protests have been triggered by the case of four lawyers
illegally detained by police in Jiansanjiang, Heilongjiang Province.
It has also become an issue of concern for
the international community and human rights organizations.
Amnesty International (AI) strongly condemns the police’s
thuggishly beating and detaining the lawyers.
A group of lawyers defending Falun Gong practitioners
is requesting Xi Jinping, leader of the Chinese Communist
Party (CCP), to investigate and punish
those who had been involved in the persecution.

Falun Gong spokesman Erping Zhang says Jiansanjiang police’s
actions of beating the four lawyers defending for Falun Gong
practitioners, and illegally arresting and severely torturing
Falun Gong practitioners, has aroused international responses.

Zhang Erping: “Many lawyers groups, activists, professors,
and international human rights groups are expressing concern.
People in Mainland China from all walks of life
are also bravely speaking out.
They showed support for Falun Gong’s human rights."

On March 21, the police in Nongken Management Bureau
in Jiansanjiang illegally arrested seven Falun Gong
practitioners and their four defense lawyers.
Brutal beatings from police, at least three of the detainees
were hospitalized and in critical condition.

Over the past ten days, many lawyers and citizens have
voluntarily formed the “Group to Rescue Missing Citizens".
They went to Jiansanjiang to request
the release of the detainees.
Although the local police have arrested, beaten
and deported them, lawyers and citizens from many cities
are continuing to go onsite to give support.

On April 1, the Falun Gong Human Rights Lawyers Group
issued a statement requesting Xi Jinping to investigate
and punish those who implemented the persecution.
They also expressed support of the Group to Rescue
Missing Citizens movement in Mainland China.

On March 31, Beijing lawyer Chen Jiangang went online
to urge lawyers to join the support.
Chen says in light of Jiansanjiang police acting like the mafia,
the condition of going to support is “not fearing death";
Guangdong lawyer Ge Yongxi echoed that message, saying
that even fearing death, people must still push forward.

Dozens of lawyers and scholars also wrote to the police ministry.
They want for the illegal behaviors of the Jiansanjiang police
to immediate stop, for lawyers’ right to visit ensured,
and for the regime to immediately investigate
the Jiansanjiang black jail.

AI has also issued a statement condemning the incident.
AI is particularly concerned about lawyer Zhang Junjie having
been beaten, and the safety of three detained lawyers.

On April 1, the regime issued a response to the incident
for the first time.
It slandered the four lawyers as having incited
38 Falun Gong practitioners and their families members
to “gather crowds to make trouble".

The regime’s response provoked public outcry.

Jiansanjiang then become famous overnight,
and the next morning, the word “Jiansanjiang"
became the second top keyword on Chinese search engines.

Teresa Chu, spokesperson of the Falun Gong Human Rights
Lawyers Working Group says that now the European Union,
the European Parliament, the U.S. Department of State, Taiwan,
Hong Kong, Japan and other lawyers groups
have been aware of the brutal actions of Jiansanjiang police.

Tereasa Chu: “Now, groups of lawyers and medical experts
from Taiwan are going to Europe to clarify the truth about
live organ harvesting to the EU and European Parliament.
Meanwhile they will speak out on the brutal torture that
continues to be used on Falun Gong practitioners and lawyers."

The Falun Dafa Information Center has notified the U.S. State
Department that the violent acts of Jiansanjiang police
have breached the International Bill of Human Rights.

Tereasa Chu: “We hope the European Parliament, and the U.S.
Congress and Department of State will accept our request of
support, and continue to condemn the Chinese regime’s use of
the Political and Legislative Affairs Committee to break the law,
and deprive the rights of Falun Gong practitioners and lawyers.
The CCP must be made to answer for this."

Tereasa Chu says that if the persecution doesn’t stop,
lawyer groups will stage worldwide action.

Tereasa Chu: “We also hope that in China, all supporting groups
including lawyer groups and individuals can communicate with us,
to tell us updates on the status of defense lawyers and Falun Gong
practitioners illegally detained in each city.
We will carry on overseas’ support until the persecution ends."

The Falun Gong lawyers group has sued 50 CCP officials
in 30 countries, accusing them of nearly 60 crimes.
Jiang Zemin, Luo Gan, Li Lanqing, Bo Xilai
and Zhou Yongkang are included among the accused officials.

On March 30, New York based World Organization to
Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong
issued a statement on the Jiansanjiang incident.

The organization warns that if key persecutors and participants
involved in the Jiansanjiang incident do not stop,
they will become the defendants in the grand trial in the future.
