【新唐人2014年03月20日訊】在俄羅斯與克里米亞簽署加入俄聯邦的條約後，西方各國紛紛制裁俄羅斯，認為俄羅斯違反了國際法。15號，中共在聯合國就譴責克里米亞公投問題，投下棄權票，普京表示感謝中國的支持。而中國民眾則是不斷髮聲，要求俄羅斯歸還被掠奪走的中國領土。請看詳細報導。
美國白宮18號嚴厲譴責俄羅斯吞併克里米亞。美國總統歐巴馬此前已宣佈，將對俄羅斯實行冷戰以來「最全面的」制裁。副總統拜登同一天說，「俄羅斯在克里米亞的所作所為，無異是掠奪土地。」
工業化八國集團(G8)除俄羅斯外的其他七國，18號也決定，將俄羅斯逐出G8，並把集團首腦會議的地點，由俄羅斯的索契改成英國的倫敦。
法國總統歐蘭德呼籲，在即將召開的歐盟委員會會議上，歐盟應對俄羅斯的行為做出「強有力的」的反應。英國外交大臣黑格宣佈，英國暫停與俄羅斯的所有軍事合作。德國總理梅克爾批評克里米亞的所謂公投和加入俄聯邦，以及俄接受克里米亞，都「違反國際法」。
烏克蘭政府外交部發言人18號也說，烏克蘭無論現在還是將來，永遠不會承認克里米亞所謂的「獨立」並加入俄羅斯。
為甚麼克里米亞一場所謂的公投後，這個地區的歸屬，引起國際社會如何強烈的反彈？
旅德極權主義問題專家仲維光：「它違反了國際法，公投實際上是有很多的條件的。首先它應該經過烏克蘭議會的同意，其次應該有國際社會，有其他的第三者這樣的監督來投票。但是在克里米亞進行的公投，沒有任何這樣的前提條件，所以一定會引起國際社會的反對。」
德國《法蘭克福匯報》引述北約的消息說，2萬俄羅斯軍隊已經駐紮在克里米亞。在公投前，克里米亞就出現了大量沒有番號的軍人。
原山東大學教授孫文廣：「克里米亞公投，完全是在俄羅斯的操控之下，或者是威脅之下。公投不能夠在外國軍隊入侵的情況來公投。在這種背景下面的公投，當然不會是公正的了。」
大陸官方媒體19號宣稱：「俄羅斯是收回了祖上留下的基業，和支持分裂主義不是一回事。此話立刻引起民眾的駁斥。」有網友發推文說：「西伯利亞、海參崴、蒙古國也是大清國的祖業呢。」
大陸時政分析人士華頗：「俄羅斯它的領土大部分都是掠奪來的，如果這個理論是承認的 ，那它掠奪中國的烏蘇里江、黑龍江，150多萬平方公里的領土是不是也歸還中國呢？我想是在俄羅斯的軍事壓力之下所謂的公投，可以說是俄羅斯赤裸裸的侵略、吞併烏克蘭領土。」
中共15號在聯合國就譴責克里米亞公投問題，投下的是棄權票，普京表示感謝中國的支持。
克里米亞議會17號宣佈從烏克蘭「獨立」，要求加入俄羅斯。當天，俄羅斯總統普京簽署總統令，承認克里米亞共和國為主權獨立國家，是俄羅斯的一部分。
仲維光：「普京的邏輯又讓我們看到，任何專制者的邏輯都是充滿矛盾。因為他們的邏輯都是建立在他們的權力基礎上的，如果按照普京的邏輯來說，那麼就應該看到，從歷史上，在俄羅斯的東部，那一大片領土有很多是屬於中國的。普京為甚麼在這個時候又違反了歷史的事實？就是因為他利用權力強詞奪理。」
而中國民間大部分聲音卻是向俄羅斯索要中國領土。
仲維光：「中國民眾所駁斥的正是共產黨那種顛倒黑白，指鹿為馬，強詞奪理的做法。共產黨永遠首先的考慮的是權力。在領土方面，在維護自己的權力的時候，江澤民就可以把大片的領土，割給俄羅斯，送給越南、東南亞某些個國家。」
3月16號，烏克蘭南部地區克里米亞和塞瓦斯託波爾，舉行了全民公投。據俄羅斯媒體報導，公投投票率超過80%，93%的投票者贊成克里米亞加入俄羅斯。

Chinese People Demand that Russia Return their Territory
Anchor:
After signing a treaty to approve Crimea rejoining the Russian
Federation, Western countries have applied sanctions against
Russia because of alleged international law violation.
