【新唐人2013年05月22日訊】曾在「八九學運」期間，當選北京高校自治聯合會主席、絕食團及廣場指揮部副總指揮的封從德，日前在香港出版《六四日記——廣場上的共和國》。他透露，中共曾派線人到他身邊「做工作」。他還根據前東德和中共官員的說法推算，中共應有4千萬名線人滲透到反對組織中去獲取信息。
1989年，北京天安門廣場爆發學生運動，中共當局6.4當天下令血腥清場，多名學生被抓捕、或流亡海外。流亡美國的學運領袖之一封從德，「六四24週年」前夕，在香港推出他重新修訂的《六四日記——廣場上的共和國》一書。他還隨書發表了4萬多字的增訂手記——《史實與史識的求索》。
封從德表示，現在李鵬的日記也出來了，趙紫陽的回憶錄也出來了，還有陳希同的，這些新的資料會使得我們對這場運動的了解逐漸加深。他說，作為一個歷史的見證人，應該原原本本的把這件事寫出來。
對於八九學運在歷史中的定位，封從德表示，因為「六四屠殺」，讓中共當局暴露是一個屠殺自己孩子的政權，失去了執政的正當性。封從德說，中共從此不會再有改良中轉站。
封從德透露，當局血腥清場之後，他開始逃亡。十個月後，經由香港到法國再到美國。而他流亡海外期間，中共曾派員到他身邊「做工作」，或逼他身邊的人做線人，部分人還向他承認了。
封從德：「他自己跟我講的，哭著跟我講的。細節我不能講，他們怎麼逼迫，其實還不止一、兩個，我遇到兩、三個﹔還有一些是看到那個跡象……但他們並沒有跟我承認，承認的就有兩、三個。」
封從德推算，如果按百分之三的比例，中共在海內外安插的線人，超過四千萬。
封從德：「安插了這麼多的線人，在普通人口的百分之三，在異議人士圈裡面當然就會高很多。因為他們是重點要控制的對像。我想就包括對法輪功，對地下教會這些控制，他們也會有相當多的線人在裡邊。」
2006年11月，中共駐加拿大使館的前教育處第二秘書王鵬飛被驅逐，加拿大外交部拒絕他的外交簽證續簽申請，原因就是因為王鵬飛，夥同中共僱用的「渥太華大學」中國學生會學生幹部，收集當地法輪功學員的情報。
早在2007年，總部設在紐約的「追查迫害法輪功國際組織」發佈調查報告指出，中國海外的「中國學生會」已經淪為中共的特務機構，學生會學生幹部在海外執行由中共使領館直接佈置的政治任務，那些學生會特務頭目或潛伏的特務線人，每個月都從使館領錢。
封從德指出，中共為了維護它的統治，在這件事情上不惜下血本。
封從德：「它們可以僱很多很多這樣的人來做這樣的事情。網上的所謂的信息評論員也都是一種變相的線人，他們在佔領輿論陣地，他們叫信息員。這種網上就有好幾百萬，根據推算至少有三、四百萬。在實際裡面還要高的多。」
2009年8月，中共喉舌《新華網》發表的一篇採訪報導說，內蒙古開魯縣的縣長助理，公安局黨委書記兼局長劉興臣介紹，內蒙古開魯縣裏面有超過10000名公安局的線人。
封從德指出，目前中共一黨專制只是靠暴力與欺騙下的「績效合法性」來維持，但由於缺乏真正公開選舉的「程序合法性」，又早就喪失了意識形態的合法性，因此，安插再多線人也挽救不了中共。

1989 Student Leaders Reveal Communist Secret Agents
During the 1989 student movement, Feng Congde
was Chairman of the student hunger strike group and deputy commander of Tiananmen Square in 1989.
He recently published “June 4th Diary –
Republic on the Square” in Hong Kong.
He disclosed that the Chinese Communist Party (CCP)
sent informants to spy on him.
He reckoned that according to former East German
and Chinese officials words,
there could be 40 million informants infiltrating
opposition groups to obtain information.
On June 4th 1989, the outbreak of the student movement
in Beijing’s Tiananmen Square, the CCP caused
massive bloodshed when they cleared the square,
and many students were arrested or went into exile.
Feng Congde, who exiled to the US, published his 64 Diary-
Republic on the Square, in Hong Kong as well as a book
with more than 40,000 words of additional notes entitled,
“The Search of Historical Facts and Reality.”
Feng Congde said that Li Peng’s diary came out,
Zhao Ziyang’s memoirs came out, as well as Chen Xitong´s,
this new data allows us to understand
how the movement gradually deepened.
He said that, as a witness to history,
it should exactly reflect the truth of this event.
For the conclusion of the 1989 student movement,
Feng Congde said the “Tiananmen massacre" exposed
the Communist authorities as a regime who massacred
its own child, obviously it lost legitimacy of the ruling.
Feng Congde said since then, there has been
no core improvements.
Feng Congde stated that after the bloody event, he fled
to France via Hong Kong and 10 months later to the US.
During his exile, the CCP regime sent secret agents
to “work" on him, or to force the people around him
to work with the informants, a few of the people around him
told him.
Feng Congde: “He was crying when he told me,
he could not say the details of how they were forced.
Actually, there was more than one (that was forced),
I met three of them, and the rest of them I could tell, but they did not admit."
Feng Congde extrapolated that by the ratio of 3%,
the CCP places more than 40 million informants at home and abroad.
Feng Congde: “So many informants, three percent
of the general population, when placed inside the circle
of the dissidents, it certainly seems much higher,
because the dissidents are the major control target,
including Falun Gong, and the underground church also
has numerous informants placed among them."
November 2006, the former Education Secretary
of the Chinese Embassy in Canada, Wang Pengfei,
was expelled, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Canada
rejected his diplomatic visa renewal applications.
The reason being is Wang Pengfei worked together
with the Chinese Communist student leaders in Ottawa to collect intelligence on the local Falun Gong practitioners.
As early as 2007 in New York, the World Organization
to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong (WOIPF)
reported that “overseas Chinese students" have been
reduced to the CCP’s secret service, and
student leaders performed secret agent duties for
the CCP embassies and consulates for their political tasks;
those student spy leaders or hidden spy informants
get paid monthly from the embassy.
Feng Congde pointed out that the Chinese Regime is willing
to go to any length or cost in order to maintain its rule.
Feng Congde: “They hire a lot of people to do spying.
The so-called online information commentators
are a disguised form of informants.
They occupy positions of public opinion,
they are called information officers.
There are few millions of them online, an estimated three
to four million, the actual number could be much higher."
published an interview reporting that the Public Security
Bureau executive Assistant Liuxing Chen, Kailu County,
Inner Mongolia, stated that there are over 10,000 Public Security Bureau informers.
Feng Congde pointed out that the one-party dictatorship
only maintains the legitimacy of their “performance"
via violence and deceit, but without legitimacy of an open
election program, and has long lost its ideological legitimacy.
No matter how many more informants they place,
they still cannot save the Chinese Communist Party.
