Central Discipline Inspection Commission (CDIC) of CCP,
accused the social science Academy infiltrated by “overseas forces”

Recently, Mr Zhang Yingwei, head of Central Discipline
Inspection Commission of Chinese Communist Party (CCP),
of Chinese Social Science Academy (CSSA) as well
as member of CCP committee of CSSA,

criticised the CSSA with four key issues,
the fourth issue being, “CSSA has been filtrated
by overseas forces in a point-to-point way".

Media owned by CCP, also published articles
connected to this issue.

The public opinions are questioning: whether CCP launches
yet another “anti-rightist movement",

similar to those during the Cultural Revolution.

On June 14, the People Website, affiliated with CCP,

reported that Zhang Yingwei, head of Central Discipline
and Inspection of CCP at “CASS",

made the suggestion (on June 10) that “CASS" ideology
has four problems:

Firstly, putting on a cloak of academia, creating
a smokescreen;

secondly, using cross-border Internet concocted
sophistry (clever but false arguments);

thirdly, during sensitive periods, conducted illegal
collusion activities;

and lastly, accepted foreign forces penetration
point, where customer orders are accepted by a manufacturer .

Blog writer “Niu Mang," questioned whether
CCP authorities intended taking any action against CASS.

He mocked CCP’s so called “smokescreen", “cross-border sophistry"
and “illegal collusion activities,"

to not all be the workings and wisdom of scientists of CASS.

Only after they “have been filtrated by point-to-point
foreign forces",

could they ever achieve such a high level of intelligent
and emotional quotient!

So “being filtrated by foreign forces" is the key issue behind
the workings of CASS .

Mainland Internet writer Jing Chu: “Point-to point filtration,
so called anti-China forces from over-seas, are all too
often seen on the People website.
In fact, there are indeed anti-CCP overseas activists, yet the
numbers are dwindling.
They intentionally replace the anti-CCP slogan, with anti-China,
this is to brainwash all Chinese people.
Many overseas people oppose CCP but they don’t oppose China."

“Niu Mang" questioned: what is “cross-border sophistry"?
Is it a term they use meaning “Universal values" claimed
by many experts of CASS?
But the official of CDIC (Central Discipline Inspection
Commission) of CCP, did not mention it.

“It might soon launch revolutionary people to execute
large-scale Thamzing (struggle sessions & propaganda),
along with large-scale exposure movements, aiming at such
academic authorities and clarifying the situation."

On June 8 1956, Central Committee of CCP,
issued “orders to mobilise forces, in preparation of attacking rightists".

On the same day, People’s Daily published “What’s this for?"
showing the first signs of the “Anti-rightist movement".

In the following couple of years, 0.55 million Chinese rightists,
lied of the attack of “Anti-rightists struggle".

Among them, around 0.4 million people could not possibly
attend the “repealing" day 20 years later.

Jing Chu: “CCP’s theories, practice and ideology are
all going to the dogs.

They are guilty and in the wrong. They don’t dare
face the reality of the world in its pursuit of the truth.

During Mao’s times, he confined all people in an iron cell
creating serious suffocation.

They are trying to maintain a national people’s sense of soaking
inside the sweet water under the red banner."

CCP regards CASS as “taking the mission of improving
the overall level of Chinese humanities and social sciences",
this is the highest national Academy of Sciences.

CASS has 31 research institutes, 45 research centres
with a total of more than 3,200 scientific research
and business personnel belonging CCP.

It is also the largest think tank with a large number of scholars
in the political, economic, cultural aspects of
CCP’s central committee,

providing a theoretical basis for decision-making.

Former Associate Professor of Beijing “Capital Normal
University" Li Yuanhua,

believes that there are different factions within the CCP regime,

with those who emphasise “CASS" loyalty to CCP,
are the radical leftists of the CCP.
They want to go backwards to a “Mao era". However,
the development of the Internet in recent years,

is of much disappointment to them, as now there are
many voices.

Li Yuanhua: “One possibility which cannot be ruled out,
is to publish messages attacking their political enemies;
another is a scholar without losing his conscience,
or put the research findings or survey results to be published,
in the form of reports on corrupt officials
who harm their interests. “

Last year, “CASS" published " a series of reports including,

“China is facing a comprehensive house price crash",
“haze affects reproductive capacity"

and “excluding farmers during resettling and relocating
from the city and urban areas will bring instability".

CASS also published an article called
“the perils of the flies creates more harm than the Tiger" .

The CDIC of CCP, required “CASS" to maintain
the so-called political sensitivity,
but also effectively strengthen ideological construction,

to be politically highly consistent with the CCP
without tolerating any exceptions and the like.

Currently the People Website has deleted this article,
but other media and websites have been reproduced.
