【新唐人2011年3月3日訊】中共兩會即將召開，大陸“天安門母親”群體，丁子霖等128名“六四事件”死難者家屬，再次聯名向全國人大和政協發出公開信，要求當局平反“六四”，調查真相，並追究相應法律責任。公開信令北京當局大為緊張，加強對“天安門母親”的監控。
這是“天安門母親”第17次致函兩會，要求平反“六四”。公開信指出：“六四”大屠殺已臨近第22個年頭，時不我待，當局拖延解決六四問題，是對中華民族子孫萬代的犯罪。公開信再次提出了“公布六四真相、依法賠償、追究責任”的三項基本訴求。
公開信的起草人之一丁子霖，對《自由亞洲電臺》表示，每年兩會，“天安門母親”都會發出一封公開信，每年都沒有任何回應。但讓人欣慰的是，今年的簽名者中，多了一位“六四”死難者的遺孤。
丁子霖：“在我們的簽名裡，出現了遺孤，我想，這是他敢於站到我們簽名的行列中來，和他媽媽一起討回公道，這是非常難得的。”
在公開信上簽名的“天安門母親”張先玲談到，現在，中共當局對外偽裝成一副民主、人權的面孔，但是國內對民眾的打壓反而變本加厲。
張先玲：“現在監視4個人，一天24小時，每班4個人看著我，你說有這必要嗎，是和諧嗎？昨天我想和丁子霖見面，他們堅決不許。”
《德國之聲》報導，公開信強調，目前的中國很脆弱，一有風吹草動，統治集團就戰戰兢兢，如履薄冰。輿論控制，網絡封鎖，乃至軟禁、強迫失蹤，動不動就抓人、判刑……當局把“維穩”當作唯一的選擇。
公開信中還質問，中共當局提出“以人為本”，但為甚麼不准公開’六四’死難者名單？為甚麼不准說出六四屠殺真相？
丁子霖對BBC表示，公開信還特別談到當前的世界形勢，希望中共能從突尼斯、埃及、利比亞等獨裁政權的下場吸取教訓，明智解決六四問題。
最近埃及的穆巴拉克和利比亞的卡扎菲，都提到了1989年天安門廣場的那場大屠殺。穆巴拉克承諾：解放廣場決不會成為天安門廣場。而卡扎菲則稱讚當年天安門廣場上坦克的碾壓，並實際效仿，屠殺本國民眾。
據報導，香港「支聯會」將於今年6月3號深夜至清晨，重現1989年“六四”時期的天安門廣場情況。以便提醒人們不忘六四，並讓年輕人能夠有親身的體驗、了解六四真相。

Tiananmen Mothers Ask for June 4th Redress
As the CCP』s central meetings are approaching,
128 Tiananmen Mothers, led by Ding Zilin,
wrote to People』s Congress and CPPCC
requesting redress of Tiananmen massacre in 1989.
Beijing authorities are very nervous.
This is the 17th letter sent by Tiananmen Mothers
to request the redress of Tiananmen massacre.
The letter said, it』s been 22 years since the massacre,
and delaying redress is a crime against the Chinese.
The letter requests truth clarification, compensation,
and punishing those perpetrators involved.
Ding Zilin, who initiated the open letter, told RFA,
Tiananmen Mothers wrote every year
to the authorities before the “two meetings”,
but have not received any reply. This year,
a young man who lost his father signed in support.
Ding: He signed his name, bravely joining his mother
to ask for justice.
Zhang Xianling, a “Tiananmen mother” and sponsor
of the letter, said, the CCP presents a face of
democracy overseas, but it actually increases
its oppression of the people inside China.
Zhang: Four people are monitoring me per shift
24 hours a day.
Is this necessary and harmonious?
I wanted to see Ding Zilin but they did not allow it.
According to German Deutsche Welle radio,
the open letter said China is vulnerable and
the ruling party is treading on thin ice.
The authorities control the web and arrest people
for the sole reason of “maintaining stability.”
The open letter asks the CCP to honor what it says,
i.e., “the people first,” by publicizing the June 4th
death list and the truth of the massacre.
Ding told BBC, the open letter mentioned
the current world affairs and hopes the CCP would
learn the lessons from Tunisia, Egypt, and Libya.
Egypt』s Mubarak and Libya』s Gadhafi have both
referred to the 1989 Tiananmen Massacre.
Mubarak promised not to send in troops,
but Gadhafi copied CCP by sending in tanks.
The Hong Kong Alliance for Democracy plans to
stage scenes mimicking the June 4 Tiananmen Square
for people to experience the incident lest they forget.
