【新唐人2013年01月30日訊】重慶警方不查貪官 查「詐騙集團」
據「英國廣播公司（BBC）」中文網報導，曝光重慶官員不雅視頻，而引起重慶官場震盪的大陸調查記者朱瑞峰透露，1月28號，重慶警方在北京西城區德外派出所查問他時，明確表示，重慶警方調查的「不是貪官」，而是趙紅霞等人組成的「詐騙集團」。
不過，朱瑞峰認為，趙紅霞、肖燁、許社卿等人並不是「詐騙集團」。報導引述朱瑞峰的話說，他告訴重慶警方，趙紅霞等人最多是「對官員實施性賄賂」、「以自己的身體換取了工程」，沒有詐騙勒索。
報導說，朱瑞峰表示，他手上確實還有一些官員的不雅視頻，但是需要經過查證、核實，等到「鐵證如山」的時候，就會公開。
網爆廣州公安副局長自殺內幕
據報導，不久前自縊死亡的廣州市公安局黨委副書記、副局長祁曉林，並非死於官方聲稱的憂鬱症，而是與之前發生的《南方週末》事件有關。
海外《博訊》網報導，消息人士透露，祁曉林是廣州國保的第一把手，出手狠辣，過去幾年，在嚴厲打壓異議人士的力度上，廣州僅次於北京。《南方週末》事件引發上千人聲援，祁曉林書面建議，抓10－20人勞教，但中共總書記習近平辦公室通過政法委通知廣州當局，不許擴大事件，抓人勞教。
消息人士還透露，祁曉林自殺內幕，不但與鎮壓「南方週末事件」被批有關，而且也涉及他自身的經濟問題。
訪民山西兩會抗議 高呼李小鵬下臺
山西省人大和政協兩會從22號起在山西麗華酒店召開。連續多天，山西冤民們天天堅持到現場請願。
《六四天網》報導，據山西維權人士李茂林介紹，從25號到28號，山西「兩會」會議現場訪民們天天高喊，「李小鵬下臺，我們不需要用礦工的鮮血燃燒溫暖」，尤其當代表們的車進出現場時，訪民的喊聲特別響亮。
1月29號，會議現場仍有一百多訪民拉橫幅、喊口號抗議，有人被當局派來的便衣警察毆打，很多人被關進黑監獄。
河南兩會千人請願 現場衝突多人被抓
除了山西訪民在兩會現場抗議之外，上千的河南民眾也在29號前往河南省兩會的閉幕會場外請願。官方派來大批警察和維穩人員，警民雙方發生衝突，多人被警方帶走，其中禹州訪民賈秋霞遭多人暴打後被架走，據說她已經被拘留。

Chongqing Police Investigate Criminal Ring of Sex Videos
Not Investigating Officials Involved
The BBC website Chinese version reported that Zhu Ruifeng
who exposed Chongqing officials’ sex videos said,
on Jan. 28th Chongqing police quizzed him
in a Beijing police station.
Police told him directly they were investigating corrupt officials,
but a criminal ring involving Zhao Hongxia and others.
However, Zhu believed that Zhao Hongxia, Xiao Ye and
Xu Sheqing shouldn’t be classified as a criminal ring.
The report cited Zhu saying that Zhu told Chongqing police,
Zhao Hongxia and others used sex bribes with officials in
exchange for construction contracts. They didn’t blackmail them.
The report cited Zhu that he has more officials’
sex videos, but he needs to verify them.
Once they are confirmed, he will disclose it.
Truth of Vice Police Chief in Guangzhou Public Security’s
Death Revealed Online
Sources said that recently Qi Xiaolin, a Guangdong vice party
secretary in the Public Security Bureau, hanged himself.
Qi didn’t die of depression which was claimed by authorities.
His death was connected to the Southern Weekend incident.
Overseas Boxun website reported that insiders revealed,
Qi is director of Guangzhou National Security, he is evil.
In the past several years, Guangzhou was ranked as second
top city, below Beijing for suppression of dissidents.
The Southern Weekend incident triggered over a thousand
people’s support.
Qi suggested in writing to arrest 10 to 20 people and
send them to a labor camp.
However, Xi Jinping’s office passed the message to
Guangzhou authorities via Political and Legislative Committee.
It told them not to expand the incident, and not allowed to
arrest anyone or send anyone to a labor camp.
Insiders also revealed that Qi’s suicide, not only related to
Southern Weekend incident which was criticized and suppressed,
but he was also involved in the economic corruption issue.
Shanxi Two Sessions: Li Xiaopeng Requested to Step Down
The provincial Two Sessions in Shanxi
started from Jan. 22nd.
For the last few days, local petitioners gathered outside
the conference hall to petition on the site.
64tianwang.com cited Shanxi rights activist Li Maolin, saying
that from the 25th to 28th on-site petitioners chanted slogans:
“Step down Li Xiaopeng, we don’t need stay warm
by burning blood of the miners.”
The shouts were particularly loud when the Two Session
delegates were entering and leaving the venue.
On January 29th, the venue still saw over 100 petitioners
holding banners and shouted slogans in protest.
Some of them were beaten by plainclothes police, and
many have been sent into the regime’s black jails.
Henan Two Sessions: Police-Petitioner Clash. Many Arrested
In Henan province, thousands of local people also petitioned
outside the conference hall for the provincial Two Sessions.
Reportedly, a large number of police and
stability maintenance forces arrived at the venue.
A clash between police and petitioners ensued,
with many petitioners being arrested.
Sources said that Jia Qiuxia, a petitioner from Yuzhou city,
were beaten and now is in police custody.
