據大陸媒體報導，中共海南省人大常委會，3月27號決定免去冀文林的海南省副省長職務，同時終止冀文林的海南省人大代表資格。冀文林跟隨前中共中央政治局常委周永康多年，被視為周的「大秘書」。
資料顯示，從1998年周永康主掌中共國土資源部開始，冀文林就擔任周永康的秘書，並一路跟隨週到四川和公安部。
許多觀察人士認為，冀文林落馬意味著中共當局的整肅行動，已經逼近周永康。
挑戰黑監獄「四律師」 遭嚴重酷刑
因為給被非法關押在中共黑監獄洗腦的法輪功學員提供法律援助，大陸四名維權律師3月21號遭到非法抓捕，被關押在黑龍江建三江七星拘留所。
27號，在現場絕食營救的維權律師張磊律師表示，他得到確切消息，唐吉田、江天勇、王成、張俊傑四律師在被關到七星拘留所前，受到嚴重酷刑，其中一名律師被打得現在腰無法直立。
而他們在絕食現場三天，每天都看到，有看守所的醫生進入七星拘留所。
李和平律師質疑：律師還受到酷刑，黑監獄會打死、打傷、打殘多少普通百姓？
四律師之一張俊傑獲釋 曾被毆打
在黑龍江佳木斯建三江被拘留的「四律師」中的張俊傑律師，3月27號已經獲釋。
他在微博上說，他獲釋後，被警察送上飛往哈爾濱的飛機。因腰痛難忍，他想先回鄭州看傷和鑑定傷情，再根據情況決定下一步維權行動。
據「救援團」成員在網上發出的消息，3月21號，四律師被綁架到公安局後，被分別關押，張俊傑被一群不明身份者拳打腳踢，警察在一旁觀看，警方兩天不讓他吃飯，喝水。在被關進七星公安局拘留所時，張俊傑發現唐吉田胸口受傷。
張俊傑出獄時，警方逼他寫保證不泄露遭毆打的事情，被張拒絕。
川震維權人士譚作人刑滿出獄
3月27號，四川維權作家譚作人刑滿出獄，但被警方送往重慶一個秘密處所監視居住，據信他的妻子王慶華與他在一起。
譚作人因調查2008年5.12汶川大地震豆腐渣校舍及死難學生名單，而被中共當局以「煽動顛覆國家政權罪」 判刑5年。

Zhou Yongkang’s Former Secretary Removed
From Vice Governor Position
According to mainland media, Chinese Communist Party
(CCP) Hainan Provincial Committee decided to remove Ji
Wenlin from Hainan Vice Governor position and terminate
his deputy position to the People’s Congress.
Ji Wenlin followed the former Politburo Standing Committee,
Zhou Yongkang for many years and was looked on as Zhou’s
big secretary.
Ji Wenlin was Zhou Yongkang’s secretary when Zhou
was in charge from 1998.
Zhou Yongkang was in charge of the land and resource
department in 1998 for Sichuan and the Public Security.
Many observers believe that Ji Wenlin’s sacking means the
purging action is close to Zhou Yongkang.

Four mainland human rights lawyers were illegally arrested at
Heilongjiang Jiansanjiang Seven detention center on March 21
for providing legal aid to the illegally detained Falun Gong
practitioners.
On March 27, human rights lawyer Zhang Lei who was on
hunger strike had a confirmed message that Tang Jitian,
Jiang Tianyong, Wang Cheng, Zhang Junjie were severely
tortured in Seven star detention center.
One lawyer was beaten and unable to stand.
They could see doctors coming every day during the three
days hunger strike.
Lawyer Li Heping questioned: Even the lawyers get tortured;
how may normal people were killed, wounded and crippled
in black prisons?
One of the Four Lawyers Zhang Junjie Released
After being detained in Heilongjiang Jiamusi Jiansanjiang
detention center, Zhang Junjie one of the four lawyers was
released on March 27.
Zhang said on microblog that he was taken to the flight to
Harbin by the police after he was released.
He wanted to go back to Zhengzhou to see a doctor about his
injuries and to decide the next step of activism.
Apparently the four lawyers were kidnapped by the Public
Security Bureau and detained separately.
Zhang Junjie was kicked and punched by a group of people for
two days with no food and water while the police watched.
While in the Seven star Public Security Bureau detention
center, Zhang Junjie found Tang Jitian’s chest injured.
Zhang Junjie refused to keep quiet about the beating by police
when he was released.
Sichuan Earthquake Activist Tan Zuoren Out of Prison.
On March 27, Sichuan activist writer Tan Zuoren was released
from prison and sent to a secret location in Chongqing to live
with his wife Wang Qinghua under house arrest.
Tan Zuoren was sentenced to five years in prison on charges
of inciting subversion of state power at the 5.12 Wenchuan
earthquake when the campus collapsed and an investigation
took place into the dead student lists.