On March 15, Putin thanked China’s support for their
abstention in the condemnation of the Crimean referendum
in the UN.
Chinese people though demand that Russia return their territory.

On March 18, the White House strongly condemned Russia’s
moves to annex Crimea.
U.S. President Barack Obama previously announced the most
comprehensive sanctions against Russia since the Cold War.
On the same day, Vice President Joe Biden said that Russia’s
actions in the Crimea, “is nothing more than a land grab”
The other seven countries in the Industrialized Group of
Eight (G8) decided to throw Russia out on March 18 and
changed the summit meeting venue from Russia’s Sochi to
London, England.
French President Francois Hollande called for a strong response
to Russia from the EU in the upcoming European Committee
meeting.
British Foreign Secretary William Hague announced that Britain
suspended all military cooperation with Russia.
German Chancellor Angela Merkel criticized the so-called
referendum in Crimea, joining the Russian Federation and
the acceptance from Russian are contrary to international law.
On March 18, Ukraine’s Foreign Ministry spokesman said they
will never accept the so-called Crimea independence and joining
with Russia.
Why did a so-called Crimean referendum cause a such a strong
international reaction in this area?
Germany-based expert on totalitarianism, Zhong Weiguang:
“It’s a violation of international law because there are actually
a lot of conditions on the referendum.
First, it should go through the consent of the Ukrainian
parliament; second there should be an international community
or a third party to monitor the vote.
However, Crimean referendum was made without any of these
forementioned conditions and that’s why it lead to opposition
from the international community."
The Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung quoted NATO
sources that 20,000 Russian soldiers have been deployed in
the Crimea.
Before the referendum, there have been a lot of Crimea soldiers
without ID number.
Sun Wenguang, former professor of Shandong University:
“The Crimean referendum was completely under the control,
or even threat of Russia.
The referendum cannot be processed under a foreign military
invasion.
It’s definitely unfair to referendum in such context. “
On March 19, the CCP media declared that Russia was to
take back what was owned by their ancestors.
It is not about supporting the separatism.
The remark immediately aroused public refutation.
Some netizens commented in Twitter that Siberia, Vladivostok and
Mongolia are all Qing Dynasty’s property.
Hua Po, political analyst: “Most Russia’s territories were looted.
If we accept this theory, should they return China the looted 1.5
million square kilometers of territory, including Wusuli River
and Heilongjiang?
I believe the referendum was under Russia military pressure.
We can literally say that Russia has invaded and annexed the
Ukraine territory.
The CCP chose to abstain on the resolution of the United Nations
to condemn the Crimean referendum on March 15.
Putin thanked China’s support.
On March 17, Crimean parliament declared the independence
from Ukraine and join Russia.
On the same day, Russian President Putin signed a Presidential
Decree recognizing the Republic of Crimea is a sovereign state
and part of Russia.
Zhong Weiguang: “Putin’s logic has demonstrated that all
autocrats’ logic is full of contradiction.
Their logics are based on their power.
According to Putin’s logic, there are lots of east Russia territories
that belong to China.
Why does Putin violate this historic fact at this time?
It is because he used the power of sophistry”
The majority of Chinese people are requesting Russia to return
the lands of China.
Zhong Weiguang: “What the Chinese people has refuted is exactly
the communists’chopping logic of making black white.
The CCP always considers power first.
To consider the maintenance of power, Jiang Zemin can cede
large territory to Russia, Vietnam and other Southeast Asia countries."
On March 16, the southern regions of Ukraine, Crimea and
Sevastopol held a referendum.
According to Russian media report, the referendum had more
than 80% of voter turnout, and 93% of the voters agreed to join
Russia.
