【新唐人2014年03月12日訊】由於馬航失蹤客機上有153名中國人，因此自然牽扯到了中共當局。不過，這也讓人們看清了中共處理突發事件的能力。對比中國和馬來西亞兩國對待家屬的態度，北京、吉隆坡兩城市的氣氛呈現兩重天，身在北京的家屬還成了「被維穩」的對象。請看以下報導。
3月10號，中共當局包括外交部、交通部、民航總局、北京市政府的中共官員，首次參加了與馬航乘客家屬的會談。
但當局為了對付想混入商談會場的記者，將會議改在距離酒店20分鐘車程的地方舉行，同時嚴查家屬身份。與記者熟悉的家屬，竟然被拒絕入場。
而在吉隆坡，氣氛與北京截然不同：每天不斷有各式團體前往家屬入住的酒店，有的祈禱，有的送來飲品，還拉起巨型橫額，讓記者不停拍攝﹔各式官員、政客也不斷前來酒店，送飯盒，慰問家屬。
曾有國外媒體報導說，在中共當局介入下，官方把家屬和媒體隔離在距離超過200米的不同大樓內，使媒體無法與家屬接觸。
此外，還有中國記者爆料，中宣部下達了報導禁令，相關消息發佈，必須嚴格按照民航與《新華社》通稿，不得擅自採訪馬航乘客家屬等規定。
但守候在吉隆坡的記者，不但有人送鮮花歡迎，馬來西亞農業部長還送去了盒飯。
山東大學退休教授孫文廣：「現在中國當局，它的一個主要觀念就是要維穩，要穩定。那麼怎麼穩定呢？讓這些老百姓不要和媒體接觸，媒體不要把真實的情況曝光，那麼這樣民間反抗的聲音就發不出去。」
大陸民主人士，「山東大學」退休教授孫文廣指出，在前幾年的新疆「7.5事件」中，很多維族人被殺，但當時中共的做法就是把媒體的傳播途徑全都切斷，包括電話，並封鎖互聯網八個月。
孫文廣表示，任何事情發生後，中共當局首先想到的是盡量少讓人知道，盡量把受害者隔離開。
不過，美國《華爾街日報》對中共當局和馬航乘客家屬的會談過程，進行了詳細報導。
《華爾街日報》說，中共官員與聚集在北京麗都維景酒店舞廳內的大約500名家屬，進行了會面，本想安撫這些家屬。但在會上，北京市政府副秘書長劉志列舉了政府已經採取的措施，其中包括提供法律諮詢、醫療急救及心理諮詢等幫助。他說，如果政府沒有介入，情況將會更糟。
《華爾街日報》指出，劉志的講話，對於連續等待兩天，卻沒能獲得親人任何消息的家屬來說，不但得不到安慰，更引發家屬潮水般的憤怒，很多家屬對他追問和指責。
但劉志回應，「馬航應該承擔大部分責任」，更引起了家屬群情激奮和混亂。
最後四名官員不得不在便衣警察的簇擁下快速離開。
香港《蘋果日報》也引述家屬的話說，中共官員在會上沒有提出任何具體計劃，也完全無法解答家屬目前最關心的問題。
家屬們甚至抱怨，「一幫龜孫子拿我們的錢不辦事！」
孫文廣：「他在很多場合下表現出來他對民間的疾苦是非常的冷漠，那麼上級官員的事他們考慮很多，怎麼討好上級、怎麼去關心上級有甚麼需求。」
北京訪民王小姐也表示，中共處理突發事件還是前幾年「溫州動車事故」的模式，也就是：第一反應不是救人，而是埋車頭，掩蓋罪責。
北京訪民王小姐：「本來人的第一反應首先是救人、不惜一切代價去救人，然後去安撫家屬。他們不救人，還把人穩控。那就像（對待）我們一樣的：問題不處理，然後還把你穩控起來，還要把你打呀、整的。這就是邪黨，我們整天就說它是邪黨。」
王小姐還說，中共當官的，在背後都忙著貪污腐敗、如何搞雙重國籍、如何把錢存到海外去，忙著如何包二奶、三奶，所以掩蓋真相成了他們的本能。

Missing Malaysian Plane: Relatives of Chinese Passengers Subjected to State Censorship.
