【新唐人2014年06月14日訊】港媒：中共將立案處理徐才厚
據香港《南華早報》13號報導，前中共中央軍委副主席徐才厚，即將被中共當局立案處理。報導援引4個熟悉內情的消息來源說，徐才厚「涉嫌收受巨款受賄」。
報導說，中共當局日前已經向現任及離休軍隊高官，通報了有關徐才厚涉貪問題的調查內容，並說相關消息很快會對外公布。
報導還引述消息表示，徐才厚涉嫌收受已經落馬的原中共軍隊總後勤部副部長谷俊山3600萬元人民幣賄賂。
不過，目前，中共官方還沒有公布相關消息。
浦志強正式被批捕 或涉周永康案
北京警方6月13號晚間，通過微博賬號「平安北京」，宣佈正式逮捕因參與「六四25週年座談會」，而被刑事拘留的大陸律師浦志強，罪名是「尋釁滋事」和」非法獲取公民個人信息」。
《法國國際廣播電臺》報導說，目前還不知道浦志強涉嫌的所謂「尋釁滋事罪」具體所指，而「非法獲取公民個人信息罪」，其實與北京當局正在圍捕的「大老虎」——前中共政治局常委周永康有關。作為媒體法律顧問或記者朋友的浦志強，曾調取了周永康家族的許多工商資料。
楊匡被控偷越國邊境 判刑8個月
香港民運人士、前保釣船長楊匡，最近被中共警方以「偷越國邊境」罪名，判刑八個月，楊匡的妻子、大陸維權人士劉沙沙，12號在社交網站「推特」上說，楊匡對此判決不服，已提出上訴。
據了解，楊匡去年3月因探望所謂的敏感人士，而被中共當局吊銷「回鄉證」，此後他多次返回大陸內地探親，今年1月，在深圳探望懷孕的妻子時，被警方抓捕。
香港「民主黨」主席、立法會議員何俊仁律師對《美國之音》表示，香港和中國大陸本是一國，從香港回內地探親的楊匡，竟被深圳法院扣上 「偷越國邊境」的罪名，非常奇怪。

Investigate Xu Caihou´s Case
According to Hong Kong South China Morning Post on
June 13th, former Vice Chairman of the Central Military
Xu Caihou will be placed on file for investigation by the
Chinese Communist Party (CCP).
The report cited four inner sources said Xu Caihou was
alleged to be receiving huge bribes.
The report said the CCP has announced the investigation of
Xu Caihou´s bribes to current and retired military officials.
It also said related information will also soon be announced.
Xu is suspected of taking a 36 million yuan bribe from sacked
former deputy chief of General Logistics, Gu Junshan.
However, there is still no official information
from the CCP so far.

Beijing police announced the arrest of mainland lawyer Pu
Zhiqiang for participating in the 25th anniversary annual
symposium of June 4th under the microblog account Pingan
Beijing, charged with illegal access to personal information.
Radio France International reported that nobody knows what
the crime referred to.
The illegal access to personal information is the detained big
tiger, former Politburo Standing Committee, Zhou Yongkang.
As media legal counsel or reporter, Pu Zhiqiang had a lot of
business information related to Zhou Yongkang´s family.
Yang Kuang is Jailed For Illegally Crossing National Borders.
Hong Kong pro-democracy activistt, former captain Yang
Kuang has 8 months in jail for crossing the national border.
Yang Kuang’s wife, human rights activist Liu Shasha said
on Twitter that Yang Kuang has appealed.
Yang Kuang had his Home Return Permit revoked by
officials for visiting “sensitive people” last March.
After that, he met mainland relatives many times and was
arrested by police when visiting his pregnant wife in January.
Hong Kong Democratic, Legislative Councilor, lawyer Albert
Ho told VOA “Hong Kong and the mainland is one.”
So it’s strange that Yang Kuang was accused of illegal
crossing of the national border by Shenzhen court.
He was only visiting relatives in the
mainland from Hong Kong.”
