【新唐人2012年8月22日訊】王立軍闖入美領館引發的骨牌效應，導致薄熙來下臺，周永康失勢，谷開來「死緩」入獄。日前對谷開來的從寬處理，谷開來表示體現出了中共對人生命的尊重，官媒和法院則強調谷開來檢舉了其他人的違紀犯罪線索，為有關案件的查處起到了積極作用，是谷開來被判「死緩」的原因之一。那麼她到底揭露了誰？甚麼樣的重要線索換取了谷開來的死罪？谷開來真的能因為出賣別人而免死嗎？請看報導。
3月15號薄熙來下臺後，谷開來隨即鋃鐺入獄，最後中共以「故意殺人罪」判谷開來「死緩」，來了結谷開來案件。
美國「南加州大學」政治學博士葉科認為，判谷開來「故意殺人罪」是為了掩蓋更大的罪惡。
美「南加州大學」政治學博士葉科：「殺害海伍德，這只是一個個體生命而已，他在背後和薄熙來謀反，這個事情根本沒有說，同時，谷開來和薄熙來還參與活摘法輪功學員器官，販賣屍體，後面兩個罪行，實際上比殺害海伍德還要嚴重的罪行，比殺害海伍德還要嚴重的罪行，沒有披露出來。」
法院陳述谷開來案情時說，谷開來故意殺人應該判處「死刑」，但因為檢舉了其他人的違紀犯罪線索，為有關案件的查處起到了積極作用，改為「死緩」。
那麼谷開來到底揭露了誰，是甚麼樣的線索，目前頗受外界關注。
葉科：「我認為她很可能把周永康參與政變的事情透漏出來了，谷開來是周永康、薄熙來搞政變的一個核心聯絡人，她掌握的機密材料是很多的，這一次，她為了逃脫死刑一劫，很可能把這些東西拋出去了。」
北京時政觀察人士華頗認為，審谷開來是中共想找到薄熙來案的突破口，谷開來為了自身和為她的兒子，也一定會供出薄熙來。華頗說，在谷開來案中沒有提及薄熙來，是為了給薄熙來單獨立案。
北京時政觀察人士華頗：「如果谷開來案要牽扯薄熙來的話，谷開來就是主犯，薄熙來就是從犯，谷開來案沒有提薄熙來，貪腐的帽子會扣在薄熙來身上。案件沒有提徐明、馬彪這些人，但是這些人被嚴格控制，而且這個多維爾，引渡回來的，那麼把他引渡回來，其實就是落實薄熙來的問題，谷開來是一個突破口。」
谷開來在法庭上表示，判她「死緩」表明了中共對人生命的尊重。
但華頗認為，中共一直盡力掩蓋活摘大陸法輪功學員器官的黑幕。
華頗：「我想谷開來說尊重生命是非常可笑的，一個草菅人命的罪犯。」
「對華援助協會」傅希秋牧師也認為，谷開來說出這種話，說明太子黨們淪為囚犯時，還有自我的優越感。
「中國公民監政會」發起人郭永豐指出，中共要想表現自己對生命的尊重，要從普通人身上來體現，他質問：為甚麼殺害暴力城管的小販要被判「死刑」？而殺害外國人的谷開來可以「死緩」？
「中國公民監政會」發起人郭永豐：「中共這個特權階層，本來沒有王立軍事件，這個是不會受刑的。可能還會隨著他老公做一國之母。這就說明中共這個政權的邪惡。根本體現不出對生命的尊重。」
時政評論家李天笑表示，目前中共內部為了掩蓋活摘法輪功學員的罪行，利用谷開來，已經達到清算薄熙來、周永康的目地，但是谷開來參與活摘法輪功學員器官並販賣屍體牟取暴利的滔天大罪，最終也將得到正義的審判。

The Chinese Communist Party (CCP)
has given Gu Kailai lenient treatment.
Gu Kailai said that this reflects the CCP’s respect for life.
Chinese state media and the courts emphasized that
Gu Kailai provided clues of other people’s crimes.
This helped the investigation for the case, and this
is why she received reprieve from the death penalty.
But who did Gu Kailai reveal evidence of?
What important clues allowed her
reprieve from the death penalty?
Can Gu Kailai truly be exempted from the death
penalty by speaking out on others? Let’s see the report.
On March 15, Bo Xilai stepped down,
and Gu Kailai was also imprisoned.
In the end, the CCP gave Gu a suspended death sentence.
This was given with the conviction of 『murder with intent』.
Dr. Ye Ke, expert in political science at the University
of Southern California believes that a sentence based on 『murder with intent』 is trying to cover up greater sins.
Dr. Ye Ke: “Neil Heywood was killed,
but this is only an individual life.
Heywood assisted the BoXilai’s rebellion coup behind
the scenes, which was not spoken about at all.
Meanwhile, Gu Kailai and Bo Xilai participated
in organ harvesting from living Falun Gong practitioners and traded their corpses for profit.
These crimes are more severe than murdering Heywood.
So the more severe crimes were not revealed.”
In the courts statement for Gu’s case, it said she murdered
someone, which should result in the death sentence.
However, she provided clues of others’ crimes, which
positively assisted the investigation, and gave her reprieve.
Who did Gu reveal information about? What kind of clues did she provide?
These questions remain the focus of observers.
Ye Ke: “I think she is likely to have disclosed
Zhou Yongkang’s involvement in the political coup.
Gu Kailai is the key contact person for Bo and Zhou’s coup,
so she had a grasp on many top secrets.
In order to escape the death penalty,
she is likely to have disclosed these things."
Hua Po, a current affairs observer based in Beijing,
believes Gu Kailai was a breakthrough in the Bo Xilai case.
Gu must reveal the truth about Bo
to protect herself and her son.
In Gu’s case, the court did not mention Bo Xilai,
in order to set up an independent case for Bo Xilai.
Hua Po: “If Gu’s case involved Bo Xilai, then Gu
was the principal defendant, and Bo was an accomplice.
There is no Bo Xilai in Gu Kailai’s case.
The crimes of corruption will be placed on Bo Xilai.
The case did not mention Xu Ming, Ma Biao,
nor others, but they are all under close control.
Deauville was extradited back to solve Bo’s case.
Gu Kailai is a breakthrough."
Gu Kailai said in court that her reprieve
reflected the CCP’s respect for life.
Hua Po believes that the CCP is trying to cover up
organ harvesting from living Falun Gong practitioners.
Hua Po: “Gu Kailai stating the CCP respects life is ridiculous.
A criminal who disregards human life, and arbitrarily
deprives others of life, is now talking about respect for life. I found it very ridiculous."
Pastor Bob Fu of the China Aid Association also believes
that Gu Kailai’s words indicates the princelings’ self superiority, even as a prisoner.
Guo Yongfeng, founder of Chinese Citizen
Monitoring Association commented.
If the CCP wants to show respect for life,
it should show it to the ordinary people.
Guo questions why a merchant who violently killed urban
management personnel was sentenced to death, but Gu who killed a foreigner can get a reprieve?
Guo Yongfeng: “The CCP is a privileged class.
Without the Wang Lijun event, Gu would never have been sentenced.
She could have even become the first lady
because of her husband.
So it shows the evil of the CCP regime.
It simply fails to reflect respect for life."
Political critic Li Tianxiao says that the CCP is now
trying to cover up it’s crimes of organ harvesting from living Falun Gong practitioners.
It utilized Gu Kailai to liquidate Bo Xilai and Zhou Yongkang.
However, Gu will ultimately be put on trial for the heinous crimes
she has committed in organ harvesting from living Falun Gong practitioners, and trading their corpses for profit.
