【新唐人2014年08月23日訊】中共在打壓異見人士或網路名人時，接連在中共喉舌《央視》公開播放當事人被迫認罪的畫面，引起民間和司法界的強烈不滿。日前，總部設在法國巴黎的保護記者非政府組織「記者無國界」，也呼籲歐盟制裁《央視》，認為《央視》播出的畫面侵犯了當事人應得到的公平審判權利。
日前，《央視》播出了涉嫌吸毒，被中共抓捕的台灣藝人柯震東身穿囚服、淚流滿面的「自白影帶」，引起台灣法學界的抨擊，認為嚴重侵犯人權。
「台灣人權促進會」前會長邱顯智指出：「這等於是公審、遊街示眾，根本活在古代。」
台灣民間「司改會」執行長高榮志表示，依中共公安所言，柯震東只是行政不法，沒有刑事違法，卻要遭受如此屈辱，嚴重違反比例原則。
「民進黨」發言人黃帝穎則表示，柯震東「自白影帶」被公布，形同「公審」，這與恐怖組織拍攝影片的手法相似，嚴重踐踏人性尊嚴。台灣政府應促中國大陸維護人權普世價值。
8月20號，總部設在法國巴黎的保護記者非政府組織「記者無國界」，呼籲歐盟制裁《央視》，讓《央視》為自己的行為付出代價。
「無國界記者」表示，中共當局強迫認罪的唯一目地是摧毀被指控者的信譽，而《央視》播放強迫認罪，是一個新聞機構不可容忍的行為。
大陸維權律師江天勇指出，中國《刑事訴訟法》第十二條明文規定：未經法院判決，對任何人都不得確定有罪。他表示，《央視》站在道德和宣傳的至高點，搞這樣的審判，嚴重破壞和踐踏法治。
江天勇：「中共當局去打擊一個人的時候，它並不是按照法律來查你有甚麼罪狀，有甚麼證據，它是從輿論上，從道德上，把你一個人進行這種污名化，從道德上把你所謂的搞臭，然後中國民眾往往不去追究法律甚麼規定，而是一看這個人道德如此低下，就會對這個人全面的否定，實際上中共無論是打擊自己的體制內的對手，還是民間，它都採取這一套。」
去年8月底，網路名人薛蠻子在《央視》，對他所謂「嫖娼」的指控公開認罪。除此之外，《央視》還公開播放了包括中國資深媒體人高瑜、《新快報》記者陳永洲，以及其他記者被迫認罪的畫面。
原《陝西電視臺》記者馬曉明：「中共的宣傳機構，成為了大陸共產黨對人民進行專制統治的一個非常非常強有力的工具，這一點上來講，共產黨它是不會掩蓋，它就說這些宣傳機構是黨和政府的喉舌，是黨和政府的工具，它一點都不隱晦。」
原《陝西電視臺》記者馬曉明認為，《央視》播出這類「自白影帶」的行為，也證明了共產黨對媒體的壟斷、和輿論的操控。
馬曉明：「只要這些人被迫的在媒體上作所謂的認罪，承認犯罪事實，似乎就證明中共對這些人的打壓、鎮壓和整肅是合法的，起碼是有依據的，你看他本人就承認了，它主要起這樣一個作用。」
馬曉明指出，不只《央視》，所有中共操控下的媒體，都應該受到嚴厲的制裁。
8月7號，美國國會眾議院公布「中國人權保護法案」第5379號法案的內容，法案不僅要求禁止參與人權迫害的中共官員入境美國，並凍結這些人在美的財產等，還限制《央視》等13家中共官方喉舌媒體人員的來美簽證，和取消部分媒體人的非移民身份。

EU Sanctions Are Called on Against CCTV Broadcasting
Forced Confessions
To suppress dissidents and Internet bloggers, CCP mouthpiece
CCTV has conducted broadcasts of forced confessions
from those charged.
Many organizations and legal experts have expressed their
serious protest.
Included are Reporters Without Borders, which called on
the European Council on Aug. 20 to adopt sanctions against
CCTV and its executives violating the right to a fair trial
by their broadcasting of forced confessions.
Ko Chen-tung, a Taiwanese actor and singer, was recently
arrested in China for drug abuse.
CCTV recently aired the tearful confession video
of Ko Chen-tung wearing a prison uniform.
This broadcast immediately drew Taiwan legal experts’
criticism of serious human rights violation.
Former president of Taiwan Association for Human Rights,
Chiu Hsien-chih said: This is “tantamount to a public trial,
paraded through the streets, like in the ancient time,"
reported Liberty Times.
Taiwan’s Judicial Reform Foundation chief executive,
Kao Jung-chih said, according to CCP police, Ko Chen-tung’s
has been just an administrative breach, not a criminal offense,
but such humiliation is in serious violation of the principle
of proportionality.
Taiwan’s Democratic Progressive Party spokesman,
Huang Di-ying, commented that this forced confession on tape
is like a terrorist organization video and grave violation
of human dignity.
Taiwan’s government should urge China
to uphold universal values of human rights.
On Aug. 20, Reporters Without Borders called on the
European Council to adopt sanctions against CCTV
and its executives.
Reporters Without Borders believe the sole aim of these
confessions is to destroy the credibility of those charged,
and considered CCTV broadcasting these forced confessions
as intolerable on the part of a news organization.
Chinese human rights lawyer Jiang Tianyong indicates that
Article XII of Chinese Criminal Procedure Law expressly
provides that: without a court ruling, no person shall be
held guilty.
He indicates that CCTV should obey the highest moral and
propaganda standing, but engaging in such trials has seriously
damaged and trampled the rule of law.
Jiang Tianyong: “The CCP crack down on a person, not based
on law or evidence, but to stigmatize and morally discredit the person.
People would then follow this trend to negate someone,
despite the law.
In fact, this is the same routine the CCP has exploited to
defeat its own opponents or the general public."
End of last August, the Internet celebrity Xue Manzi made
a public confession of his prostitution allegations on CCTV.
Famous journalists such as Gao Yu and Chen Yongzhou,
as well as other reporters have also been aired with their
forced confessions.
Former Shaanxi TV reporter Ma Xiaoming: “The propaganda
agency has become a very powerful tool for CCP’s dictatorship.
The CCP would not hide this fact that these propaganda
agencies are exactly the mouthpiece and the tool of the party
and the regime. They totally admit it."
Ma Xiaoming believes CCTV’s forced confession broadcast
proves the monopoly and public opinion manipulation
of the media by the CCP.
Ma Xiaoming: “These forced confessions serve to prove
crackdown and suppression of these dissidents is legal and
reasonable.
It at least achieved this function because they have confessed."
Ma Xiaoming comments that not just the CCTV, all media
under the control of CCP should be subject to severe sanctions.
In the US China Human Rights Protection Act of 2014
introduced during the 113th congress on July 31,
the H.R. 5379 Bill demanded sanctions be imposed
on individuals responsible for the commission
of serious and ongoing violations of human rights.
Sanctions include refusal of visas or permits to enter the
United States, blocking of their property in the United States,
restrictions on visas to executives of 13 state-owned media,
and revocation of their nonimmigrant status.