153 Chinese passengers were on board the missing Malaysian Airline flight.
It has clearly demonstrated the Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP) capacity and attitude for dealing with this emergency.
In contrast to how the Malaysia government has treated the relatives of the victims, in Beijing, families of the missing passengers have become the focus of stability maintenance.
The following is our report.
On March 10, relatives of the Chinese passengers on board of the missing alaysian aircraft met with Chinese Communist Party officials for the first time.
The officials were from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of ransport, the Civil Aviation Administration, and the Beijing city government.
To deter reporters, the location for the press conference was changed, without notice, to a location 20 minutes drive away from the relatives meeting room.
In addition, the relatives of the victims were under strict investigation prior to being approved to enter the room.
Family members who had close contact with reporters were rejected from entering the meeting.
In contrast, the hotel in Kuala Lumpur where the families are staying was visited by various care groups.
They offered their prayers, foods, banners, and photographs.
Officials and politicians also paid their condolences to the families, by either visiting the hotel or delivering free meals.
International media reported that the Chinese regime had intervened in the meeting.
It had separated the families from the reporters, by placing them in two different buildings 200 meters apart.
This was thought to be an act to keep the media away from the families.
In addition, Chinese reporters also revealed the Central Propaganda Department’s orders.
These are to only produce reports in strict accordance with releases from the Civil Aviation Authority and the main state-controlled Xinhua News Agency.
Any interviews with the relatives of victims are strictly prohibited.
Whereas in Kuala Lumpur, reporters were met with flowers.
The Minister of Agriculture of Malaysia also delivered free meals for the reporters.
Sun Wenguang, retired professor, Shandong University: “The idealogy of the CCP regime is to maintain stability.
But how? Restrain people from having contact with the media.
Without reporting the real situation, any civil revolt will just be silenced."
Professor Sun Wenguang, also an activist, uses an example where many Uighurs were killed in the July 2009 Urumqi riots.
However, the regime conducted a blockade on media reports, including telephone communications.
The Internet was also blocked for as long as eight months.
Sun Wenguang indicates that it is common practice to isolate the victims and conceal information during incidents.
In a report, The Wall Street Journal revealed details of the meeting by CCP officials and the families of the victims.
According to the WSJ, the meeting consisted of Chinese officials and 500 relatives of the passengers.
It took place at Metropark Lido Hotel ballroom with the intention of providing comfort.
Beijing city senior official Liu Zhi listed the measures the government had taken.
They have helped with legal counsel,medical care and psychological counseling.
Liu Zhi also said that “the situation would be worse if the government hadn’t stepped in.”
The WSJ reported these remarks “unleashed a flood of pent-up frustration, anger and hurt among people who had been waiting two days with no information about their family members.”
Liu Zhi said that the Malaysia Airlines should assume most of the responsibility.
This only aroused more agitation in the crowds.
Finally, four Communist officials quickly left the hall with the help of plainclothes police.
Hong Kong’s Apple Daily also about reported the relatives’ complaints.
The CCP officials provided neither concrete plans nor answers to the questions of most concern.
People complained, “They do nothing but grab the money!”
Sun Wenguang:”They routinely demonstrate their indifference to people’s sufferings.
They have also demonstrated their enthusiasm to please their superiors.”
Beijing petitioner Ms. Wang commented that the CCP attitude in emergencies follows the model of the Wenzhou train collision.
The first response was not to rescue victims, but to cover up the crimes.
Ms. Wang, Beijing petitioner:”The first and foremost response should have been, at all costs,to rescue victims, and comfort their families.
Rather, they engage in control. This is just like how they’ve been dealing with us.
Instead of solving the problems,they detain you and punish you.
This is an evil system. We call it the evil party.”
Ms. Wang criticizes that covering up has become the CCP officials’ instinct, because that’s their routine behaviour.
Covering up their corruption, dual citizenship applications, transferring assets overseas, and harboring mistresses.
