【新唐人2013年06月19日訊】中共「十八大」和「兩會」以來，所謂「團派」官員，不斷在中央和地方佈局。日前，「共青團」十七大會議，中共7常委全體亮相引起媒體關注。對於自中共執政以來一直掌控的「共青團」，對中國社會起到了甚麼樣的作用﹖我們來聽聽專家的分析。
據中共喉舌媒體報導，「中共青年團十七大」於17號上午，在人民大會堂開幕。中共7常委集體在大會上亮相。
時政評論家藍述指出，中共的團代表大會看上去，首先給人的印象就是「假、大、空」。藍述說，在共產主義運動破產的今天，還在對著黨旗開會，只有在中國這種獨裁國家，才不會遭到公開的反對和恥笑。
時政評論家藍述：「中國民眾在《大紀元》網站退黨、退團，超過一億四千萬了。（中共）還要搞200年大計，這個就是誤人子弟，就是故意把中國青年帶上一條邪路，帶上一條歪路上去，這就是中共最不負責任的做法。」
在《大紀元》退黨網站上，民眾退出「共青團」的聲明中寫道，「它說的共產主義也不可能實現，入黨的人沒有人想要為其奮鬥的，都是幌子，都是為了陞官發財。」
藍述認為，今天中共社會的人民普遍缺乏誠信，道德跌破底線，撒謊不臉紅，與從小被共產黨誘騙、撒謊的教育有直接關係。
藍述：「不入團就不給別人工作的機會，就不給別人在社會上發展的機會，這實際上就是逼著人說假話，還沒滿18歲就逼著人撒謊，這不是給中國的未來播下災難的種子嗎，首先作為生活中的一個重要的里程碑，首先入團他就是在撒謊，他將來能誠實得了嗎﹖社會道德能好得了嗎﹖」
前中共領導人胡耀邦是「團派」最早的代表人物。胡耀邦當中共總書記時，提拔了大量的「共青團」人物。
而胡錦濤、李克強、李源潮、劉延東、劉奇葆、汪洋等人，他們在主政中國共產黨之前，都曾經在「共青團」擔任要職。
台灣《中央社》分析，當年胡錦濤提拔的團派，已紛紛邁過了省部級門檻，造成今天「團派」官員集體上位。而7常委現身共青團十七大，凸顯「團派」勢漲﹔李克強作為胡錦濤的門生，帶領團派響應習近平，形成「太子黨、共青團」攜手併進的態勢。
但是，原大陸史學教授劉因全認為，「團派」人物基本上來自基層，但是他們還是擺脫不了共產黨的束縛，沒辦法真正把中國帶上良性循環。
原大陸史學教授劉因全：「團派作為共產黨培養年輕幹部的基地，所以它還是堅持共產黨的那一套，還是擺脫不了這一套的意識形態的束縛，組織的束縛，紀律的束縛。」
不過，藍述說，包括今天掌管中共最高層的「團派」人物，也沒有人真正信奉共產主義，他們只不過是打著共產黨旗號，奪取民脂民膏的利益集團。
藍述：「我想今天不論是誰上了臺，都是要去掌握團派這股力量的，因為這個東西就是利益集團之間的爭奪，誰掌握的人最多，誰的力量就越雄厚，在黨內說話就有人聽，團派現在這麼多大員，把持中共高層政治、經濟、軍事的命脈，所以今天無論誰當了權，他都要把這股力量掌握在自己手裡。」
事實上，在西方民主社會，沒有一個國家有中共青年團這種幾乎人人必須加入的青年組織。

The Politburo Standing Committee Attends a Youth League Meeting
Since the Chinese Communist Party (CCP)’s
18th Congress and its “Two Sessions,"
officials in the so-called “Youth League Faction" have kept
getting assigned to central government and local positions.
The CCP’s seven Standing Committee members of
the Politburo showed up together at the recent
Communist Youth League (CYL)’s 17th Conference.
What kind of role has the CCP controlled CYL played
in Chinese society?
According to the CCP’s mouthpiece media, the 17th Conference
of the CYL was held on the morning of June 17 in the Great Hall.
The Seven CCP Politburo Standing Committee members
made a debut appearance at the conference.
Political critic Lan Shu says the CYL meeting
is “fake and empty.”
Lan says, with the collapse of communism today,
they still hold the meeting facing the CCP flag;
only in a dictatorship like China is not openly
opposed and ridiculed.
Lan Shu: “Over 140 million Chinese people have quit
the CCP and its affiliated associations via The Epoch Times website.
The CCP’s 200-Year Plan is to deliberately
lead young people astray onto a crooked path.
The CCP is the most irresponsible."
This is a sample statement from someone who quit the CYL:
“The Communist so-called ideals are impossible to achieve.
People who join the Party don’t do so to join the ‘struggle’.
They just want to get some power and money, to get ahead."
Lan Shu says today’s society under the CCP control
lacks of integrity and trust.
Morality has dropped below the bottom line.
People don’t feel ashamed when lying, due to the
education they received, which is based on lies.
Lan Shu: “Those who don’t join the CYL aren’t given good
opportunities for work and to make a living in society.
This forces people to lie before even becoming young adults.
Isn’t this laying seeds of disaster in the Chinese society?
Lying to join the CYL becomes a milestone in one’s life.
Can this possibly help them to become honorable persons?
Can this possibly be good for social ethics?"
Former CCP leader Hu Yaobang was from the
“CYL Faction" and promoted many CYL members
while he was the Party’s general secretary.
Hu Jintao, Li Keqiang, Li Yuanchao, Liu Yandong,
Liu Qibao, Wang Yang and others,
all served key positions in the CYL before
becoming high-level CCP officials.
Taiwan’s Central News Agency says CYL officials have been
promoted by Hu Jintao to above the provincial level.
Resulting in CYL faction members holding key positions.
The seven CCP Politburo Standing Committee members
joining the CYL conference highlights the rise of this faction.
Li Keqiang, as Hu Jintao’s successor,
leads the CYL faction to assist Xi Jinping.
This shows a trend of alliance between
the “CYL Faction” and the “Princelings.”
However, former history Professor Liu Yinquan thinks
CYL faction members are basically from the grassroots level.
But they still can’t shake off the CCP’s shackles,
and lead China to a healthy cycle.
Liu Yinquang.: “As a base for the CCP to train young cadres,
the CYL still insists on the CCP’s system.
It cannot escape from the shackles of the CCP ideology,
its organization and discipline."
Lan says, however, that even the CYL’s highest officials
don’t believe in communism, and that they’re just
interest groups using the CCP’s form to exploit people.
Lan Shu: “I think whoever is in charge would try
to control the CYL faction.
It’s just competition among interest groups.
Whoever gets the most support is the most powerful,
and more CCP members would listen to them.
Now, many CYL members control the high-level CCP
positions in the political, economic and military areas.
So no matter who is in charge, they would want this force."
In Western democratic societies, there isn’t one country
with a youth organization like the CYL.
