【新唐人2013年08月10日訊】中共前發改委副主任、國家能源局原局長劉鐵男被雙開的消息，已經迅速傳遍海內外。在當前整個中共政局極為敏感的時刻，身為江家幫財務管家的劉鐵男，成為十八大後首個被「雙開」的省部級官員，更令中南海局勢顯得尤為緊張。江派沒能保住劉鐵男，這其中到底釋放了甚麼信號？我們一起來聽聽評論人士的解讀。
據中共喉舌《新華網》8月8號的報導，劉鐵男因涉嫌收受巨額錢物等四宗罪，被處以開除黨籍和行政開除處分。報導還說，劉鐵男違紀違法所得被收繳，涉嫌犯罪問題移送司法機關處理。
劉鐵男被外界稱之為中共派系江家幫的財務管家，為江繫在能源系統掠取大量黑金，他貪腐的背後隱藏著江澤民以及江派的龐大利益。
去年12月6號，大陸《財經》雜誌副主編羅昌平通過微博，向中紀委實名舉報劉鐵男。今年5月12號，《新華社》發稿，證實劉鐵男涉嫌嚴重違紀，目前正接受組織調查。
美國《中國事務》雜誌總編伍凡：「雙開下一步可能就要判刑，體現了習近平要『打老虎』，就是部一級的。再配合要公審薄熙來，這兩個都是屬於『打老虎』類型的。130對共產黨內部講，就是要清理周永康、江澤民這派人的勢力。現在還不知道它（內鬥）的前景如何，但廝殺的現象都出來了。另外一派人正在反攻。老百姓看的呢是狗咬狗。」
近日多方消息指稱，中共正在北戴河召開秘密會議，許多內部重大議題都會擺上臺。
外界盛傳中共高層就薄熙來的最後定案，正在北戴河打得不可開交。而此時劉鐵男被宣佈雙開的消息，令岌岌可危的中共政局更添一份詭異和緊張。
在劉鐵男落馬之前，江澤民的另一名心腹中共軍隊總後勤部原副部長谷俊山已經被拋出。8日1號，中共國防大學教授公方彬做客人民網強國論壇，談到谷俊山涉嫌犯罪。8月2號，這個消息被多個大陸媒體高調轉載，並在標題上突出谷俊山涉嫌貪腐犯罪。
時事評論員邢天行認為，劉鐵男被雙開的消息，釋放了一個重大信號。
時事評論員邢天行：「也就是江澤民這一派的勢力在北戴河應該是徹底完結了。在這之前爆料，好像江澤民在這過程中還想發揮一點作用。但是從劉鐵男被雙開可以看出中共現在高層的決心，是徹底要擺脫江澤民的左右。從劉鐵男被拋出來後，海外瘋傳『落定薄熙來 絞殺周永康』這樣的話，從這裡可以看出民意。」
8月5號開始，中共喉舌《人民日報》連續3天高調刊登毛左挺薄的反憲文章﹔6號，《華爾街時報》的調查報導說，薄熙來案可能有新的貪腐證據﹔緊接著，8月7號，海外網站又再傳出：中南海很快會爆發驚雷的消息。
邢天行：「民眾比較關注的，就是期望通過劉鐵男和薄熙來案子的審理，使他背後更大的老虎，像周永康這類人，也應該被牽出來。從目前局勢看，江澤民原來那派勢力的羽翼，正在被逐步剪除。那麼也給大家一個期待，就是剪除了劉鐵男後，下面是薄熙來，再往下追下去就有可能是周永康了。所以瘋傳這一塊呢也不是空穴來風。」
不過，邢天行表示，從劉鐵男的下場可以看出，如果中共體制不改，不管把哪一派的人拿出來處理，都只不過是內部權力爭鬥中的慣用做法。因此，中國民眾應該共同努力，去解體中共，這樣才能解決根本問題。

Economic Planning Director Liu Tienan Ousted for Graft
Liu Tienan, former deputy head of the National Development
and Reform Commission has been expelled from the
Chinese Communist Party (CCP).
