【新唐人2014年10月23日訊】被非法關押15年的北京法輪功學員、原中國「法輪大法研究會」義務聯繫人王治文，日前刑滿出獄後，又被直接劫持到北京昌平區的一個「洗腦班」繼續迫害。他的親屬在他出獄的那一瞬間，搶拍了幾張照片，這些照片讓他遠在美國的女兒王曉丹不敢相信。
照片中的王治文靠著椅背坐著，頭髮稀疏花白，面貌蒼老憔悴，顯得很虛弱。王曉丹告訴《新唐人》，這是她15年來第一次知道爸爸變成甚麼樣。
王治文的女兒王曉丹：「我看我媽給我發的這張照片，這真的是一個老年人的長相，頭髮也沒有了，我又仔細打量我爸爸的照片，他很瘦，衣服好像在身上掛著，褲子也鬆鬆的，表情是比較平和，可是你能從臉上看出來，是經受過很多的，我還打量了他的手指頭，他的姿勢，還有脖子，我覺得怎麼變成那個樣子了。」
王曉丹透露，15年前，她的父親被非法判刑的時候，她從電視上看到，父親雖然脫像了，但還是站的很直，看起來是一個健康的人。看到父親現在的模樣，她既震驚又難過。
王治文曾是鐵道部物資公司的工程師，他是1999年「4•25」和平上訪中，會見中共前總理朱鎔基並與之交談的幾名法輪功學員之一。1999年12月，他在不公開審判的情況下，被非法判處16年徒刑，後減刑一年。
據追查迫害法輪功國際組織披露，王治文在獄中長期遭受酷刑折磨。因拒絕轉化，他曾被帶上28公斤重的手銬、腳鐐關進小號受罰。獄警安排「包夾」輪班看管王治文，長時間剝奪睡眠，一閉眼就打醒。王治文的鎖骨曾被打碎，「包夾」還在獄警操縱和減刑的誘惑下，用腳踩著王治文的手指，然後用牙籤從指縫插到手指頭裡，10個手指全都插滿牙籤，鮮血直流。
9月下旬，王治文曾突發腦血栓。但中共當局並未因此而停止迫害。據國內親人敘述，王治文10月18號從監獄出來的時候「臉部有點殭，嘴是歪的，腦袋很暈，甚麼都不想的那種狀態。」在這樣的情況下，王治文被直接劫持到北京昌平區洗腦班。
如今，已經幾天過去了，外界沒有人能知道王治文的情況，王曉丹非常擔心父親的安危。
王曉丹：「把我爸送到那裏，他們是不是會採取很多手段，讓我爸爸放棄修煉，改變他的思想，或要寫不修煉的保證書，這是我很擔心的，因為我知道，我爸爸不會放棄的，就算遭受很多東西，他還是會堅持自己的信仰。他現在身體非常的虛弱，我也不知道腦血栓的情況，現在變成甚麼樣，我覺得可能會傷及他的生命，我會非常擔心他的人身安全。」
據不完全統計，截至今年8月，北京昌平區洗腦班15年來迫害法輪功學員總計有520人次，已知姓名211人次。被昌平區洗腦班迫害致死的至少有2人，被迫害致瘋的也至少2人。
其中，李淑蘭於2003年3月被綁架到洗腦班，4個青年小夥子強制給她灌了6個大白片藥致瘋，現在生活仍不能自理。白香閣於2012年7月被綁架洗腦，僅15天就被迫害致瘋。
北京維權律師唐吉田：「這些往往都是由610這樣一個非法的機構來設立的，是所謂的法制教育中心、法制教育基地，或者是培訓班之類的，都是打著法律的旗號，但實際上做的是非法的工作。他們的人身自由都被非法限制，沒有任何法律文書，也不履行任何法律程序，和拘留所、看守所、監獄等相比，它更具有隱蔽性和不確定性。這應該說是目前中國大陸的一個毒瘤。」
北京維權律師唐吉田指出，中共18屆四中全會強調依法治國，那麼，首先要做的，就是將法制教育中心或基地等洗腦班，通通清除掉，否則無法取信於人。

Wang Zhiwen’s Photo Disclosed After
15 Years Illegal Imprisonment
Beijing Falun Gong practitioner Wang Zhiwen, former volunteer
contact person of the Falun Dafa Research Institute in China
who had been illegally held in prison for 15 years.
