連日來，一位伊朗猶太裔人士尼奧·伯格（Nioh Berg）忙著在社交媒體X平台發貼，她和很多伊朗人一樣已經兩天兩夜沒有睡覺了，由於伊朗民眾近日紛紛走上街頭，引發了大規模抗爭運動，伊朗國內國外的呼聲連成一片：解放伊朗！

網絡上也流傳著很多勇敢的伊朗年輕女子摘下頭巾表示反抗的視頻，她們在視頻中做出了求助的手勢，然後摘下了頭巾。在伊朗，如果女孩子在公開場合不戴頭巾意味著違法，會被送進監獄。

流亡海外的巴列維王儲於30日在X平台發出公開信，他呼籲所有的伊朗人，包括政府僱員、能源和交通運輸行業的工人、卡車司機、護士、教師和學者、工匠和企業家、退休人員以及所有失去畢生積蓄的人，加入全國範圍的罷工和抗議活動。
他不僅向伊朗各地的人呼籲，也向海外的所有伊朗人呼籲，讓世界所有的人都聽到伊朗人發出的聲音：「起來伊朗」。
他最後寫道：「伊朗及其街道屬於伊朗人。我們必將勝利，因為我們團結一致，我們人數眾多。伊朗萬歲！」
