【新唐人2012年6月16日訊】觀眾朋友們，您能想像有人因為收看《新唐人電視臺》而被判入獄嗎？今天，這樣的荒唐劇正在中國大陸活生生的上演著。一位黑龍江市民在被警察非法綁架後，警察告知，憑他收看《新唐人》就可以判他入獄。結果，他被非法判刑四年。
《明慧網》報導，2008年5月22號，44歲的黑龍江七臺河市的居民李憲忠，因當地北興公安分局和北興電視臺一行人闖入家中，並打開電視錄製《新唐人》電視節目，而被警察非法綁架。
黑龍江農墾總局中級法院人員對李憲忠說：「就憑你看《新唐人》就可以判你。」最終，李憲忠被非法判刑四年，2009年1月20號被關入佳木斯監獄。
大陸維權律師李天天指出，中國並沒有任何法律規定，不能收看某個電視臺或接觸某個媒體，這種做法，既違背了國內法又違背了國際法，這是嚴重的侵犯人權，是活生生的迫害。
大陸維權律師李天天：「中國沒有這樣的法律。但是，確實發生了這種事情就被判刑了，就因為看了一個電視。這簡直是太荒唐了。一個人就用眼睛看了某種東西，結果自己就犯法了。那這個人還怎麼活呀！ 看《新唐人》電視臺的人很多的，家裏弄個鍋就能看到。」
據報導，今年5月3號上午，黑龍江七臺河市公安局國保大隊和警察一行人，闖入好幾家民宅，連偷帶搶，強拆民眾安裝的海外電視臺接收器——俗稱的大鍋。有些人家沒人，警察就翻牆進去拆鍋。據目擊者說，這幫警察闖進屋裡，見到有鍋就說「有新唐人！」
黑龍江市民郭女士：「因為《新唐人》報導的，別的媒體沒有說，《新唐人》敢說真話，所以大陸禁止老百姓看這些。在我們地區有很多老百姓都安了大鍋，後來中共就挨家挨戶的搜索，它就不讓看《新唐人》。」
《新唐人》總部的新聞副總裁黃萬青說，中共對《新唐人》如此恐懼的主要原因，是因為《新唐人》對中國實質性的報導，擊中了中共的要害，而這也正迎合了中國民眾對基本知情權的需要。
黃萬青：「比如我們對中共迫害人權的報導，迫害法輪功的報導，都是中共它極力掩蓋的，它不敢在國際社會公布曝光的。把共產黨的老底都抖出來了。」
李憲忠也是一名法輪功修煉者，他在看守所和監獄這段期間，遭到了種種非人道的迫害，如關鐵籠子、踹肚子、電棍電，脫光衣服檢查、「開飛機」、戴手銬腳鐐等。
黑龍江市民郭女士：「不分青紅皂白，只要你說煉（法輪功）就抓你，就給你判刑。現在還有很多修煉法輪功的學員被抓、被打，有的甚至被活體摘取器官，真的很殘忍。」
黃萬青指出，「610辦公室」是中共迫害人權最嚴重的一個機構，它和政法委捆綁在一起。而政法委不僅迫害法輪功，對整個中國的人權都進行迫害，同時極力封鎖信息。
黃萬青：「政法委最怕它自己這些罪行被曝光。尤其是王立軍、薄熙來事件發生以來，全世界才知道中共公檢法、政法委這個系統幹了這麼壞的事情，比希特勒蓋世太保還要壞。尤其是《新唐人電視臺》在全面的報導這些事情，在揭露它對老百姓的迫害，那它最害怕，所以政法委一定是不遺餘力的打壓，進行封鎖。」
郭女士呼籲大陸民眾能更多的收看《新唐人電視臺》，才能了解中國大陸的真相。同時，她希望正義人士能集結起來，共同結束中共對老百姓的這場迫害。

Sentenced to Four Years for Watching NTDTV in China
Ladies and gentlemen, can you imagine that some
people are sentenced to imprisonment for watching NTDTV?
Today, this kind of absurd drama
is truly happening in mainland China.
A Heilongjiang citizen was illegally
arrested by police.
Afterwards, the police told him that he would
be sentenced to imprisonment because of watching NTDTV.
Subsequently, he was sentenced
to four years of imprisonment.
