【新唐人2013年04月20日訊】《Lens視覺》雜誌4月號曝光了中共在馬三家教養院的各種酷刑：蹲小號、被電擊、上「大掛」、坐「老虎凳」、縛「死人床」等，引發了全世界的震驚。有媒體披露，馬三家教養院從區域上分為東崗、西崗。目前出來揭露的大多是身在西崗區的普通勞教人員，而遭受更為嚴重迫害的東崗區的法輪功學員，並不為外界所知。請看報導。
近日海外《明慧網》揭露，馬三家教養院從區域上分為東崗、西崗。西崗關押著普犯和部分被所謂「轉化」了的法輪功學員；東崗是專門迫害拒絕向邪惡「轉化」的法輪功學員。
那裏有近三十平米密室的黑屋，裡面放著抻床、各種布帶和手銬、各種罵法輪功言論的高音喇叭，滿牆、地上也都貼滿了誣衊大法的漫畫和霓虹燈。在寒冬臘月也不准法輪功學員穿棉衣，施抻刑時則強行把帶有罵大法的高音喇叭配的耳機塞到學員的耳朵裡。
曾被馬三家關押的基督徒朱桂芹：「距離火車兩三尺遠的地方，你在那站著，火車在你對面突然一鳴聲，你的心受不了吧。在法輪功裡面的鳴聲比火車鳴聲還令人恐怖。我身邊的一個回民的一個吸毒的叫楊靜，當時嚇得“哎呀，媽呀，嚇死人了！”她嚇得都不行了。」
Lens視覺雜誌詳細揭示了朱桂芹的被迫害經歷。她表示，馬三家惡警對訪民、基督徒手段殘忍，對法輪功學員的迫害更無人性。
早期曾在馬三家被迫害過法輪功學員趙素環：「電棍、長期體罰，這都是他們經常用的。跟我在一起的鄒惠榮（音），她原先跟我一個牢房，她現在迫害死了。她是把她頭和腳綁在一起，拿繩子，完了用鋼針紮她身體。被迫害死的蘇巨真（音），她在馬三家，都是早期的，都迫害最厲害，電棍沒少電。」
趙素環表示，法輪功學員不轉化，每天都面臨著被打、被變著花樣的折磨，還有更殘忍的洗腦精神折磨。
曾被馬三家被迫害過的法輪功學員亞輝揭露，在2008年北京奧運會期間，東崗區成立了三個嚴管隊。二樓的一些空房是專門上刑用的地方，挨著食堂的一排房子全部隔音很好而且是密封的，是更恐怖的折磨人的地方。
曾在馬三家遭受迫害的法輪功學員亞輝：「我經歷過的是給我上了一個大掛。那個大掛也是不一樣的，有的人整個大頭朝下掛起來。還有一種就是，床是上下鋪，他把床板拿開之後四周就是鐵架子。他把人頭從中間伸進去之後，把手盡量的往床身前邊拉，拉到極限的時候，你不能站穩甚至身體要探過去的時候，他就把手扣在床的上鋪，床身兩邊，腳下用鐵銬子或用布給你纏上，給你穩定住，所以人只能成90度。」
亞輝表示，丹東的吳娟胸骨都被抻開了，還有好幾個被折磨成精神失常的，不到一年，很多人頭髮都全白了。這裡的殘酷外界難以想像。
馬三家女子教養院酷刑被曝光後，遼寧省被迫成立了由司法廳、勞教局和檢察機關組成的調查組去調查。不過，近日他們聲稱：《走出馬三家》一文內容嚴重失實。
朱桂芹：「他們是想對付網上公布馬三家教養院老虎凳、死人床、還有酷刑的事情，他們想駁斥這一切。」
據大陸天涯論壇14號曝光的「馬三家調查組工作實施方案」內部文件資料披露，調查組副組長、新任遼寧省勞教局局長張超英，就是原馬三家教養院院長。
另據《明慧網》報導，張超英在2000年任職馬三家教養院院長兼黨委書記期間，將18名法輪功女學員扒光衣服投入男牢房任由犯人輪姦的惡性事件。事後張超英卻不斷升職！

Donggang Dark Chamber In Masanjia Exposed
In April, Lens magazine exposed various tortures in Masanjia
Forced Labor Camp: squatting, electric shock, big hanging,
tiger bench, and the death bed etc., shocking the whole world.
