世界人權日 訪民要求嚴懲周永康
12月10號是世界人權日，來自湖北省武漢市、吉林、廣州等省市的20多位訪民，9號在北京南站打出寫有「糾正冤假錯案 嚴懲周永康」等內容的橫幅，抗議中共當局的司法混亂，非法治國，並且要求中共當局嚴懲周永康。
443名法輪功學員在迫害中失蹤
法輪大法《明慧網》9號報導，據不完全統計，在中共對法輪功長達15年的迫害中，被非法關押或在進京上訪後失蹤的法輪功學員，已經達到數百人，其中已經核實較為詳細個人信息的有443人，遍及27個省、直轄市、自治區。這些法輪功學員的親友、同修多方尋訪，至今仍無下落。今天，中共活體摘取法輪功學員器官牟取暴利的證據越來越明朗，更給這些親屬、朋友增加無限焦慮和悲痛。
江蘇退伍軍人阻斷鐵路 被驅散
江西省南昌市大約200名退伍軍人，8號衝入江西省南昌市火車站，阻斷鐵路交通攔停火車，要求當地政府安排工作，致使南昌火車站一度陷入癱瘓，大量列車晚點，示威軍人隨後被數百名特警驅散。
廣西村民維權18人被抓
廣西貴港市平南縣環城鎮燕石村的建峰採石場，強佔村民農田，村民們上訪多次，但是一直沒有結果，被逼無奈的村民只好將交通阻斷要求賠償。8號，開發商勾結警方打傷村民，帶隊特警還拿槍出來威脅，村民們不但沒有得到賠償，還被抓走了十多人。

Petitioners Demand Stern Punishment of Zhou Yongkang
Dec. 10 is Human Rights Day.
More than 20 petitioners from across China displayed
banners in Beijing South Railway Station demanding
stern punishment of Zhou Yongkang and correction
of miscarriages of justice.
They protested the judicial chaos and the illegal ruling
created by the Communist regime.
443 Falun Gong Practitioners Confirmed Missing
in the Persecution Campaign
In a Dec. 9 report of minghui.org, hundreds of Falun Gong
practitioners have gone missing after being illegally detained
or petitioning in Beijing in the 15 year persecution.
Among them, 443 from 27 provinces, cities and autonomous
regions have been verified with detailed personal
information.
Their families and friends have searched
for their whereabouts for years.
Following the increasing evidence and proof of Falun Gong
practitioners being forcibly detained for live organ
harvesting, the anxiety and grief of their loved ones
are only ever increasing.
Jiangsu Veterans Protest By Blocking Railway
About 200 veterans from Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province,
stormed into the local train station, blocking trains on Dec. 8.
They appealed to the local government
to help with employment.
Nanchang Railway Station was paralyzed
and many trains were delayed.
The veterans were later dispersed by hundreds
of special police.
Guangxi Villagers Protest Loss of Farming Land
A quarry in Guigang City, Guangxi Province, has occupied
the farming land of local villagers.
Multiple villager petitions have fallen on deaf ears.
The helpless villagers were forced to block traffic
to demand compensation.
But developers colluded with the police.
The special police threatened the villagers
with their guns and attacked many.
Consequently, a dozen protesters were arrested.
