【新唐人2012年7月11日訊】遼寧大連市數十名法輪功學員為了收看《新唐人電視臺》，安裝衛星接收器而遭中共綁架，有律師認為，中共嚴格控制媒體，不但侵犯了民眾的知情權，妨礙了社會的公平秩序，也在很大程度上侵害了公民的言論自由，是違憲的問題。
2012年7月6號，大連大房身、開發區、金州等區的數十名法輪功學員遭到非法綁架。據《明慧網》報導，警察這次的行動，主要是針對當地民眾喜歡安裝《新唐人》電視接收器。
記者：「他們主要是安裝民眾特別喜歡看的《新唐人電視臺》。」
北京律師藍志學：「我也很喜歡看。」
記者：「我想請請您談一談，安裝這個發射器構不構成違法？能構成違法行為嗎？」
北京律師藍志學：「這個事情的核心，就是我們觸動了共產黨的一個核心利益，但是我並不認為他們違反憲法和國家的法律。」
藍志學表示，在中共言論封鎖的高壓下，法輪功學員幫助中國老百姓收看海外說真話的媒體，這本身就是對憲法中言論自由、信仰自由的捍衛。
北京律師藍志學：「我覺得，不論他安裝甚麼，都是幫助更多的人了解國際發生的事情，了解真相。每個人都有了解真實發生情況的權利和自由。人家安裝一個東西，讓大家都知道發生了一些甚麼，何罪之有啊。我從來不看國內的電視，如果偶爾看到了，我都是按照相反的邏輯去推理，因為大陸很多公民都已經意識到這個事情了，（新唐人）傳播真相，揭露真相，讓更多的人能夠明白真相，這是肯定的。」
大陸網友張先生表示，越來越多的人知道，接收衛星訊號收看電視是基本權利，因此中共更加害怕。大陸網友張先生：「一般的衛星鍋安裝都是收看國內頻道，收不到海外電視臺，大連這邊能收到海外電視臺的話，那他們（共產黨）應該是非常害怕的，因為可以起到傳播真相的作用。」
事情發生後，《新唐人》記者一直嚐試打電話採訪大連有關單位，但電話沒有人接聽，或無法接通。
大陸網友張先生：「就是共產黨那個體制，完全是靠上面的行政命令來搞的，這是違法的，所以他（有關單位）接電話的時候，他就不敢面對他所做的這些事情，為甚麼不能讓人家通過衛星收看節目呢？他根本就沒辦法回答這些問題，所以他就不敢接電話。」
時事評論員藍述表示，對法輪功的鎮壓，是中共建政以來，對民間團體最大規模的鎮壓。
時事評論員藍述：「另外一個方面，你看哪個殺人犯敢接電話，公開的去接受採訪，去講甚麼的嗎？這是不可能，他首先是作賊心虛，做了壞事，心裡害怕不敢接這個電話。」
律師李向陽認為，《新唐人》敢於報導真相，這是中共最怕最忌諱的。
律師李向陽：「像《新唐人電視臺》能說真話、說真相、說事實，這對中共這種愚民教育構成了威脅，所以說，他們對《新唐人電視臺》，包括一些海外的廣播電臺，都是嚴格的控制，中共邪惡的本質，限制國人去接觸真實的訊息，他就是出於這個目地。」
中共近期加大力度打壓《新唐人電視臺》，無論在國內和國外都加以干涉和阻撓，而《新唐人電視臺》也發出公告，再次強調，無論面臨來自中共當局的何種壓力，《新唐人》對新聞自由的追求、對公正客觀等新聞專業理念的堅持、對中國百姓與人權正義的關懷，都將堅定不移。

Chinese Authority Detained Citizens For Watching NTD TV
Dozens of Falun Gong practitioners in Dalian, Liaoning were
detained for installing satellite dishes for the purpose of watching NTD TV.
Lawyers believe that the Chinese regime’s strict media control
not only violates the public’s right to information, but also disturbs justice and the social order.
It violates freedom of speech and goes against the law.
On July 6, 2012, dozens of Falun Gong practitioners
were illegally detained in Dalian.
Minghui.org reported that police arrested the practitioners
because local residents had installed NTD TV receivers.
Reporter: “They installed receivers to watch the NTD TV
channel, which they like the most.”
Lan Zhixue, Beijing lawyer: “I like this channel too.”
Reporter: “I want to ask, does installing the receiver break
the law? Is it committing a crime?”
Lan Zhixue: “The key point is they offended the Chinese
Communist Party’s (CCP) interests, but I don’t think they broke the law.”
Lan Zhixue said that under the CCP’s freedom of
speech blockage,
Falun Gong practitioners assisted residents in watching
overseas media which presents the uncensored truth.
Their behavior defends freedom of speech and belief.
Lan Zhixue: “I think no matter what they installed, it was to
help people to know what’s happening and know the truth.
Everyone has the right to information and freedom
of publication.
They helped people to achieve this,
what crime did they commit?
I never watch the state TV, and when I occasionally see it,
I use the opposite to interpret what’s said on TV.
Many mainlanders have realized this.
NTD TV broadcasts the truth, revealed the truth,
lets people understand the truth, this is for sure.”
Netizen Mr. Zhang said that more and more people know
that to watch TV via satellite signals is a basic right.
This has worried the CCP and they treat it as a threat.
Mr. Zhang: “A normal satellite in a household only
receives state channels, no overseas.
People can receive overseas channels in Dalian,
the CCP fears that as the truth can be revealed and spread.”
An NTD reporter attempted to contact Dalian authorities
after the incident, however they were unresponsive.
Mr. Zhang: “The CCP system set by top leaders is illegal.
Even if local authorities answered the phone, they dare
not face the problem.
Why don’t they allow residents to watch TV via satellite?
They dare not answer the question, nor to pick up the phone.”
Lan Shu, current affairs commentator, said that the persecution
of Falun Gong is the most severe suppression in CCP-ruled China.
Lan Shu: “Have you ever seen a killer dare to answer
the phone, openly accept an interview and talk about it?
It is impossible, as he feels guilty for having done a bad deed,
and he fears answering the call.”
Lawyer Li Xiangyang believes that NTD TV bravely reveals
the true story and the CCP is most afraid of this.
Li Xiangyang: “NTD tells truth and facts, this poses
a threat to CCP’s brainwashing education.
So the CCP is strict about watching NTD and listening
to some overseas radio.
The CCP’s evil nature is to limit citizens’ opportunity
of receiving true information. This is CCP’s purpose.”
Recently, the CCP’s suppression of NTD TV intensified,
it has interfered with and blocked NTD TV inside and outside China.
NTD emphasized that no matter how much pressure they
receive from the CCP, NTD seeks freedom of publication,
strives to report the facts, and continues to concern itself
with Chinese people’s human rights.
