5 shallots,chopped(蔥頭,切碎)
40g dried shrimps(蝦米)
1 pair Chinese sausage(1對臘腸)
4 mushrooms(soaked,chopped)香菇(浸軟,切粒)
2 tbsp water
50g toasted peanuts(炒香花生,去衣)
50g coriander(芫荽)
Seasoning(調味料):
1 tbsp oyster sauce(蠔油)
1 tbsp light soy sauce(生抽)
1 tsp sesame oil(麻油)
1 tsp pepper(胡椒粉)
1 tsp salt(鹽)
1 tsp sugar(糖)
