【新唐人北京时间2018年08月20日讯】川普总统为尽快结束通俄门调查，已指示白宫人员与特别检察官穆勒充分合作。但周日（8月19日），他在推特上批驳《纽约时报》暗示其律师已翻盘的报导，并再次强调这正是假新闻成为人民敌人的原因。
川普周六下午在推特上透露，他已允许白宫法律顾问麦加恩（Don McGahn）及所有穆勒（Robert Mueller）所要求的白宫人员充分配合穆勒的调查。而且，白宫此前已爽快地向穆勒提交了100多万页的文件，他是以史上最透明的方式对待这场政治迫害。

然而，《纽约时报》（The New York Times）周六报导，过去9个月中，麦加恩与调查人员已进行了至少3次面谈，总时长达30小时，并在谈话中透露了川普妨碍司法公正的证据——试图开除穆勒。
《纽时》称，如果不是麦加恩透露这些信息，穆勒团队可能还未发现川普打算解雇穆勒。报导甚至评论，一名律师向正审查其客户的调查人员交代这么多信息，这是非同寻常的事情——暗指麦加恩已经翻盘，情况对川普十分不利。
麦加恩与川普合作已久，他是2016年大选期间川普选战的竞选顾问；川普胜选后，他又被任命为总统过渡团队的首席法律顾问；2016年11月下旬，他被任命为白宫法律顾问。
周日早上，川普连发推文批驳《纽时》的报导。他指出，因为麦加恩对穆勒调查团的数小时作证，《纽时》就认为麦加恩会成为像当年“水门事件”（Watergate）中对尼克松总统翻盘的律师狄恩（John Dean）一样的“叛徒”（ RAT）。川普表示，但正是他自己允许麦加恩和所有其他白宫人员作证的，而他其实没必要这样做。

川普接着在推文中指出：“我没有什么可隐藏的，而且要求透明性，以便这场非法操纵和令人厌恶的猎巫行动能够终结。这么多生命已经无端被毁——麦卡锡主义达到了最恶劣的程度！然而穆勒和他的民主党帮拒绝关注另一方的真正的犯罪——媒体甚至更糟！”

川普律师朱利安尼（Rudy Giuliani）周六也在推文中指出：
“到穆勒调查该提交报告的时候了。我们将发布我们的。不要像科米一样干扰选举。（川普）总统与俄罗斯无关。他也没有妨碍调查。（他）没有对提供140万页文件和32名证人提出特权。”
