【新唐人2014年02月13日讯】王郁琦祭拜中山陵，中华民国仍在。
正在南京访问的台湾行政院大陆委员会主任委员王郁琦，2月12号前往中山陵吊祭“中华民国”创始人孙中山，并发表公开演讲。
王郁琦在演讲中强调中华民国经过103年持续存在至今。
他还说，孙中山所倡导的三民主义、五权宪法，都已经在台湾付诸实践，相信“国父在天之灵，也应当会感到欣慰。”

当天下午，王郁琦前往“南京大学”发表演讲，并在演讲中巧谈台湾民主。
根据多家媒体的现场报导，王郁琦在演讲中表示，制衡公权力是台湾民主制度的核心。
他在谈到台湾的民主政治体制时说，在一个民主社会，媒体对政务官就是要穷追不舍，立法委员对政府官员就是要不假辞色、事无钜细的监督。
王郁琦说，“在台湾这种言论高度自由，记者无所不在、媒体无所不报和名嘴无所不知的环境中，再加上立法委员在国会的充分监督，在台湾担任政府官员的确相当 辛苦。” “但这就是民主政治的核心价值﹔民主政治虽然不完美，实行上也不是没有缺点，但是台湾因为实施民主政治，让官员因为受到监督而不敢滥权舞弊。” 这也正是台湾引以为傲的生活方式。
中国新闻自由度全球倒数第六
就在王郁琦夸赞台湾高度言论自由的时候，总部设在法国的国际记者组织“无国界记者”公布报告说，中国大陆的新闻自由度在全球180个国家和地区中，排名倒数第6。
“无国界记者” 表示，这个排名与中共不断审查和打压网路博客和新闻记者有关。
中共对香台媒体施压日趋严重
“无国界记者”2月12号公布的这份《2014全球新闻自由度报告》，还批评中共利用经济影响力威胁香港、澳门与台湾媒体的独立自主。
“无国界记者”警告说，北京正在日益加强通过 “中联办”向香港媒体施压，危害香港的媒体多元化﹔亲北京的台湾“旺旺集团”收购《中国时报》集团，对台湾的新闻自由也构成威胁。
同一天，总部设在美国的“保护记者委员会（CPJ）”也发表报告指称，中共当局对香港与台湾媒体的施压日趋严重，这些媒体对中共的独立舆论监督能力正在受到威胁。
“保护记者委员会”的报告说，港、台两地很多媒体的老板，都与北京有密切的商业联系，香港更有一半以上媒体的老板接受了大陆的政治任命。这些媒体的业主都担心他们的报导会惹怒北京。

Wang Yu-chi Worships At Dr. Sun Yat-sen’s Mausoleum: Republic Of China Still Exists
The Minister of the Mainland Affairs Council of the Taiwan
Executive, Yuan Wang Yu-chi who is visiting Nanjing went to
Dr. Sun Yat-sen’s Mausoleum on February 12 to mourn the
Republic of China (ROC) founder Sun Yat-sen.
He delivered a public speech.
Wang Yu-chi stressed the ROC has existed for 103 years.
He also said that Sun Yat-sen’s Three Principles, Five-Power
Constitution have been put into practice in Taiwan.
He believes that “the spirit of the founding
father should be pleased".
Wang Yu-chi Smartly Talked About Democracy
In the afternoon, Wang Yu-chi made a speech at Nanjing
University and smartly talked about democracy in Taiwan.
According to onsite reports from a number of media, Wang
Yu-chi said balancing public rights is the core of Taiwanese
democracy.
In the Taiwanese democratic political system, he said that in
a democratic society, the media should pursue Administrative
Officers; lawmakers should supervise the government officials
harshly and in detail.
Wang Yu-chi said: “Government officials in Taiwan are quite
hard with the highest freedom of speech.
Reporters are everywhere, everything is reported by the
media, plus lawmakers supervision in Congress.
This is the core value of democracy, it’s not perfect
with some shortcomings.
But the officials under the supervision do not dare to abuse
because of the implementation of democracy in Taiwan.
It is also a proudly quoted lifestyle in Taiwan.”
China Press Freedom Is reciprocal Sixth Globally
When Wang Yu-chi highly praised Taiwan freedom, French
based “Reporters Without Borders" published a report that
shows China’s press freedom ranked sixth worst in the
world’s 180 countries and regions.
“Reporters Without Borders" said the ranking is related to
the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) continuously censoring
and suppressing internet Blog and reporters with Decree 72.
The Chinese Communist Party Pressures Hong Kong And Taiwan Media
On February 12, “Reporters Without Borders" released the
2014 Global Press Freedom Report.
They also criticized the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) threat
to Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan independence using
economic influence.
“Reporters Without Borders" warned that Beijing increasingly
put pressure on the Hong Kong media by the “Liaison Office"
to endanger Hong Kong media diversity.
It’s also a threat to Taiwan News freedom that pro-Beijing
Taiwan “Want Want Group" purchased “China Times" Group.
On the same day, the U.S. “Committee to Protect Journalists
(CPJ)" also published a report alleging the increasing CCP
pressure on Hong Kong and Taiwan media;.
With the supervision capabilities of these media on the CCP’,
the independent public opinion is being threatened.
The CPJ Report said: “most media bosses from Hong Kong and
Taiwan have close business ties with Beijing.
More than half of Hong Kong’s media bosses
accepted the political appointment of the continent.
These media owners are worried that their media
coverage will annoy Beijing.
