【新唐人2014年09月01日訊】香港媒體近日曝光中共高層成立「五人小組」，以防習近平遭遇不測。而習近平至今已經歷六次暗殺，都是中共內部僱人作案。那麼在專家學者眼中，這「五人小組」本身，透露出了中共內部甚麼狀況呢？這種狀況產生的根本原因又是甚麼呢？請看報導。
香港《動向》雜誌近日報導：中共政治局在「八一」前，通過了一個習近平的提案，主要內容是，如果中共總書記、國家主席、中央軍委主席習近平在任期中，由於遇到「意外」、「突發」等事件，造成安全或健康等原因，失去領導能力或去世，由中共「五人小組」暫時替代行使中共總書記、中央軍委主席的權力。
這五人是李克強、張德江、王岐山、範長龍和栗戰書。
報導援引中共高層的消息說，習近平至今已逃過六次暗殺。例如前年9月，習近平到河北石家莊考察時，曾遭遇冷槍。此外，習近平在鄭州、武漢、福州、濟南、青島等城市視察時，還遭遇了5次暗殺。而從已偵破案情獲知，五次暗殺全是內部人僱兇作案。
歷史學者、民主人士劉因全：「這說明中共內部的鬥爭非常激烈，主要是以習近平為代表的和江澤民這個腐敗集團矛盾非常突出。反貪進行下去，他們一定會垂死掙扎。一個是從高層出面來反對，另一個方面直接從肉體上消滅他。現在已經是短兵相接，你死我活。」
「五人小組」中李克強是國務院總理、張德江是人大常委會主席、王岐山是中紀委書記。三人都是政治局常委。而範長龍是軍委副主席擁有上將軍銜，栗戰書則是習近平上臺後，從貴州調入中央任中共中央辦公廳主任。今年3月起，兼任中共中央國安委辦公室主任。範長龍和栗戰書是政治局委員。
劉因全判斷，萬一暗殺成功，中共就會出現權力交替上的混亂，所以他們要提前安排。
劉因全：「他這個組合就比較有特點了。行政方面、然後人大方面的、軍隊方面的。栗戰書排名不是很高，但是就政治局委員、書記處書記，但是他有一個實權的——中辦主任，負責中央的日常工作、最高領導人的保衛。」
前年9月1號到14號，習近平曾突然推掉了所有外交活動，神秘「失蹤」兩週，引發輿論猜測。其中流傳很廣的一種說法是：習近平遇刺，「背部受傷」。
原中共外交官陳用林：「根本原因是在體制。到了垂死崩潰的邊緣，整個黨全部黑社會化。共產黨本身就是崇尚暴力和謊言。它一直沒有停止過內鬥，從來都是你死我活的。所以中共的領導人，每一個都避免不了經受這種血腥的場面。」
海外獨立中文媒體曾大量報導，江派非要搶奪習近平的權力，根本原因，是他們因活摘法輪功學員器官，被以「反人類罪」告上國際法庭。江派擔心，沒有參與迫害的中共高官，會在巨大的壓力下拿下他們，使江派官員和家族財產和性命不保。
習近平和王岐山這兩年來高調反腐，使得目前中國多個省份的官員深陷反腐漩渦當中。日前，王岐山面對「還有沒有更大的老虎」的提問，笑著說「以後你就慢慢懂」，大陸媒體也報導「反腐沒有句號」，顯示出習近平方面的態度。而由此引發的習近平的安全問題，近日也引起萬里、喬石等中共元老，以及和軍方的張震、遲浩田等人的關注。

CCP Arranges Five-Person Team In Case of Assassination
Hong Kong media recently revealed Communist China＇s
five-person team in case any misfortune should happen to
Xi Jinping.
Reportedly, Xi Jinping has experienced six assassination
attempts, plotted within the Communist Party.
Experts analyze the situation within the CCP, based on the
5-person team and the fundamental cause of the situation.
The following is our report.
The Trend magazine reported a Politburo proposal prior to Aug.1:
Should Xi Jinping encounter any accident that might lead to
loss of his leadership, the 5-person team will replace him
as General Secretary and Chairman of the Central Military
Commission.
The 5-person team consists of Li Keqiang, Zhang Dejiang,
Wang Qishan, Fan Changlong and Li Zhanshu.
A senior Communist official revealed the 6 attempts
at assassination Xi Jinping has escaped, said the report.
For example, two years ago in September, Xi Jinping met
sniper attack in his visit to Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province.
He met five assassination attempts during his trip to Zhengzhou,
Wuhan, Fuzhou, Jinan, and Qingdao.
The investigations confirmed five of them were insider plans.
History scholar, Liu Yinquan: “This shows a very intense
struggle within the Communist Party, particularly the
contradictions between Xi Jinping＇s group and the corrupt
Jiang faction.
As long as the anti-corruption campaign continues,
Jiang faction will give its dying kicks, as shown by both
opposing from the hierarchy and trying to kill him.
This is a combat of life and death."
In the 5-person team, are Premier Li Keqiang,
Zhang Dejiang,Chairman of the NPC Standing Committee
and Wang Qishan, Secretary of the CCDI.
All three of them are on the Politburo Standing Committee.
Fan Changlong is Vice Chair of Central Military Commission
with the rank of general.
Li Zhanshu is head of the CCP General Office, and
Director of the Central Committee National Security Office.
Fan Changlong and Li Zhanshu are both members of the Politburo.
Liu Yinquan believes the arrangement was prepared to
prevent chaotic power transition should the assassination
be successful.
Liu Yinquan: “The composition of the team is special.
It’s composed of the administration, the NPC, and the military.
Li Zhanshu does not have a high rank, but he holds the real
power, as director of central security,
in charge of the safety of the highest leader."
In September 2012, Xi Jinping suddenly turned down all
diplomatic activity, and mysteriously “disappeared"
for two weeks.
It was speculated that Xi Jinping suffered
back injury from the attack.
Former CCP diplomat Chen Yonglin: “The system is the
fundamental reason. At the brink of dying and collapse,
the entire party has turned into the underworld.
The CCP itself is about violence and lies.
Infighting has never stopped and is always about life and death.
None of the CCP leaders can avoid such bloody scenes."
Overseas independent Chinese media reported, Jiang faction
insists on snatching power from Xi Jinping for fear
of losing their power and lives.
Jiang has been sued in the international court on charges of
＇crimes against humanity＇ for organ harvesting
from living Falun Gong practitioners.
They fear Xi＇s group, who did not take part in the persecution
of Falun Gong, would arrest them under the pressure.
The anti-graft movement of Xi Jinping and Wang Qishan
has sunk many officials of various provinces.
When faced with the question of ＇further bigger tiger to be
hunted,＇ Wang Qishan answered with a smile, “You＇ll slowly
understand.”
Mainland media also reported Xi Jinping＇s gesture about the
movement, “There is no end to the anti-corruption.”
Regarding the security of Xi Jinping, CCP veteran cadres
such as Wan Li and Qiao Shi as well as the military generals,
Zhang Zhen and Chi Haotian, have also voiced their concern.
