【新唐人2011年11月2日訊】「中國進出口商品交易會」由中共經貿部主辦，每年春秋兩季在廣州舉辦，一般稱為「廣交會」。今年的秋季「廣交會」在10月19號落幕，許多衝著歐美大單來的參展商表示，今年會場「落單少」在會場閒得發慌。不過，這一個在國際上久富盛名的貿易盛會，卻有不光彩的內幕被掀起了布幕，一起去了解。
至今有54年歷史的「廣交會」，一向被視為中國出口經濟的「溫度計」。今年許多歐洲客戶在「廣交會」的交易上縮減訂單，並推遲發貨時間，讓大陸的外貿企業感受一波出口寒意。
廣交會新聞發言人說：「中國外貿發展正面臨外需不振、要素成本集中上升、國際競爭加劇等多重壓力。」
不過，原經貿部辦公廳副處長張亦潔，1992年起擔任「廣交會」辦公室副主任，她在新唐人節目中透露，「廣交會」實際通過國家機器竊取外商的價格底牌，再出售這些商業情報給中國的參展商。她在廣交會的工作還包括監聽。
「就是通過一種監聽的手段，來竊取經濟情報，然後就是談判桌上攫取最大的經濟利益，我覺得這就像小偷偷東西一樣，其實是很不光彩，很不道德的。」

「每屆交易會，總參三部他派一些技術人員，結合廣東省軍區技術局，他們有一些監聽設備，監聽設備也是我們經貿部給出資買的，然後就是截獲外商的情報。」
（放到甚麼地方？這些監聽的設備。）
「在廣東省軍區，廣州市軍區技術局裡面，24小時監聽，」（很遠地方的講話都可以聽到？）「對，通過一些線路，他有監聽的手段。」
國際上，對於非法竊取情報或竊聽私人電話都會被告上法庭。今年7月，英國百年報紙《世界新聞報》正因為竊聽醜聞而關閉，《世界新聞報》老闆—-傳媒大亨默多克還因此登上質詢臺接受質詢，並公開對英國民眾表示道歉。
可是，中共治下的「廣交會」卻把竊聽這種不光彩的小偷行為當作日常業務。而經貿部門甚至違背國際法，讓中國勞教所裡生產的奴工產品大量出口，搶佔市場。
張亦潔：「中國產品假冒偽劣商品實際上是充斥整個國家的貿易部門，但是中國的產品因為它勞動力比較廉價，所以整體來講，它的商品成本是很低。在中國勞教產品出口這個是確實存在的，但是這在國際貿易上勞教產品是不允許出口的。」
張亦潔指出，1992至1993年間，美國政府指控中共出口勞教產品，張亦潔作為經貿部門官員，她在答復美方的簡報中矢口否認了中共的違法行為。
張亦潔1977年畢業於吉林大學。大學畢業後，她先後在國務院「對外經濟聯絡部」、「對外貿易經濟合作部」工作。80年代中期，被派駐中國駐羅馬尼亞大使館長期工作，任經濟二秘。回國後，先後擔任部辦公廳副處長、處長等職。
由於受中共「黨的利益就是國家利益」的洗腦，張亦潔當時為愛國而配合中共。
張亦潔：「就是說把愛黨，把愛這個共產黨跟愛國聯在一起了。實際上它是兩個概念。」
張亦潔表示，讓她最刻骨銘心的體會就是，當她因為堅持信仰被中共關進勞教所後，她成為了中共鐵蹄下的一個勞工。
不過，今天的她不但遠離了中共暴政，來到自由民主的另一個大陸–美國，她在美國想更進一步清醒的告訴世人，不要相信中共、遠離中共謊言。

Tapping Information At Guangzhou Fair
“China Import and Export Fair” is sponsored by the CCP’s
(Chinese Communist Party) Ministry of Foreign Trade Economy Cooperation (MFTEC).
It is held in Guangzhou every Spring and Autumn,
and is generally known as the Guangzhou Fair.
This year’s Autumn Guangzhou Fair ended on October 19.
Many exhibitors seeking big orders from Europe and the U.S.
said not many deals were closed during this year’s fair.
They were “bored.” However, some disgraceful things have
happened during this internationally renowned trade fair.
Going for 54 years now, the Guangzhou Fair has always been
an indicator of China’s export economy.
This year, many European customers reduced orders and
delayed delivery time. China’s export enterprises felt the chill.
Guangzhou Fair spokesman said: “China’s foreign trade is
facing multiple pressures such as a weak external demand, increased costs, and international competition."
However, Zhang Yijie, former MFTEC Office vice chairman,
and deputy director of Guangzhou Fair Admin Office since ’92, revealed to NTD Television a different side of the fair.
Zhang Yijie said, Guangzhou Fair uses the state machine
to steal pricing information from foreign businessmen and sells it to Chinese exhibitors.
Her duties during the Guangzhou Fair included tapping.
Zhang Yijie: “Get business information through tapping,
and get the highest profit during negotiation.
I think it is like a thief, very unethical.”
NTD Television: “How was the tapping done?
Can you explain it in more detail?”
Zhang Yijie: “During each fair, the 3rd Department of General
Staff would send over technical resources to work with Guangdong Military District Technical Bureau (GMDTB).
They have monitoring equipment, which we paid for.
Then we got information from foreign businessmen.”
Zhang Yijie: “They monitor 24 hours a day at the GMDTB
and the Guangzhou City Military District.
They can hear people talk from a far distance.
Yes, through certain connections. They have their ways.”
Internationally, actions to obtain intelligence or tapping
are considered illegal and owe to be brought to court.
In July 2011, UK’s News of the World was closed down
due to phone tapping scandals.
Its owner, the media magnate Rupert Murdoch,
was questioned and had to apologize to the British people.
However, for CCP’s Guangzhou Fair these disgraceful means
are a normal practice.
Besides, MFTEC violates even the international trade law.
CCP exports products made by prisoners to dominate markets.
Zhang Yijie: “Fake and low quality products are present
in the trading departments throughout the entire country.
However, products made in China are very cheap
due to their low labor cost.
It is true that the CCP exports products made by prisoners,
which is not allowed in the international trade market.”
Zhang Yijie pointed out that during ’92 and ’93 when the U.S.
accused China of exporting prisoner-made goods, Zhang Yijie denied it as an official of MFTEC.
Zhang Yijie graduated from Jinlin University in 1977.
She worked at the Ministry of Foreign Economic Liaison Office and at MFTEC of the State Council.
In mid ’80s, she got a long-term position at the CCP Embassy
in Romania as the Second Secretary of Economy.
After returning to China, she became the deputy chair
of the Guangzhou Fair.
As Zhang was brainwashed by the CCP that CCP is China,
she said she felt her work for CCP is out of love for China.
Zhang Yijie: “Mixing the love for the country with the love
for the CCP…Actually they are two different concepts.”
Zhang Yijie said what she’ll never forget is being sent to labor
camp for her beliefs and becoming a slave of the CCP’s regime.
However, she has left the CCP tyranny
and has fled to a free land – the U.S.A.
Now she wants to tell people to not believe the CCP
and to stay away from its lies and deceptions.