“Minghui Net" reported on May 22, 2008 that Li Xianzhong,
a 44-year-old resident of Qitaihe City, Heilongjiang.
Li was illegally arrested by police when local Beixing Public
Security Bureau officials and Beixing television station
broke into his home and turned on the TV, which
was recording “New Tang Dynasty" television programs.
Heilongjiang Nongken Bureau Intermediate Court
personnel said to Li Xianzhong that,
“Just because of your watching NTDTV,
we can sentence you.”
In the end, Li Xianzhong was sentenced
to four years imprisonment.
In January 20, 2009, he was imprisoned in Jiamusi Prison.
Chinese human rights lawyer Li Tiantian pointed out that
there is no law in China stipulating which TV station
is forbidden from being watched, or which media is forbidden from being accessed.
What they did to Li not only violates domestic law,
but also the international law.
It is a serious human rights violation,
and a concrete example of persecution.
Chinese human rights lawyer Li Tiantian:
“China has no such laws.
Such sentence is really happening in China, just
because of having watched a certain TV program.
This is simply ridiculous.
A person uses his or her eyes to see something,
and consequently he or she violates the law.
If so, how does this person live?
Many people are watching NTDTV. You are able
to watch it just by using a satellite receiver.”
According to reports, on May 3 this year, personnel
of the Public Security Bureau National Security Brigade,
and police, broke into several civil houses.
They stole and arbitrarily dismantled the civilians’ satellite
TV receivers for foreign TV programs.
In some houses, when people were not at home. The police
climbed over the walls to dismantle the satellite TV receivers.
According to witnesses, a gang of police broke into the houses.
If they saw a satellite TV receiver, they said “There is NTDTV.”
Ms Guo, Heilongjiang citizen: “Because NTD is reporting
information that other media don’t report,
and because NTD dare to say the truth, mainland China
ban people from watching it.
In our region, many people installed satellite TV receivers.
Afterwards, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) carried
out a house-to-house search. The CCP doesn’t let people watch NTDTV.”
Huang Wanqing, Vice President of News at NTDTV
headquarters, said that the CCP fears NTDTV.
This is because NTDTV reports substantially on China,
which hits the CCP’s crucial point.
NTDTV also meets the needs of Chinese people
by fulfilling their basic right to knowledge.
Huang Wanqing: “For example, we report that the CCP
is persecuting human rights, persecuting Falun Gong.
These are all what the CCP wants to hide, what the CCP
dares not to publicize and expose internationally. (We) expose the CCP’s evil secrets.”
Li Xianzhong is also a Falun Gong practitioner.
When he was in the detention center and prison,
he suffered from many forms of inhumane persecution.
He was imprisoned in an iron cage, kicked in the stomach,
beaten with electric batons, stripped naked,
forced to hold a posture like a “plane” for long periods of time,
and was handcuffed and leg irons, etc.
Ms Guo, Heilongjiang citizen: “Regardless of whom you are,
as long as you say you practice Falun Gong, they will arrest you and sentence you.
Now there are still many Falun Gong practitioners
who are being arrested and beaten.
Some of them were even subjected
to forced removal of their organs. It is really cruel.”
Huang Wanqing pointed out that the “610 Office” is one of
CCP’s institutions which persecute human rights most seriously.
It is combined with the CCP Politics and Law Committee.
The CCP Politics and Law Committee is not
only persecuting Falun Gong.
It is also persecuting the entire scope of human rights in China.
It is strongly blocking people’s access to information.
Huang Wanqing: “CCP Politics and Law Committee
is most afraid of exposure of its own crimes.
This is especially since the incidents of Wang Lijun
and Bo Xilai have happened.
The whole world has learned that the CCP’s system
of public security, procuratorate, courts and Politics and Law Committee did such evil things.
It is worse than Hitler’s Gestapo.
Especially when NTDTV is comprehensively reporting
these things and exposing the CCP’s persecution of its ordinary people, the CCP is most afraid of it.
Therefore, the CCP Politics and Law Committee
is sure to try it’s hardest to suppress and to block NTDTV."
Ms Guo called on people from mainland China to watch
NTDTV more, in order to understand the truth of China.
She also hopes that righteous people can assemble
together to end the CCP’s persecution of ordinary people.
