【新唐人2014年07月10日訊】7月8號，海南省委常委、副省長譚力被通報：正接受組織調查，成為今年繼海南省前副省長冀文林之後，第二位落馬的海南省省部級高官，也是又一名具有四川背景的被調查官員。有分析指出，中共當局收緊了對前中央政治局常委周永康案的調查，終極目標對準了中共前黨魁江澤民。
現年59歲的譚力是重慶人，曾任四川省成都市委常委、和宣傳部部長、四川省廣安市委書記、及四川省綿陽市委書記，在四川任職時間超過30年。他在綿陽市委書記任上，曾陪同中共領導人視查「汶川大地震」災區，因眉開眼笑，而被譏諷為「譚笑笑」。
2009年3月，譚力出任海南省委常委、和宣傳部部長，2010年1月，升任海南省副省長。
據「追查迫害法輪功國際組織」調查，譚力在擔任廣安市委書記和綿陽市委書記期間，當地眾多法輪功學員被非法關押、勞教，甚至迫害致死。
時事評論員邢天行：「周永康在任職四川主要領導期間，譚力是做宣傳部的部長，那幾年恰恰是在江澤民迫害法輪功最開始那幾年，周永康是憑藉著迫害法輪功所謂的政績才竄上去的。作為地方上的宣傳部長，譚力當年也是給周永康迫害法輪功這一步下了不少的功夫，他是賣命在做，所以他才能得到重用提拔。」
中共媒體報導說，譚力與四川省委原副書記李春城、及四川政協原主席李崇禧有多年的工作交集，而這三人與前四川省委書記周永康都有交集。
事實上，早在今年2月，海南省前副省長、周永康的前秘書冀文林被宣佈接受組織調查時，《法國國際廣播電臺》就引述消息人士的話說，譚力因涉冀文林和周永康案，被限製出境。
據報導，譚力是四川富商劉漢朋友圈中的一員。2005年，譚力出任綿陽市委書記不久，劉漢集團就開始向他行賄。
北京時政觀察人士華頗：「譚力來講，各大媒體已經披露的很清楚，跟劉漢有關係，跟李春城有關係，他也就是周永康系統的一個爪牙，這個，官方媒體一點也不忌諱，所以這個也就是繼續深挖周永康。而且媒體有這樣一句話，當初譚力升任海南副省長之後，有人為他說了許多好話，那麼，這個人是誰，和譚力有何利益瓜葛。挖出譚力只是一個開始，主要針對的是譚力身後的大老虎。」
今年4月，海外中文媒體曾傳出，譚力不止投靠周永康一人，時任綿陽市委書記的譚力，曾以「綿陽科學城產業基金」名義，投資給現任的政治局常委劉雲山之子劉樂飛，而劉樂飛又將這筆資金投給江澤民孫子江志成。
邢天行：「江澤民的孫子跟譚力之間有利益的輸送關係，包括劉雲山都在這裡邊，說明譚力被拿下去，實際上他是從周永康政變這個口，要處理周永康這個地方直接來的。現在中共對周永康這個案子在加緊收網，周永康為了保住自己的命，他會把所有的跟政變有關的內幕都供出來，他的很多東西實際上是來自於江澤民的授意。」
中國獨立作家野渡向《自由亞洲電臺》表示，在中國，省部級的高官如果倒臺，背後都與權力鬥爭有著不可或缺的聯繫。
邢天行：「直接去觸擊周永康本身，可能感覺有難度，所以，才要從他周邊的，所有跟他有關係的這些貪腐份子，包括涉及政變的一些人物去下手，蒐集足夠的證據，這樣才能保證現在反腐的這些人，在將來不能被這些人翻過身來，再對他們形成一個威脅。」
日前，包括前中共軍委副主席徐才厚在內的江派多位高官，被開除了黨籍。7月2號，中共黨媒《新華網》發表《法國檢察機關為何敢調查前總統？》的文章，其中指出，當局要有「破釜沉舟的氣概」，去調查諸如前總統薩科齊這樣高級別的「大老虎」。
時事評論員夏小強在博文中指出，現在中共領導人習近平是把終極標靶的準星對準了江澤民。

Hainan Provincial Governor Purged – Warning for Jiang Zemin?
On July 8, Tan Li, deputy governor of Hainan Province
was reportedly under investigation.