Currently his prison term has expired, after his release, he
was directly taken into a brainwashing center in
Changping District, Beijing.
His relatives secretly took a photo of him while
he came out of the prison.
Wang’s daughter Wang Xiaodan who residences in the US now,
couldn’t believe her father’s appearance in the photo.
Let’s take a look.
The photo shows that Wang Zhiwen with gray hair sitting on
a chair, his face looking tired and bruised.
Wang Xiaodan told New Tang Dynasty (NTD) Television that this
was the first time in seeing her father’s
appearance in 15 years.
Wang Xiaodan: My mother sent me this photo, he looks old,
He lost his most of his hair.
I carefully looked at the photo, he is very thin, the jacket
and trousers seemed to be too big on him.
He looks peaceful. But you can tell from his face that
he had been through much suffering.
I looked carefully at his fingers, his gesture and neck,
how could he become like this?
Wang Xiaodan reveals that when her father had been illegally
sentenced 15 years ago, she saw him on TV, she couldn’t
recognize him, but he stood very straight.
He was a healthy man back then.
Now when she saw him again in the photo,
she felt sad and shocked.
Wang Zhiwen was an engineer of
China Railway Materials Commercial Corp.
He was one of the individuals of Falun Gong who appealed on
April 25, 1999 and subsequently held dialogue with
former Premier Zhu Rongji.
In December 1999, he was secretly tried and sentenced to
16 years in prison, later his prison sentence
was reduced to 15 years.
According to the World Organization to Investigate the
Persecution of Falun Gong, Wang had been brutally tortured
in prison for a long time.
Because he refused to give up his faith in Falun Gong, he had
been handcuffed and shackled with a 28kg weight, then
was locked in a small cell.
Prison officers arranged two inmates to watch over him.
He had been deprived of sleep. As soon as his eyes closed, the
inmates started beating him to keep him awake.
Wang’s collarbone had been broken once.
Under officers’ orders and temptations of reducing prison
terms, the inmates also stepped on Wang’s fingers, then jammed
toothpicks under his 10 fingernails, causing him
to bleed profusely.
In the late September, Wang suffered a sudden stroke.
However, the regime hadn’t stopped torturing him.
According to Wang’s relatives in China, when Wang was released
on Oct. 18, his face seemed stiff, the mouth had dropped a
little, he felt dizzy and had difficulty to recall anything.
Under such circumstances, Wang had still been whisked off to
a brainwashing center in Changping District in Beijing.
Several days have passed, no one knows anything about Wang.
His daughter was very worried.
Wang Xiaodan: They took my father there, will they use all
means to force him to give up the practice of Falun Gong?
Or continue forcing him to change his mind on
renouncing Falun Gong?
This is what worries me most.
Because I know that my father will never give up, even though
he has encountered much torture, he still upholds his belief.
His health condition is very poor now,
I didn’t know about his stroke, how is he now?
I am worried it might take his life, I am very worried
about his safety.
According to uncompleted statistics, up until August,
520 Falun Gong practitioners had been persecuted
in Changping brainwashing center over 15 years.
211 of them can be identified with names.
More than two Falun Gong practitioners had been
tortured to death, with at least two caused
by psychological trauma.
Amongst them, Li Shulan was detained in a brainwashing center
in March 2003, four youngsters forced her to take six large
pills causing a mental collapse within 15 days.
Beijing lawyer Tang Jitian: These brainwashing centers are
established by the 610-Office, an extra above
the legal law organization.
Such places under the shielding of “law” including legal
education centers or bases, or legal training classes,
actually, are illegal.
Detainees in the brainwashing centers are deprived of freedom,
and neither have legal documents nor legal procedures.
So the brainwashing centers are more hidden when comparing
to police custody, detention centers and prisons.
It is currently China’s big tumor.
Tang Jitian says that the 4th plenary sessions of the 18th
National Congress emphasized the rule of law.
So the first thing to do would be to clear out all the
so-called the legal education centers
or brainwashing centers.
Otherwise, “the rule of law” cannot win people’s trust.
