【新唐人2014年07月10日訊】烏克蘭啟動司法程序取締共產黨
7月8號，烏克蘭已經正式啟動司法程序，取締共產黨。據《美國之音》報導，烏克蘭司法部長彼得連科當天宣佈，司法部已向基輔的一家法院遞交了要求取締共產黨的訴訟。
彼得連科表示，司法部收集到了129頁的書面文件，還有其他許多錄像資料等，都可證明共產黨支持烏克蘭東部地區的親俄羅斯分離勢力，參與了分裂國家的活動。
彼得連科期望有關取締共產黨的司法程序能最大程度的公開透明。
烏克蘭國家安全局局長則表示，這些證據資料，足可以徹底禁止共產黨在烏克蘭的活動。
中美對話期間 唯色被軟禁
美國國務卿克里和財政部長雅各布•盧，7月9號在北京出席美中第六輪戰略與經濟對話，而中國藏族女作家唯色夫婦卻因為他們的到來，被中共當局軟禁。
唯色星期二晚間在網路社交平臺「臉書」和「推特」上透露，她和丈夫王力雄當天晚上約6點剛從內蒙古回到家，北京國保7點就趕到，說這兩天內禁止兩人出門，原因保密。
唯色還在她的個人網路「博客」上，發了一張國保及國保派來的公安大學學生，在她家門口的電梯前上崗的照片。
唯色認為，她被軟禁，可能與美國大使館邀請她星期三去大使官邸參加晚宴有關。
唯色去年3月獲得美國國務院授予的2013年度「國際婦女勇氣獎」，她當時被監控，也沒有護照，無法前往華盛頓領獎，國務卿克里專門給她寫了封信。
臺檢出大陸中藥製劑逾八成含西藥
台灣「食品藥物管理署」公布了過去四年來，檢驗的調製劑中藥結果，其中標示產地為中國的藥品，被檢出八成以上含有西藥。
據「英國廣播公司」《BBC》中文網7月9號報導，這些中藥製劑所含的西藥成分主要是壯陽藥和止痛藥。
台灣「食藥署」研檢組長陳惠芳表示，「食藥署」的檢驗結果，已經向大陸相關單位反映過，但是中共當局是否會追查處罰這些廠商則不清楚。
根據台灣的相關規定，未經核准擅自製造或輸入含西藥的調製劑中藥，最高可處十年以下徒刑及一千萬臺幣以下罰款，販賣這類藥品，最高則可處七年以下徒刑或五百萬臺幣以下罰金。

Ukraine Initiated Judicial Proceedings to
Ban Communist Party
On July 8, the Ukraine officially launched legal proceedings
to ban the Communist Party.
According to the VOA report, Ukrainian Justice Minister
Petrenko announced that the Justice Ministry has asked
Kiev’s District Administrative Court to ban the country’s
Communist Party.
According to reports, evidence received in court supporting
this action is made up of written material, and video footage.
All documents can prove that the Communist Party supported
the pro-Russian separatists in eastern regions.
They participated in the activities to split the country.
Petrenko expects maximum transparency on the judicial
process about the banning of the Communist Party.
The Ukrainian National Security director said the evidence is
enough to completely ban Communist Party activities.
Woeser Under House Arrest During the US-China Dialogue
On July 9, US Secretary of State Kerry and Finance Minister
Lou Jacob attended the sixth round of China-US Strategic and
Economic Dialogue in Beijing.
Meanwhile China-Tibetan woman writer Woeser is under
house arrest by the Chinese authorities because of their arrival.
Woeser posted on Facebook and Twitter, that she and her
husband got home at 6pm.
Beijing State Security arrived at 7pm.
They said the couple is not allowed to go outside for reasons
of secrecy.
Woeser also posted a picture under her personal blog.
The picture is of state security standing on guard in
front of her home elevator.
Woeser believes she is under house arrest may be because she
was invited by the US Embassy to the Wednesday dinner.
Last March, Woeser was awarded the 2013 annual International
Women of Courage Award by the US State Department.
She was being monitored and was without her passport so
could not go to Washington to accept the award.
Secretary of State Warren wrote a letter to her specifically.
Taiwan Tests Chinese Traditional Medicine. 80% are Fakes
Taiwan’s Food Drug Administration published results of
Chinese traditional medicine tested in the past four years.
Eighty percent of Chinese traditional medicines that are made
in China when tested were found to contain Western medicine.
According to the July 9 BBC Chinese network report, most
western ingredients in these Chinese traditional medicines
are aphrodisiacs and painkillers.
Taiwan Food and Drug Department study leader Chen Huifang
said the test results have been sent to the mainland authorities;
But it’s unclear if the Chinese authorities
will investigate or punish.
According to Taiwan regulations, people with unauthorized
traditional Chinese medicine or using imported western drugs
in traditional Chinese medicine can be imprisoned for up to
10 years or fined up to ten million Taiwan dollars.
The person who sells such medicine can be imprisoned for up
to 5 years or fined up to 5 million Taiwan dollars.
