河南民眾攔火車維權 縣政府被堵死
2月2號上午10點半左右，河南省南陽市西峽數十名民眾，攔停寧西鐵路上的一輛火車。據知情人士透露：當地房地產開發商任國顯，以建房為由，詐騙西峽兩千多戶民眾5億多元人民幣，民眾多次上訪，但縣政府不作為，充當開發商的幕後保護傘，無奈之下這些民眾攔火車維權，當天，西峽縣政府也被民眾堵死。
武漢人大開幕 百餘訪民被拖走
2月2號上午，湖北武漢市「人大」會議在武漢劇院召開，200多名訪民前去伸冤，遭現場400多名警察和大量「維穩」人員鎮壓，上百名訪民被拖走，當天中午，他們被再次趕回武漢劇院伸冤。
訪民北京南站掛條幅 圍觀者遭暴打
2月2號下午，有訪民在北京火車南站2樓電梯旁的外牆護欄上，掛出寫有冤情的條幅，隨後，大批警察趕到現場，期間，一人因拍照被抓住，警察責令他立即刪掉照片，被拒絕。這時又一人上前圍觀，被一名警察一把抓住，狠狠地摔在地上暴打，多名警察隨後湧來，把這人狠狠摁在地上，最後強行帶走。
數百村民抗議土地被強征 遭毆打
2月1號，雲南省玉溪市峨山縣政府，在沒有和村名民達成協議的情況下，在村民們的土地上強行施工，遭數百村民抵制，數名村民遭毆打，其中一名76歲高齡老人被打傷送醫院搶救。

Petitioners Stop Train in Protest against Ineffective Government
At 10:30 on Feb. 2, dozens of residents of Xixia County
of Henan Province blocked the passage of a local train
on Nanjing West Railway.
Sources revealed: Local property developer Ren Guoxian
swindled 2,000 investors out of 500 million of yuan.
The county government has ignored numerous petitions
from the victims and served as a protecting umbrella
for the developer.
The helpless residents decided to block the passage
of a train and the entrance of county government.
Hundreds of Petitioners Removed on Opening Day
of Wuhan National People’s Congress
On the morning of Feb. 2 when National People’s Congress
held a meeting in Wuhan City, more than 200 petitioners
tried to address their grievances to NPC members.
There were 400 police and government agents at the scene
to suppress and maintain the stability.
After about 100 petitioners were removed by the officials,
by noon, petitioners went back to the NPC venue again
to voice their complaints.
An Petition Onlooker Beaten
In the afternoon of Feb. 2, a petitioner displayed a banner
from the second floor of Beijing South Railway Station.
An onlooker was caught taking a photo of the incident.
The police demanded deletion of the photo but were rejected.
Another onlooker approached the scene but was immediately
caught by the police.
He was pushed to the ground and beaten.
The man was removed finally with the efforts
of a number of policemen.
Hundreds of Villagers Protest Forced Land Acquisition
Local government of Eshan County, Yunnan Province,
started construction on forcibly acquired land
without any consensus of the villagers.
Hundreds of villagers blocked the construction on Feb. 1
but were met with official violence.
Several villagers were beaten.
A 76-year old elderly was wounded and sent to hospital.
