【新唐人北京时间2026年07月04日讯】自6月24日委内瑞拉发生双强震以来，国际救援工作不断展开，人们依然在努力，不放弃一丝救人的希望。但与此同时，人们也发现，地震震出了一些“意想不到的”真相，废墟中散落了满地的美金现钞，同时豆腐渣工程和政府的不救援让民众愤怒。
网友Javier于7月3日在X平台分享的视频显示，一只布满灰尘的小黑包里塞满了100美元的现金。他在贴文中写道：“委内瑞拉地震废墟——‘政府’的藏身处。 这就是迪奥斯达多（Diosdado）不让救援人员进入的原因。到处都是成堆的百元钞、金条和毒品。而人们却在挨饿。 ”
迪奥斯达多·卡韦略·龙东（Diosdado Cabello Rondón）是委内瑞拉统一社会主义党总书记，自2024年起担任内政、司法与和平部长。

另一则由网友Anttsinc于7月1日分享的视频显示，在一堆废墟中，百元美金破损的票纸满地都是，人们无处落脚，只好将美金踩在脚下。
Anttsinc在贴文中写道：“地震是否暴露了他们一直以来竭力掩盖的东西？随着所有人（警察、平民、救援人员）都发现了这些钱，他们已经失控了。”

另一则视频显示，可以看到民众、救援人员和其他人从倒塌的建筑物中拉出成捆成捆、装满百元美钞的箱子。大量现金在废墟中涌现。

除了美元现金，委内瑞拉的豆腐渣工程同样成为了人们关注的焦点。网友Anttsinc分享了更多灾区现场的建筑视频。
他在贴文中写道：“刚看到委内瑞拉救援人员在现场拍摄的令人震惊的影片：他们正在拆除倒塌的建筑物，发现很多建筑内部竟然是用泡沫塑胶建造的——外面只有一层薄薄的混凝土。难怪所有东西都像纸板一样坍塌了。”
他呼吁到：“贪腐加上劣质建筑，导致地震造成大规模死亡。这简直是犯罪。人民理应得到答案。”

另一则视频显示混凝土中没有钢筋。Anttsinc表示，当地人指出，任何懂建筑的人都知道一个显而易见的事实：他们浇筑混凝土时竟然完全没有使用钢筋。

混凝土中没有钢筋，这让人想起中国大陆常见的豆腐渣建筑。而委内瑞拉过去几十年来一直同中共关系密切。在前总统马杜罗（Nicolás Maduro）统治时期，委内瑞拉被北京奉为拉美地区唯一的“全天候战略伙伴”。
除了满地的美元现钞、豆腐渣工程，一腔热血救人的民众发现，救人的废墟现场，持枪者比持铁锹的人还多。
Visegrád 24 分享的视频显示，一名委内瑞拉救援志工在废墟附近与国民警卫队人员对峙，说：“我看到的步枪比铁锹还多。这里根本没有罪犯。”“我们这里不需要更多的步枪。我们需要更多的人手来拯救生命。”