Some media revealed that Masanjia
is divided into Donggang and Xigang.
What we have heard so far are only the stories from Xigang.
Falun Gong practitioners have been confined at Donggang,
their sufferings are far worse than that.
Unfortunately, their stories are still unknown to the outsiders.
Recently the overseas Minghui Net exposed that Masanjia
is divided into two sections: Donggang and Xigang.
Xigang detains transformed Falun Gong practitioners;
Donggang detains refused to transform Falun Gong practitioners.
In less than 30 square meters, the room has a bed,
various belts, handcuffs, and a loud speaker.
The walls and floor are covered with
Falun Gong slandering cartoons.
A 28 inch TV screen on the wall shows two characters:
transformation, with different fast flicking colors.
Falun Gong practitioners are not allowed
to wear warm clothes even in January.
High pitched swear words come from a loud speaker and
ear phones will be forcefully put into victims’ ears.
Christians Zhu Guiqin was once detained in Masanjia:
“If you stand three feet away from a train,
and suddenly a loud noise comes out of the train
when it is about to leave. You will not be able to bear it.
But the loud speaker sends out louder sounds
than a train for Falun Gong practitioners.
Another inmate was scared to death saying,
“Oh, my God, it is so scary!”
“Lens” magazine revealed how Zhu Guiqin was persecuted.
She said that guards in Masanjia are very cruel
towards petitioners and Christians.
However, they are inhumane towards
Falun Gong practitioners.
Zhao Suhuan was persecuted early in Masanjia:
“They often used electric batons and long-term corporal
Punishment. My roommate was persecuted to death.
They tied her head and feet together with a rope
and then punched her with steel needles.
Another Falun Gong practitioner Sue
was also persecuted to death.”
Zhao said if you refuse to transform, they will think of
something new to torture you every day.
Yet, Zhao said that the mental torture was far more brutal.
Falun Gong practitioner Ya Hui, another victim in Masanjia,
revealed that during the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games,
they set up three strict management teams at Donggang.
The vacant rooms on the second floor were all torture rooms.
The rooms next to the cafeteria were all sound-proof
for worse torture methods.
Ya Hui: “I experienced the big hanging. There are different
varieties. Sometimes, you were hanged upside down.
Sometimes, your head was put below the upper bunk bed.
After they removed wooden boards from the upper bed,
your hands would be stretched to the maximum and
then secured to the metal frame of the upper bed.
With your feet secured by chains on the floor,
you were standing in a 90 degree angle.”
Ya Hui said one practitioner’s rib cage was being pulled
apart; some were tortured to a mental breakdown.
After staying there for one year,
many people had their hair turned all white.
The cruelty there is hard for anyone from
outside to imagine.
After Masanjia Women’s Forced Labor Camp Being exposed,
an investigation team composed by the Justice Department,
the Reeducation Through Labor and prosecuting authorities
from Liaoning Province went to work.
However, recently they claimed: the article “walking out
of Masanjia" was seriously out of touch with reality.
Zhu Guiqin: “They want to deny torture stories on line
regarding tiger-bench and death bed etc.”
According to Continent End of the World Forum
on April 14th,
the inside file of “Implementation of investigation
of Masanjia” revealed that Zhang Chao-ying,
the deputy director of the investigation team,
and the new secretary of Liaoning Province Reeducation Through Labor,
was the former director of the Masanjia Forced Labor Camp.
According to the “Minghui website reported, that in 2000,
Zhang was director of Masanjia and party secretary.
Zhang once ordered 18 female Falun Gong stripped naked
and put into a male prison cell for the inmates to gang rape.
After that incident, Zhang Chao-ying was promoted
again and again.
