【新唐人2014年09月01日訊】繼上個月，一名中使館副武官和四名打手在阿根廷被逮捕後，8月28號，又有一名中使館官員和兩名打手，在捷克首都「重蹈覆轍」。為甚麼這些中共官員，雖然在法治國家工作和生活，卻一再觸犯法律呢。我們一起來看看事件經過。
8月28號到29號，「中國投資論壇會議」在捷克首都舉行。以中共副總理張高麗為首的中共代表團成員中，有5位中共官員，因為積極參與迫害法輪功，涉嫌觸犯「群體滅絕罪」、「反人類罪」，遭到當地法輪功學員抗議。
8月28號下午，捷克首都布拉格的法輪功學員，在布拉格城堡，抗議以張高麗為首的5名中共官員。中共大使館組織所謂的「歡迎團」，站滿了布拉格城堡後門的人行道，還專門派人阻擋拿抗議橫幅的法輪功學員。
布拉格警察根據以往經驗，要求「歡迎團」站在另一側人行道上，以保護抗議群體權益，但一名中使館官員強行堅持。最後法輪功學員站在了遠離中共「歡迎團」的路口，舉起橫幅抗議。
但是，在中共代表團的車隊出現後，所謂「歡迎團」人員和那名中使館官員不顧警察阻止，衝擊並搶奪法輪功學員的橫幅。維護秩序的警察當場將那名中使館官員摁在地上，並拷上手銬帶走，被抓捕的還有另外兩名暴徒。
就在前一個月，7月17號，巴西總統與習近平會面時，中共使館官員同樣處處設置障礙，阻攔習近平看到法輪功真相，並搶奪法輪功學員的請願橫幅，最終4名行兇者被警察帶走。
在第二天，習近平抵達阿根廷首都訪問時，中共使館官員，和僱用來的人衝擊法輪功請願隊伍，搶奪橫幅。最後，阿根廷警察將中共大使館副武官逮捕。
前中共官員趙先生：「這都是慣例，中共的外交官一般都就在使館或領館那個圈子裡邊，不讓你接觸到這些甚麼自由民主。中共的這種思想控制非常嚴格的，既使本人覺得西方民主自由很好，但是一旦涉及到工作的時候，涉及到他的職權的時候，那種『黨性』馬上就戰勝『人性』。豪不猶豫的，按照上級那種指令，需要這麼做，他還會這麼做。」
原中共駐悉尼領事館一等秘書陳用林，在2005年脫離中共駐悉尼領事館時，非常高興的說，自己終於能呼吸民主自由的空氣，恢復自己做人的感覺。
陳用林說，中共的外交官不像西方外交官，不是為了國家和人民的利益，而是站在中國人的對立面。陳用林透露，中共在各國的滲透包括法輪功，民運人士，藏人，新疆人和台灣人等。例如他在悉尼中領館時，60%的日常工作都針對法輪功。
另外，中領館還控制華人社區建立層級組織，直接聽中共命令，控制中文媒體，利誘並控制西方國家政府官員。陳用林表示，這樣的外交官再繼續做下去，他的良知無法承受。
趙先生：「讓中共那些官員，使領館官員，像陳用林一樣站出來的，那需要巨大的勇氣，那不是一般人能做得到的。」
根據「追查迫害法輪功國際組織」的追查通告，張高麗在廣東、深圳、山東、天津等地任職期間，積極部署迫害法輪功，致使數以千計的法輪功學員被非法抓捕、關押、判刑，大量法輪功學員遭酷刑致殘致死。
時政評論員夏小強：「中使館這些官員違反當地法律，會受到當地懲處，同時等於參與了對法輪功學員的迫害，當江澤民和張高麗都繩之以法的時候，他們也必然受到法治社會的嚴厲懲處。」
根據「追查國際」的調查，目前，以反腐名義落馬的高官中，周永康、李東生、王立軍、薄熙來等人，也都跟隨江澤民，長期迫害法輪功。

The Non-Stop Wrong Deeds Of China’s Overseas Officials.
