【新唐人2013年03月21日訊】傳地方政法委官員被調查 涉周永康
據美國《大紀元》新聞集團旗下的《新紀元》週刊，引述北京消息人士透露的消息，中共前政法委書記周永康已被調查，湖北省原政法委書記吳永文日前被秘密逮捕帶往北京，和汕尾政法委書記陳增新的被調查，都與周永康有關。
海外《博訊》網3月20號也報導說，吳永文的案子牽扯到公安部領導與前政法委書記周永康。
報導援引來自中紀委的消息說，雖然周永康已經近似於下跪的向胡、習認錯哀求，並決定永遠不再拋頭露面，但他過去兩年利用政法委斂財、利用經濟案件打擊對手收取賄賂，以及對付異議人士的殘酷做法，仍然讓稍有良心的人士都深感不安。
四川富豪涉黑被控 傳指向退休高官
另外，據《法國國際廣播電臺》報導，3月19號，四川籍富豪劉漢與他兩任妻子，以及部分家庭成員都被警方控制。政界傳言，劉漢被控，除了與目前已經落馬的原中共四川省委副書記李春城有關外，可能還指向某位曾在四川任職的退任中共政治局常委。
劉漢目前控制「四川漢龍(集團)有限公司」，是一家廣泛涉足清潔能源、資源開發、基建、高科技環保產業和跨國投資等領域的大型民企，規模達到200億。
報導說，劉漢經營風格很受爭議，多年來，也有很多他「涉黑」的傳聞。
大赦國際：中共向西非出口彈藥
國際人權組織「大赦國際」3月19號公布的報告說，在西非國家科特迪瓦2002年至2003年內戰時期，中共曾向科特迪瓦出售大量彈藥。
報告說，這個行動激化了科特迪瓦內戰及戰後的混亂局勢。「大赦國際」指稱，已確認這些武器、彈藥，也在2010年科總統選舉後的混亂時期，被軍方用於殺害平民。
中共向科特迪瓦大量出口的是步槍用7.62×39毫米子彈。估計這批彈藥近年在科特迪瓦政府軍的同型號彈藥中佔30%。

Rumors Say Chinese Security Chief Zhou Yongkang
To Be Investigated
The New Epoch weekly magazine, part of US based Epoch
Times Group cited well-placed sources in Beijing saying
Zhou Yongkang, former secretary of the Political and
Legislative Committee (PLC) was under investigation.
Wu Yongwen, the former secretary of Hubei PLC was
arrested secretly and taken to Beijing.
Chen Zengxin, Shanwei secretary of PLC was also under
Investigation; all these moves related to Zhou.
Buxun overseas website reported that on March 20th Wu
Yongwen case involved Zhou Yongkang and the Ministry of Public Security leadership.
The report cited sources from the Central Commission
for Discipline Inspection.
It said that Zhou has almost kneeled down to Hu Jintao and
Xi Jinping, admitting his wrongdoing.
He also promised never to show up in the public again.
However, he has extorted money in the past two years by
taking advantage of his position.
He was against opponents by using economic cases to
take bribery and brutally suppressed the dissidents.
All his behaviors deeply disturbed people with consciences.
Sichuan Tycoon Detained, A High-Ranking Official Involved
Radio France Internationale reported that Sichuan tycoon Liu
Han and his family members were detained on March 19th.
Rumors said that the Liu Han incident involved Li Chuncheng,
the former Sichuan’s deputy Party chief.
Apart from this, a former retired member of the Politburo of the
Standing Committee may also have been involved in the incident.
Liu is currently in charge of Sichuan Hanlong Group,
with assets of 20 billion Yuan (US$3.2 billion).
The company covers the section of clearer energy, resources
development, construction, high-tech environmental protection and cross-border investment
The report said that Liu Han’s management style
is highly controversial.
There are many rumors about Liu’s involvement
of corruption over the past few years.
Amnesty International: China Supplies Weapons To Côte d’Ivoire
Amnesty International (AI) launched a report on March 19th.
The report said, during Côte d’Ivoire’s civil war years between
2002 to 2003, China supplied a very large amount of weapons.
The report said that the supplying of weapon intensified
Côte d’Ivoire’s civil war and post-war chaos.
AI said that clear evidence showed weapons supplied were
also used to target civilians after the presidential election armed conflict took place in 2010.
China supplied huge quantities of 7.62×39 mm ammunition.
These stocks comprised an estimated 30% or more of
all Côte d’Ivoire government ammunition.
