Articles on Bo’s Case Deleted

On 30th July, Finance magazine in China reported
on new details in the Bo Xilai case,
the former CCP Secretary of Chongqing, claiming
when Bo Xilai served as CCP secretary in Chongqing,
he had prevented investigations of his wife
Gu Kailai murdering English Businessman.
Media in China and Hong Kong reprinted the article,
and major overseas media have also reported the contents.
But shortly after, most reprinted articles and the original
articles on the Finance website were deleted.

Jinan prosecutor arrested Bo Xilai and would be tried in
Jinan Intermediate People’s Court on the charge of
“bribery, corruption and abuse of power".

On 30th July, Finance magazine reported new details
Bo Xilai’s case, alleging bribery by Bo Xilai when he was in office in Dalian;
crimes of power abuse occured when he served as
the CCP secretary of Chongqing,
in preventing Wang Lijun, the former director of
police department to investigate the murder of Heywood by Gu Kailai.

In addition, Finance reported Bo’s default crimes
were bribery of 25 million yuan,
embezzlement of public funds of 5 million yuan,
occuring in the 90s when Bo served as mayor of Dalian.

British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) Chinese
network said Bo Xilai’s bribery occured in the 1990s.
As a senior official active in high-rank officialdom,
Bo was found guilty only for a crime 20 years ago, which is incredible.

Political commentator Shi Da:
“Why sentence him with crimes from the 1990s?
Because in Chongqing, Bo Xilai created
a lot of economic injustices, and
the CCP does not want to reopen the case or
reverse the verdict, as the money was used up.
If these injustices were publicized,
Chongqing will be overturned."

Independent commentator Li Yang:"He has not committed
a crime of corruption, they have put him away in this fashion,
in fact, he was involved in robbery."

It is reported that Xu Ming, who had a relationship with
Bo Xilai for over 20 years and the founder of the Dalian Shide
Group, received the largest bribery.
In addition, personnel were involved including Wuwen Kang,
the former director of Chongqing Municipal General Office and
Xia Zeliang, former Nan’an District
CCP Secretary of Chongqing.

Last year, a day before the CCP announced Bo Xilai’s
dismissal, Xu was detained, with Xu never
having reappeared in public.
U.S. Forbes magazine had estimated in 2010 that
Xu had $650 million in property.

But strangely, most of the reprinted Finance magazine article
and the original text were deleted shortly thereafter,
just leaving some traces in the search engine.

British Reuters sought verification via Bo Xilai’s attorney,
but did not receive a clear reply.

Shi Da:"Everyone knows that this play of the
CCP sentencing Bo Xilai was to maintain its own ruling and conceal the crimes of the CCP.
This is the bottom line.
So I say it is a tricky play on lying."

So, what crimes were committed by Bo Xilai?

On 28th September, 2012, Bo Xilai was expelled from
the CCP and public position.
The CCP also officially announced Bo ‘s involvement
in seven crimes,
including abuse of power of Bo Xilai in the
Wang Lijun incident and Gu Kailai’s intentional homicide;
accepting huge bribes from others; maintaining improper
sexual relationships with a number of women;
in addition, Bo found clues of his other alleged crimes.

Shi Da:"Corruption of CCP officials is common and
abuse of power is common.
According to the CCP’s calculation, if these crimes
should all be successfully tried,
then many CCP officials would be sentenced as well."

The Epoch Times, headquartered in the U.S. received
the news that Gu Kailai was one of the principals in organ
harvesting from living Falun Gong practitioners.
Heywood and Gu Kailai together opened a company in the UK,
trafficking organs and bodies overseas for sale.
When Bo Xilai and Gu Kailai discovered the CCDI,

the United States and UK intelligence agencies were
investigating the issue, they killed Heywood to silence him.

Wang Lijun knew more (about the crimes of
Bo and Gu) than Heywood.
If he did not escape, he would also be killed by Bo and Gu.

So Wang Lijun fled to the U.S. Consulate for
the fundamental reason of protecting himself.
It was said materials were handed over to
the U.S. Consulate by Wang Lijun which also include
organ harvesting from living Falun Gong practitioners
and human body trafficking by Bo Xilai and Gu Kailai.

Shi Zangshan, a Chinese issue expert in Washington DC
believes that
Jiang wanted Bo Xilai, who are guilty in persecuting
Falun Gong practitioners, to be the CCP successor.
Hence, Bo Xilai, together with Jiang and
Zhou Yongkang plotted a coup.

Another source said, Gu Kailai and Wang Lijun, who had
been sentenced may testify in the trial of Bo Xilai.