Last month, a deputy military attaché of the Chinese embassy
and four thugs were arrested in Argentina.
Two days ago, another Chinese embassy official and two
thugs were also arrested in the Czech capital.
Why do these Communist officials, while living and working
in a country ruled by law, violate the law consistently?
Let’s take a look.
The China Investment Forum was held in Prague
from August 28-29.
The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) officials, including
Zhang Gaoli, head of the delegation, were faced with
protest by local Falun Gong practitioners for their active
roles in the persecution of Falun Gong.
This is alleged to be genocide and crimes against humanity.
On August 28, Falun Gong practitioners in Prague
protested at Prague Castle.
The local Chinese Embassy organized a “welcome group”
to occupy the sidewalk of Prague Castle backdoor, and
specifically blocked Falun Gong practitioners who were
holding protest banners.
Prague police, based on past experience, demanded the
“welcome group” stay on one side of the sidewalk to protect
the interests of protest groups, but met resistance from
one embassy official who insisted on occupying both sides.
Finally Falun Gong practitioners raised their protest banner
on the intersection away from the “welcome group”.
However when the delegation arrived, the “welcome group”
and embassy personnel attacked the Falun Gong practitioners.
They snatched banners away from Falun Gong practitioners.
Prague police forced the embassy person to the ground,
handcuffed him and took him away.
Also arrested were two other thugs.
On July 17, when Xi Jinping visited the Brazilian President,
the CCP embassy officials also set up obstacles and snatched
the banners to prevent Xi Jinping from seeing protests
from Falun Gong.
Finally, four assailants were taken away by police.
The next day, when Xi Jinping arrived in Buenos Aires,
the embassy again attacked the Falun Gong protesters.
The Argentine police finally arrested the Chinese Embassy
deputy military attaché.
Mr. Zhao, former Chinese official (voice changed), “it is
routine.
The CCP diplomats are generally in the circle of the embassy
or consulate.
They are not allowed to come into contact with the idea
of freedom and democracy.
It is a very strict control of the CCP. Even though individuals
might appreciate the freedom and democracy, when it comes
to the work and his duty, the ‘party nature’ would immediately
overcome the ‘human nature.’
They will follow instructions and do as they are told.”
When Chen Yonglin defected from the CCP consulate in
Sydney in 2005, he was very happy that he was finally
able to breathe the air of democracy and freedom,
to restore his sense of life.
Chen Yonglin indicated that CCP diplomats don’t work for
the interests of the nation and people like Western diplomats.
Rather, they stay on the opposite side of the people.
Chen Yonglin revealed, they engage in infiltration of Falun
Gong, activists, Tibetans, Xinjiang ethnics, and Taiwan.
For example, 60% of his work in the Chinese Consulate
in Sydney was targeting against Falun Gong.
The consulates also establish hierarchical organizations in the
Chinese community to directly take commands from the CCP.
They control the Chinese media, and influence and control
Western government officials.
Chen Yonglin said, being such a diplomat, his conscience
can no longer afford the pain his actions caused him.
Mr. Zhao, “it would take tremendous courage for any CCP
officials, consulate officials, to stand out like Chen Yonglin.
It is not something any ordinary people can do.”
The World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of
Falun Gong (WOIPFG) reported, that Zhang Gaoli illegally
arrested, detained, and sentenced thousands of Falun Gong
practitioners.
Even torturing many of them to death or disability, during
his posts in Guangdong, Shenzhen, Shandong, and Tianjin.
Current affairs commentator Xia Xiaoqiang, “these embassy
officials’ violation of local laws will be punished by locals.
Their behaviors are equivalent to taking part in the
persecution of Falun Gong.
When Jiang Zemin and Zhang Gaoli are brought to justice,
they are bound to be severely punished by the rule of law.”
The WOIPFG investigation shows that among sacked officials,
from anti-corruption; Zhou Yongkang, Li Dongsheng, Wang
Lijun, and Bo Xilai, have all followed Jiang Zemin in the 15
years of persecution of Falun Gong.