Now the CCP faces an extremely sensitive moment.
Liu, as the “financial steward" of Jiang Zemin’s faction, is said
to be the first ministerial-level official thrown out of the CCP.
The move made for an extremely tense atmosphere
in the CCP’s central headquarters.
Jiang’s faction couldn’t protect Liu any more,
what does this signal for their faction?

On August 8, CCP mouthpiece media Xinhua news
agency reported that
Liu Tienan accepted huge amounts of bribes
and has committed four other crimes.
Liu was removed from office and expelled from the CCP.
All of Liu’s illegal assets were confiscated, and
he has since been handed over to the judicial authorities.
Liu has been deemed by many to be
the “financial steward" of Jiang’s faction.
Liu helped Jiang’s faction seize a large amount of money.
The background of Liu’s corruption involves Jiang Zemin
and his faction’s huge vested interests.
On December 6, 2012, Luo Changping, deputy editor-in-chief
of Caijing magazine, posted accusations of Liu on Weibo.
Luo reported Liu Tienan’s several illegal activities to
the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection.
On May 12, Xinhua news admitted Liu’s corruption
and reported that Liu was under investigation.
Wu Fan, US-based Chinese Affairs magazine editor:
“After his removal, Liu will be sentenced.
This indicates that president Xi Jinping’s
“beating of the tigers" aims at those at ministerial-level.
In additional, Bo Xilai’s trial is expected to be held this month,
both Liu and Bo belong to the ‘tigers’ that Xi vowed to fight.
Internally, members in the CCP persist to eliminate
Zhou Yongkang and Jiang Zemin’s faction.
It is unclear that how the CCP internal struggle went,
but the fierce infighting can be seen.
It’s one faction retaliating against the other,
and people are watching it like a dogfight."
Recently, sources claim that a secret meeting is being held
in Beidaihe, and many important issues will be discussed.
Rumors say high levels of the CCP are arguing fiercely
in Beidaihe, over the final decision of the Bo Xilai case.
To announce Liu Tienan’s removal at this particular time
puts the CCP into a precarious and tense political situation.
Before Liu’s dismissal, Jiang Zemin’s other confidant
Gu Junshan, former deputy head of the PLA General
Logistics Department faces a corruption probe.
On August 1, Fang Bin, a professor at the National Defense
University, spoke of Gu’s corruption during a forum.
On August 2, several media published Fang’s speech,
highlighted with the title “Gu Junshan’s alleged corruption".
Xing Tianxing, a current affairs commentator, says that
Liu Tienan’s downfall gives an important signal.
Xing Tianxing: “It shows the influence of Jiang’s faction
at Beidaihe is done for.
Previously, Jiang seemed to have had some role in this process.
However, Liu Tienan’s removal shows the solid
decision amongst CCP leaders is to completely get rid of Jiang.
After Liu was thrown out, sayings such as “cast down Bo Xilai,
and smother Zhou Yongkang," spread overseas.
From this you can see the will of the people."
Since August 5, CCP mouthpiece media the People’s Daily
consecutively published a series of articles
supporting Bo and criticizing the constitutional system.
On August 6, the Wall Street Journal reported that
Bo’s case likely obtained a new evidence of his corruption.
On August 7, overseas website spread news:
“Zhongnanhai will soon erupt in thunder".
Xing Tianxing: “People mostly hope that Liu Tienan’s and
Bo Xilai’s trials will lead to catching the big tigers behind them,
such as Zhou Yongkang, who should also be thrown out.
Now we can see that Jiang’s forces are gradually being cut off.
It gives people some hopes that after Liu is removed,
Bo will follow, and next will be Zhou Yongkang.
Thus, these rumors aren’t groundless."
Xing Tianxing says it can be seen from Liu Tienan’s case that,
without removing the CCP system, no matter who is dismissed,
it’s just CCP’s common practice of internal power struggles.
Thus, Chinese people should work hard together
to disintegrate the CCP.
Only by doing so, can the fundamental problem be resolved.