Following former Hainan governor, Ji Wenlin, Tan was
the second ministerial level officials being purged this year.
Tan was another removed official with a Sichuan background.
Analysts say that the regime has tightened the investigation
into Zhou Yongkang, former Politburo Standing Committee.
The ultimate target is aimed at Jiang Zemin, former
Chinese Communist Party (CCP) leader.
Tan Li is age 59, a Chongqing native.
He was a former Minister of Municipal Committee and
Propaganda Department in Chengdu City, Sichuan.
He also served as Party Secretary in Guang’an City and
Mianyang City, Sichuan. He had worked in Sichuan for more
than 30 years.
During his term in Mianyang, Tan accompanied central
leaders to visit Wenchuan earthquake disaster areas.
Because on one photo, his face was in full smile,
he was called “Tan Xiaoxiao” (Smiling Tan).
In March 2009, Tan Li served as Minister of Hainan
Provincial Municipal Committee and Propaganda Department.
In January 2010, he was promoted as vice governor in Hainan.
The World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of
Falun Gong reported that:
during Tan’s term in Guang’an and Mianyan, many Falun Dafa
practitioners were illegally detained and sent to labor camps,
some had been persecuted to death.
Xing Tianxing, current affairs commentator: “During Zhou
Yongkang’s tenure in Sichuan, Tan Li was propaganda minister.
That was the first few years of Jiang Zeming’s persecution
of Falun Gong.
Zhou was promoted for his evil achievements of persecution.
As a local propaganda minister, Tan also put lots of
efforts into helping Zhou’s persecution.
Tan threw his life into doing so, thus he saw the chance to be
promoted and played an important role.”
The state-run media reported that Tan Li has close ties with
Li Chuncheng, former vice secretary and Li Chongxi,
former chairman of Sichuan Committee of Political
Consultative Conference.
Three of them are close to Zhou Yongkang.
In early February, when Zhou Yongkang’s former secretary
Ji Wenlin was placed under investigation,
Radio France Internationale cited a source that Tan has been
forbidden to leave the country due to his involvement in the
Ji Wenlin and the Zhou Yongkang cases.
Sources say that Tan was one of Sichuan tycoon Liu Han’s friend.
In 2005, not long after Tan took his post in Mianyang,
Liu’s groups started bribing Tan.
Hua Po, Beijing’s current affairs observer: “Main media
have revealed clearly that Tan has linkes with Liu Han
and Li Chuncheng.
He was just a minion of Zhou’s faction.
Thus the state-run media didn’t care to expose him,
in order to continue to “dig out” Zhou Yongkang.
Media has said that after Tan took his post in Hainan,
someone praised him a lot.
Who was someone, what was the interest connection?
To dig out Tan aim at the ‘big Tiger’ behind.”
In April, overseas Chinese media said that Tan not only
sold himself to Zhou,
he also used Mianyang Science Technology funds invested in
current member of Politburo Standing Committee Liu Yunshan’s
son, Liu Lefei.
Then Liu Lefei transferred the funds to Jiang Zemin’s grandson,
Jiang Zhicheng.
Xing Tianxing: “Jiang Zemin’s grandson and Tan have interest
links including Liu Yunshan.
Tan’s dismissal actually aims at conducting Zhou Yongkang.
Now the CCP is tightening Zhou’s case.In order to keep his own
life, Zhou would confess all the details of the coup plotters.
Many of his moves in the past were actually ordered by
Jiang Zemin.”
Ye Du, China-based independent writer told Radio Free Asia
that if provincial and ministerial level officials were purged,
there would be a power struggle left behind.
Xing Tianxing: “They felt that directly removing
Zhou Yongkang would be difficult.
So, the purpose of removing his allies and the corrupt officials
around him including officials who have been involved in the coup,
is to collect enough evidence.
Only then, can the current leaders, who are fighting corruption,
feel safe.
In the future, Jiang’s faction won’t come back to
pose a threat to the current leaders.”
So far, several Jiang faction senior officials including
Xu Caihou have been expelled from CCP.
On July 2, CCP-run media published an article about
charges against former president of France.
It said that the regime should have the solid courage,
to investigate the “big Tiger” like former president
Nicolas Sarkozy.
Xia Xiaoqiang, current affairs commentator says in his blog,
that the current leader Xi Jinping has already aimed his target at
Jiang Zemin.
